Upgraded my parents cable box and remote yesterday. Entirely frictionless. Literally was back in my car in four minutes. All done and out. The people were friendly, helpful and efficient. Thanks.

I have a 24 month contract at $110 per month. I called in October to confirm that I had this for one more year until November 2019 (which it also literally states on every bill). They confirmed on the phone that my rate would remain the same for another 12 months. Then just now I get the November bill and they raised my monthly rate! So I called to fix this issue, and they put a man named Myron ID# 0298 on the phone who keeps lying and making up nonsense about how Comcast sent me the contract via email. So while on the phone I found the email which (surprise!) makes absolutely no mention of any changes, only confirming in 4 places that the contract is 24 months. I offered to forward the email they sent to Myron, but he ignored my offer to do so. He stated that they had an internal work order that said otherwise. When I pointed out that it was never sent to me, and a contract must be reviewed and approved by both parties, he had no response at all. After 20 minutes of Myron speaking random nonsense in an effort to frustrate me and make me go away, I had enough and hung up. Comcast is a company of liars, cheats and dishonorable people. They breached their agreement and they should be ashamed. I will be cancelling service. I am considering finding other victims of this nonsense to file a class action lawsuit. If they raised even 1000 peoples monthly bill by $20, the damages could be in the millions. Shame on you Comcast and your degenerate business practices.

Nice and localThey will try to get over on you for trivial things. (Like hooking up your box when you already have jacks.. or you sign a contract And a few months later they have additional fees. Some staff friendly some rude

Comcast sadly has no customer service when you need them. They frequently have loss of connection lasting 5 or more hours. Contacting is near impossible unless you are the actual member of the family that might remember the log in information. At sign up. No comparison to Optimums customer service... Reason enough to jump from the Comcast ship

Service in my area (Sea Bright) is lousy. Slow internet, regular outages, and way over-priced, but they are the only game in town. Verizon does not offer FiOS service here. My $99 triple-play is up to nearly $225, and I have no premium channels. Just ridiculous and painful to my wallet for inferior quality.

Comcast or Xfinity is garbage. They cant send me a splitter wire that was suspossed to be included with my internet and TV combo first of all. I went 2 months with out the TV box working.. So I canceled tv. They told me to hold on to the cable box while Im still using their internet. But never did They mentioned I would Be paying for their cable box while Im not using it.Today, I get a phone call, get information about an upgrade. The upgrade allows me to stream TV. Im all excited.. faster internet and access to TV! Yes that sounds great. I find out later that the app is not compatible with my android smart tv.... later that day, on the phone with customer supports trying to convince me that I can still watch it on my phone... i have a 50 TV. I want to watch TV on my TV. Not my 6 phone. I seriously cant get my head around how ridiculous this is getting. Where can I sign a petition to get Verizon fios in west long branch!

We just got Xfinity cable and internet installed and called the next day to add a few channels an it turns out they put in someone elses name not ours an now wont let us make any changes to the account because we are not listed on the account, Im extremely furious and this is the worst company Ive ever dealt with, we cant even get a manager to get on the phone with us, Id love to speak to a manager. Do not recommend anyone use this company unless you want to get screwed like we are now

0 0 0 0 got rid of Cable all together! Any company you go with has overpriced service! Your paying a premium for tons of channels you dont watch & the channels you want are $10 extra per month cinemax, showtime, starz whichever. The worst part is all of those channels play the same old movies over & over again & if you just happen to want to see an old movie thats not showing well be prepared to rent it yup you guessed it for another fee..like we dont pay enough as it is! I almost miss the days when TV was free & we had about 10 channels..smh Over $200 a month to watch maybe 7 different channels, no more! Get Hulu or any other service where you can watch TV, you would be surprised how much you get for how little the cost.

I can not stand Comcast! They constantly put customers bills higher and higher (even for basic cable). And dont even get me started on the broadcast and sports fees that are outrageously high and ridiculous. The customer service at this location isnt bad, however over the phone, theyre useless. Its annoying to live in an area where youre only offered ONE cable company to work with, and unfortunately in my area its Comcast (even though Optimum is literally down the street from me)! I wonder with this nationwide blackout of Comcast services, if their sincere apologies will reflect on their customers next bill... probably not!

This company continues to treat us like complete trash I wish I could post a picture of how the installer left all the equipment he installed today after I came home from work when they actually showed up 2 hours later than the 2 hour window of time they gave us. They have a monopoly on cable in this area because fios doesnt service my town. So they know that and take full advantage of us. We are just a number to them not considered customers Please please please do yourselves a favor and if you have fios in your are use them do not even try to use Comcast I promise you will thank me.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Just awful. Terrible experience with Comcast. They raise prices, promise credits that you can never get, and when we canceled to relocate they owed us money, but would not return it, only as a credit when we reactivate our service. Bunch of crooks. Cant believe their practices are legal.

The service is beyond awful. Hours and hours trying to get resolution and each time Im transferred I have to go through the same drill, name address social security.So many reps seem to know next to nothing. I asked one for an address for mailing billing information--and he told me there wasnt one!I havent yet resolved my phone issue and now one of my cable boxes is only getting the networks. Im just too exhausted to call yet again on the TV issueOh, I wish we had FIOS in my area.

My trouble is this: I want to connect either online or by phone to Comcast because if Dad turns off his TV (just the TV, not the cable box), it takes anywhere from an hour to a day for the TV to reconnect. For the past hour, I have tried to get in touch with Comcast. First, all I get is their latest product - XFinity. I dont WANT XFINITY. I simply want cable. Finally, when I found a way to contact them online, my own computer cut out so I tried again and couldnt get through. SO I tried the phone number. Thats been disconnected. I may actually have to GO OVER THERE. Thats a pain in the drain. Comcast has been given the Worst Customer Service Award and I can see why! Its been more than an hour since Dad mistakenly turned off his TV and the TV still has not come on. I suspect its on some kind of timer mechanism; once the TV turns on, its fine. This is SO frustrating! I dont care about nor do I want XFINITY --- if we have a storm goes out, then the computer, the internet and the phone --- to which XFinity is connected --- all goes out. I went through that with Hurricane Sandy. The ONLY phone in our house that worked was the old-fashioned Ma Bell phone. All the new-fangled gadgets were pieces of s--t!
