Went here for a muffler delete on my BMW a couple months ago. Exhaust setup is fine aside from it rattling a lot and also the quality of workmanship was below average. Whoever cut my exhaust at this shop decided to cut an EVAP hose above the muffler and almost cut through a large battery wire above that. Car started misfiring and idling horribly for 2 months afterwards since I could not figure out why it was running roughly. Eventually put the car on the lift and found this where my exhaust was cut...

The chrome tip on my exhaust rusted right off my 99 Cherokee. Found Lous online and saw that they had excellent reviews. Drove by for an estimate and he gave me a great price and appointment for the next morning. Got me right up on the lift and discovered a few more issues with the tailpipe. Cut it off, installed new pipe, fixed the poor hanging supports from the old one, repurposed the chrome tip and welded everything perfectly into place in about 45 minutes, all for no extra charge. Got to rap with Lou while I waited, and he is one hilarious guy with endless stories to tell. Made my month. Highly recommend.

Came here for a $100 job that was quoted for $300 at the dealer. These people are honest, transparent, quick, and reliable. They were also extremely respectful to my level of caution regarding covid and all wore masks when they saw mine. Also...the place down the street has a similar name, and a lot of the one star reviews on here are for services that this place doesnt even provide, because they probably went to the wrong place, got messed up, then thought it was this place when they reviewed. Just my theory. I cant imagine anyone being displeased or ripped off at this location

I thought I needed a compete cat-back exhaust. I was quoted $3200 just for parts at another shop. Jay inspected the system and determined that I did not need a complete system yet, and only needed a small section repaired. They welded a new section of stainless steel and I was on my way for $100. I will definitely be returning when the system finally needs replacing.

Had 2 20 pipes bent to connect new mufflers charged 280.00 . Everything looked fine on the lift till i got it home... Pipes were 4 from the ground brought it back and told me it was my fault cause old pipes were like that too🙄 Wanted to redo at my expense and smaller pipes.... The CUSTOM should be taken off the sign...Just parts changers...Not impressed..

Took my A4 in to repair a badly damaged custom exhaust, these guys do excellent work and prices are more than reasonable. Four months later, I’ve had no problems and everything looks and sounds great. They also really stand behind their work, I will go nowhere else in the future.

Excellent, Professional, and Knowledgeable. Fixed multiple issues on my 2002 Honda Odysseys exhaust system and it runs good as new! I called on a Saturday morning (as I had with several competitors, and being told they couldnt look at it for a few days) and he told me to bring it down and he would take a look at it that day. Brought it in, had it up on the lift within minutes gave me a very reasonable price, and we discussed bringing it back in on Monday. Come Monday - brought the van in for repair while I waited. Had the van inside and they began work within minutes. Initially we were going to salvage my existing converter, and replace the flanges on either end (as they had failed) and in the process it was discovered that the cat had started to break up inside as part of it had shifted and blocked the hole for the O2 Sensor. They brought it to my attention, and I opted to replace the cat while they had it apart. Had the new cat there within the hour, and had it all buttoned up and on my way. Jay and his son took great care of me. They will have my business going forward. Great work guys!

I brought my v6 mustang in to replace the stock muffler with something a little bit louder. They were super friendly and priced fairly, and they got the job done quickly and efficiently. The tip they put on looks great, and the muffler they recommended exceeded my expectations. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend!Update: A year later the muffler has worn in, it has a great sound to it, and the welds and the muffler all held up beautifully. Still looks and sounds great! 5 stars still!

Very professional guys that run the shop. Super honest. Before I brought my Lexus here about a year back I was almost swindled by dealerships and other shady hackjob shops. These guys are so upfront to the point they want to take you under the car and show you so that everything is clear and you actually understand whats going on. They dont just say that there going to patch it up. I just recently brought my girlfriends car here and the guys there stayed late to squeeze me in on a saturday so we could have the car for sunday. Stand up place stand up people. Id send my grandmother here. Five stars all day!

