Has been pretty good, I have had them for about a year. This morning I called to inquire about getting a delivery as my tank was almost out, the receptionist was not very pleasant at all and it seemed as is if she did not like her job she informed me I needed to have a alarm installed which I knew nothing about. most of the other people have talked to from the company seem very pleasant but Im thinking about going elsewhere.Update a manager called me back and gave me a better price on the oil and a coupon so Im continue to use them for now with no problems

This young gentleman was so very courteous, professional and knowledgeable about our furnace. He was quick, thorough, cleaned up after himself, made sure that he explained what was done and asked if I had any questions. Good job, Bruce Ruark.

Charles came to service our boiler and I was so surprised when he came to the kitchen door, what a smart thing!. He was prompt and very professional, he did recommend some improvements that our system was lacking. Very efficient and we are pleased with this company.
