First time using their service. I received my white towel back with black spots all over, one of my white t-shirts looked unwashed, and my six body wash sponges, that I just bought from Amazon, were hard as a rock, because it was placed in a dryer; anyone with laundry service experience knows that material should not be dried. All of the above items were placed in my sack without telling me about the items. My very nice plastic bag that I had my workout clothes in was not returned to me; it was not in my sack. I was not worried because I figured I would just call the owner and we would resolve the issues, but my call was never returned. So, I sent a text along with photos and for some reason it was bounced back to me. Please dont use this service if you expect more.

Great laundromat. There pick up and drop service is convenient and very accommodating. They have great prices and the customer service is on point. Fully recommend this place.

Dont go to this place, I dont recommend it if you have alot of clothes to wash or just a little. No one ever fixes the washer machines or dryer machines, theres no hot water for over 3 months, I just dont get how someone could run a business like that. Just today when I was gonna help my grandmother with her clothes, there were no washers working and the ones that were working was being used. And there was a guy who was ahead of us waiting for a washer to wash his clothes. I dont even get how the woman who works there works during the day. This doesnt even disedeserve a 1 star. Theres no words for this place. No one doesnt fix anything, thats not how you run a business. Dont go here, I dont recommend. 👎👎👎😡😡😡
