The drivers are reckless. Dont use them

This is a hard three, I really wanted to give a 2 1/2. I scheduled a round trip to and from the airport. The best thing about thing about the trip to the airport was interacting with the driver, nice guy who took the straightest most direct route to the airport, the car left a little to be desired kind of looked like it was resurrected from a 90s taxi/limo graveyard, same thing on the return trip in regards to the car. The driver on the way home wasnt as pleasant as the first one, I needed to direct him on how to leave the airport, in addition I dont mind he was using the GPS on his phone, but he would pick up and look at his phone every minute or so, which bothered me. He seemed to take an out of the way route to get my home, I couldve gotten us home quicker, I was almost ready to question his choice of routes, but went with it. When we finally get to my block which is a dead end block, he commented how there were hardly any lights, and how he wouldnt be able to walk down the block without someone thinking he was trying to rob someone, that was an awkward, off comment I did not appreciate at all. This service was less expensive, I guess you get what you pay for, needless to say, next time I will shell out the extra twenty bucks or so and not use this service again. The awkwardness I felt last night unfortunately overshadowed that positive from the first trip.

I don’t expect much from a cab service, But this one really got to me. I needed to get to the train station and I let them know what time my train was coming, and I called 30 minutes before hand assuming worst case they were going to be late. Not only did they take more than 30 minutes to get to my house, the car that pulled up was a beat up lincoln with No front bumper, the inside of the car was disgusting, and the driver had a seriously negative attitude, cursing and complaining the whole way. Im already late n I know I missed my train, this short fat ass had the nerve to stop at the store for a coffee In the middle of a fare, then when all said and done he tried to Over charge me on a $6 fare. smh Worst experience ever

The only reason they got 1 star is because zero stars isnt possible. On 10/14, I scheduled and prepaid for a ride for my mother from my home in Tinton Falls to Newark Airport for the following day. The pickup was scheduled for 2pm. 2pm, not there, 2:05, not there, 2:10 not there, finally at 2:15 my mom calls to see what is going on. The dispatcher says that they tried to call and confirm but nobody picked up, so they cancelled the ride. Why they would have to confirm a prepaid ride, I have no idea. My mom asked what number they called and they responded with a phone number that was not the number I gave them nor any number I recognized, i.e. they were making it up.My mom then asked them if they could have a car to the house within the next 5 minutes and when they said it would take 30min, my mom made other arrangements (which involved my wife having to wake up our children, throw them in the car and drive everyone to the airport herself... those with kids can commiserate how young kids are in the evening when they havent had their nap).I then called and asked what was going on. They told me that they never told my mom that they called to confirm (i.e. they called my mom a liar), but what they had done is scheduled the pickup for the next week. When I told them that a mistake like that was completely unacceptable and theyve created a huge amount of stress for both me and my family, they said sorry. I said, thats it? No the owner will be contacting you, or well make this right, no half off your next ride... I couldnt believe it! The dispatcher just said, Well, I said we were sorry. Pretty much their attitude was, We screwed up, but thats on you, tough luck pal.Bottom line, with so many choices, avoid this company at all costs; they dont care about their customers at all.
