Such a nice, friendly and helpful auto shop! They were very knowledgeable, explained things in a way we could understand, and fixed our problem with no issues. They were upfront about the prices with estimates, and had very reasonable prices. Also the shop has a wonderful atmosphere and an adorable pet bird. Plus they were nice and put a complimentary air freshener in our car!

Wally & Sons are very professional and they do great work. They did have some trouble getting the appropriate radiator for my car, but they kept me informed while they worked to source the radiator and the end price actually came in under the price they quoted me. The complimentary air freshener when you pick up the car is a nice touch too.

Called Wally & Sons Auto Shop this morning for them to look into a suspension issue I have been having. There have been noises from under my car that sounds like a loose part. I mentioned I need it repaired asap since I have to commute Monday for work and they were more than accommodable. They diagnosed the issue and returned it by the end of the day and I am very happy I chose to go with them! The price for the repair was reasonable, and I cannot thank them enough especially for a turnaround time as fast as this! Brought my car here to have the AC looked at. After being told I’d have to drop it off and wait a day by most places, they told me to come by. The technician basically diagnosed the problem when I dropped it off after looking at it for a minute. Told me he’d have it back by the end of the day. I had noise coming from my back right tire. I called Wallys to see if they could get me in day of since other places couldnt get me in for 2-3 days. They said to bring it by. Mohammed helped me out, we went for a drive to assess the noise and told me it was most likely my brakes. It was late in the afternoon. But Mohammed told me he would try to look at it before the end of the day. He did and got me a qoute within hours! The car was fixed by the next morning! They are fast, reliable, and fairly priced! I will use and recommend them in the future!!

Came here because I needed the headlights on my 08 Civic restored, they were in rough shape. I came here because they reviews were too good to pass up. I made an appointment and was given a quote, which was a very reasonable $40. I brought my car there and was done in 40 minutes. Very impressed with the work that was done and my headlights looks great! Would highly recommend, I will more than likely come back for any other work I need done.

I have to say this is by far the best mechanic shop around ! I’ve been to MANY shops around & there was always another problem I had to deal with after getting it back so I really can’t thank Mohammed enough for the time & work he’s put into my car. Broke everything down to me in detail even kept me up to date with the process my car is now driving like new with NO ISSUES I’m very happy with the outcome & to have finally found a place that takes their job seriously!

Took my car here a few weeks ago. They replaced my grill shutter and brake pads. No problems since and the check engine light hasnt returned. It wasnt cheap, but the first place I went was much more expensive. Better to support a locally-owned family business anyway. Im glad I went to their shop. They were very friendly and answered all my questions. I wasnt in a hurry but they had it done in just a few days. I would highly recommend this shop!

Wally and Mohammed offered amazing and quick service. I dropped off my car for a coolant leak and oil change, and it was ready with 24 hours. I was so relieved to have my car back so quickly, and at a great price too.I will definitely be back for oil changes and maintenance in the future.

Highly recommend coming here, i needed to get my brakes done badly and come to find out needing my calipers too, his son brought me to advance to get the parts i needed and had them charge me at their price. Very convenient that they are open later too due to working 9-5 so i could’t get up here until 545/6.

I do not recommend this place to anyone unless you like wasting your time and money. I took my car for simple oil change it ended up costing me a fortune they replaced my brakes did a transmission flush and replaced the spark plugs all without consulting with me first.

Took me in immediately when i was having car troubles, SO kind (even gave me a soda and let me hold their birds while i waited for my ride!!), such an awesome staff. Great price for the work done and my car is driving beautifully. Can’t thank them enough!!! 100% recommended. :)

Very professional, friendly service. They dealt with a rather panicked phone call from me as I was bringing my car in after the coolant started to leak out. I had to get my radiator replaced, but because it was backordered at the dealership, there was a bit of a delay. I appreciated that I was warned about this from the get go because I have a newer model. Throughout the process they gave me periodic updates. My car has been running very well since I got it back from them with no trouble. I also appreciated that they washed down my car a bit before I picked it up. Would highly recommend their services. We brought two cars to them, one was urgent and they took us in right away, even on a busy Saturday. They explained everything we would need before the work was done and were very thorough with checking everything. Communication was easy and both cars were even cleaned inside and out when we picked them up! Great service would definitely recommend.

Just had my intake manifold replaced on my 2000 mustang gt and I live on federal hill surrounded by shops and Mohammad is hands down one of the best mechanics Ive had. Not only was everything done perfectly but he even did a headlight restoration, detailed the car and really spent the time explaining everything and the price is unbeatable they will work with you and give you options... thank you guys soo much will definitely be back again....

I’ve heard a lot about this place but I see the opposite I want there to change the shocks for my car and we discuss that is gonna cost me $700 and when the job is done and I took in the car and he charged me 950$ I ask him what is the reason of charging me extra he said the it takes me longer time to finish it I said it’s not my problem he said I won’t give you a car if you don’t Pay me up front I pay him 950 and I will never go to this place againAnd I don’t recommend anybody to go to this place.

Absolutely the worst service Ive ever recieved. Dropped my car off for an inspection, my car was there for a MONTH, they charged me over a grand and I picked it up, uninspected! They wont call you to keep you informed and also ignore your calls because they dont like to talk to customers without answers. I had to stop there three times, in person, to even know what was happening to my car. The third time, which was just under the month mark, they told me they didnt have time to look at my car and that I needed to be patient. I really feel like a car thats been there for weeks on end should be priority, no? Aside from that, when I later dropped off my car to my normal shop, they were appalled by the type of work done as they said it was useless and they had to spend time looking it over to even see if the work was done. Lousy service, lousy attitudes and lousy work. Would recommend highly you go somewhere else.

I was just passing through Providence when my passenger window exploded on me. It was 5 on a Saturday of a long weekend. I didnt have time to research places; I really just had to go with who was open. That was a great twist of luck. The hourly rate was really reasonable. They kept me up to date when they found an appropriate replacement. And they gave my truck a once over to see if there was any things needed; I took them up on the oil change. If I was local Id be bringing my truck back.

If I could give more than 5 stars to this garage I would. They did a wonderful job with the body repairs on my suv. They also fixed the mechanical problems I had with it. You can’t even tell there was any damage to the body after they got done fixing it. This family owned business is all around amazing. They have great prices and perfect customer service. Okay. We had an emergency tonight. I was at a storage facility with a truckload of stuff to move to my friends house. While there one of my tires just went flat. We know most places that fix tires close at 8pm. We did a Google search of places that might be open and these guys were open till 8:30. Much later if they need to be. We got there with the damaged tire and it needed to be replaced. While they were giving me a used tire and mounting and balancing it, the owner Wally came out and conversed with my friend and I for 10 minutes. He even introduced us to his adorable sons who happened to be on site at the time. This is a wonderful family owned business, they treated us with such respect and love, they replaced my tire in under 15 minutes even though they were about to close and the owner make sure that we felt welcomed and satisfied. The price they charged me was so ridiculously Fair I was astounded. I will, from this point, always bring my vehicle here for any repairs necessary. I will recommend this place to anyone whos looking for automobile services of any kind. What a great family run business. Highly, highly, highly recommended. It is very rare to find places like this nowadays. They are not looking to screw you over, they simply diagnose the problem and take care of it, at a very very good price.

Mohamad is a very skilled mechanic and was able to complete the repair of my electrical issue in a timely manner (within a day of my car breaking down)! My regular mechanic didnt want to touch the assignment; another was only available to do the job 5 days later!! Thankfully Wallys Garage was able to get the job done the next day!!!