Would give them 0 stars if I could dropped off my truck for full exhaust they down sized the pipe from 2”7/8 to 2”.5 all the way back then ran a single 2.5 out of the muffler trucks had running issues ever since finally had exhaust replaced with proper size piping and muffler truck runs great you would think a five star exhaust shop would do better job thanks

Website and good state it opens at 8:30. I got here at 8:20 and waiting until 9:30 and no one showed up. For all I know they may do a good job, but they never showed up to work that day. Hesitant to try again as exhaust shops are a dime a dozen.

Called them at noon asking about a flex pipe, came in an hour later they lifted my car up and showed me the problem and explained everything. For me a young woman who isnt experienced with cars I really appreciated this. They had everything fixed within a half hour if that. The guy treated me like he would his own daughter. I called on a Monday afternoon and dropped off the next morning for a complete muffler back dual exhaust rebuild, 2 hours later they call saying its ready for pick up. I am a student in Rhode Island and finally came to the decision to buy a car as work and school were getting hectic. Went to get my car inspected for RI registration and inspection station stated I needed a whole new exhaust system, quoted me $1100. Yeah, no way. Spent less than that on buying the car itself. Came here due to great online reviews and boy did they live up to it. Staff was extremely quick, courteous, and knowledgeable. They fixed all my exhaust leaks for a good price and lo and behold I now have my inspection sticker. I recommend them for their work and think its awesome they keep their dog around. 5/5 from me.

Amazing experience, I have a beater 05 Chevy Malibu maxx, needed to get it ready for inspection, All my buddies go to lou’s so I decided to finally check it out, the exhaust for my car was incredibly loud along with the heat shield rattling which made it even worse, one of the employees Jay, kindly talked me through my options and showed me what was wrong with the exhaust and such, I couldn’t believe how fast it was done when he finished welding and it definitely costed less then I thought I’d be paying, after that he then proceeded to tell me what To do to get the rest of the car ready for inspection. 10/10

Will be recommending this shop to any people who ask me where I got my exhaust work done. I walked in with my girlfriend around 9:30am yesterday and left feeling as happy as a little kid on Christmas. Jay and Eric were the two on staff. Jay was incredibly courteous and extremely informative. From the get-go you could tell Jay cared more about the customer than the money. Sounds cliche, I know, but just give them a call and ask about your options.Eric was just as informative, before, during, and after the whole process. One of the hardest and most genuine workers I’ve come across. Ask as many questions as you’d like - I did because I think it’s important to understand what you’re doing to your car - they’ll answer them all.I came in with the intention of having an Invidia Midpipe installed onto my Lexus. After having taken a look at it and putting it up on the lift, Jay advised me not to put the midpipe on, and to get a resonator delete instead. Mainly to avoid any engine code and so that I’d be able to pass inspection. To make a long story short(er), he suggested I save some money by returning the product and going another route. For the record, he would have still installed the midpipe had I really been set in my ways.We were so satisfied with the end result that we called them on the way home and asked if they could squeeze in a Civic SI for a muffler delete as well. They did. Again, they were super polite and informative through the countless questions we had.Side note : Bentley, their dog that works up front with Jay, one of the greatest, most well-behaved dogs I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Took my Tacoma here for an exhaust leak last year. 60 bucks and literally 15min later and the job was done, painted and welded beautifully by the owners 2 technicians who were cool guys. 1 year later the weld still looks as good as new and no issues, Ill be going here for anything exhaust related on either of my vehicles

Bottom line: stop looking, these are the guys. Rare (these days) group of craftsmen who actually care about their work, are honest and dont rip you off. Did a full motor-back custom stainless exhaust for my Euro-import classic Land Rover Defender. No parts available in US (not a NA spec vehicle), these guys had to make it all custom. Work of art, took them longer than they expected due to requiring more fabrication than expected, but still done in 2 days and they didnt upcharge me. lifetime warranty. Best thing, it is quieter AND notably more powerful even though that was not the intent. Bonus? They put my wifes truck up on the lift to help diagnose a suspension clunk no charge.
