The owner and Betty are always great! I drop off my clothing, and its always ready on time. The clothing is always folded carefully, and Ive never had anything go missing. Ive been going here consistently for 2 years

The only reason I wont give Village Launderette 5 stars is because it is always incredibly uncomfortably hot every time Im there. Now with having to wear a mask its almost unbearable and I will have to find another place to wash my clothing. Ive spoken to other patrons and they also agreed that the owner doesnt seem to care enough about his employees or customers to make it at least comfortable for the people to keep their masks on (as it is required). Aside from that the staff is pleasant and helpful, the bathroom is very clean, and there are fans and air conditioners that I have yet to ever see or feel on.

Reasonable prices very nice people

There’s a very rude lady in here. She rushes you with Evry machine, even takes your clothes out AS SOON as the time is up, even if you’re putting clothes in the dryer. I’ve lost a few items of clothes this way. The machines are also very old. Just a bad vibe
