Seems like a great place, but lack of consideration from my car when it was there. Said it would be a few hours for an oil change then it was just 1 hour? Could have saved me the money on the uber. I wish you had more consideration for stuff.

Horrible for 20 min they charge me 55 dollars just to check the ac just to tell me if the fix it it would be $938 thats almost how much my car is worth. Bad experience stealing money they think money growth on trees.

I made an appointment to have my car inspected and when I showed up at 1:30 they took my car and inspected it. You can tell all the guys that work there were professional and really took their job seriously, the only reason they dont get 5 stars as their interior was a little beat in the chairs were just a little tough a little makeover with doing good. Definitely worth going to.

They have tires and they know how to put them on properly. Every other year or so I go there to have some tires replaced and Ive always been happy with the service.

Service was friendly and helpful. Went in for a repair at 10 am and was back on the road by 1 pm. They didnt have my tire in stock, so they had someone rush it over from another nearby location. Overall, very good service - my only complaint is that they assured me theyd get me out by 12:30, but it was after 1 pm by the time they actually finished.

Walked in to set up an appt for inspection. The guy never even acknowledged me. Having a personal conversation with another young man. Answers the phone, has an entire phone call and goes right back to talking to the other guy, this time answering elaborate questions. If hed just looked at me and said something to acknowledge me Id have been fine. Not going back there.

Shady people over at Firestone! Mainly Chris. More accurately a true scumbag! Had new tires put on about three months ago. Soon after the tire sensor lights came on. Brought it back to get it checked out they said the sensors had to be changed. Okay did it. Soon after the sensor light came back on before I could bring it back we hit a curb and scuffed up the front left tire. So we bring it back and tell them, they check it out. They tell us the front left tire has a gouge in it and needs to be replaced . The back right tire has to be replaced because of the sensor issue. Then this A-hole says the other two tires are worn and it would create a problem if we just change the two tires. So we need four. Okay we have a warranty we just got the tires done three months ago. This A-hole says we are not in their system do you have a receipt? As if you are out of luck if we dont. We did. Its a company car so approval is required. This Loser calls to get approval and tells them the sensor light proble is due to hitting a curb. Not true , the light came on before and he even acknowledged to us it was the right rear tire. Also we need a wheel alignment . So we cant believe the BS this weeny bag is dishing out , approval is denied. Take it next door to NTB I believe the name is and they tell us . Doesnt need wheel alignment and the reason the sensor light is on is because the seal between the tire and rim is leaking. It was installed improperly . The other two tires are fine also. What a PRICK Chris is! at Firestone. To think of all the wives and daughters he has taken advantage of . What a piece of S--T! Will be following up with the better business bureau .

Terrible experience....I spent almost 1,000 dollars to change all my break system. and they also want me to change cool system, but i say no...after i leave their store no more than 30 Mails, my car cool system down.......gosh. they earn money like this ?never back to this store.

I needed my tire plugged I knew something was up when he was talking to me about new tires which I told them again I just needed it plugged. 20 mins later he told me it wasnt fix-able because of a scratch on the side of the tire. Luckily I hold of went to a different location and was able to get my tire fixed without a problem.

Under New Management and they service is top quality and prices are very reasonable ! They give customers 100 % respect and quality work and they go far and beyond for the customer ! This was my 3rd time returning since the old manager was no pro customer but WOW what a change and i am glad to say i am back !

I gave 1 star because a negative amount is not available. I dropped my vehicle off at 11am and told them that my rear passenger tire needed to be plugged. I called them at 4pm and was told that my vehicle will be next. I came by hoping that it was done around 5:15pm and my car wasnt even touched. When I went in, the same guy told me that its the next one up and he was actually surprised when I asked him for my keys back. So my car was there all day and didnt get fixed. A job that literally takes 5 minutes did not get done. I wouldve done it myself if I wasnt 39 weeks pregnant.

I used to go to inskip for everything! but their service has had a twist for the worst, so my friend told me about firestone complete auto care and I will continue to go back for everything! I had been quoted $2200 at inskip, and when the guys at firestone looked at the issue, they told me it was in fact $500. This is service you can trust.
