Fair prices on labor.... Bought a couple tires from salvage yard and they mounted and balanced them for a reasonable fee. They can get your vehicle in pretty quickly too.

East Peoria Tire is the most honest shop in this area Ive been to. These are good people, and anytime i need a tire service or oil change, i always go to them. Ive never been recommended an unnecessary or dishonest service, the only times theyve recommended an additional service is when theyve shown me an obvious safety concern and they truly seem to be dedicated to running that type of honest business. For what they offer, they are the best shop in the Peoria area.

After being screwed over by Costco. I went to these guys. Let me tell you, they were fair and honest. Ronnie was an angel and got me and my family back on the road safely. Highly recommend and Ill definitely be back the next time I do tires.

They came right out, inspected my flat, inflated my donut, and changed out my tire with a brand new one right on the spot. Bob was professional, courteous, and thorough. As always... Supervisor and employees were polite, attentive, and efficient. They put 8 new tires on our semi trailer. I was in and out of the bay in about 45 min.

I recommend this place for tires, good service price is fair, very courteous and helpful. They are open to giving you options.

They offer a wide range of tires and tire repair, and also sell used tires if they have the size in stock. They also sell Interstate Batteries. Friendly service, usually not a long wait time. If they need to order tires they usually have them delivered within a hour or two. Very knowledgeable staff.

These guys are great twice now I have had repairs done that I would have easily believed were worse than they were but they didnt oversell or do extra work. The work that they do is high-quality they are courteous and quick its great to have a reliable place that you can trust.

I called on a Saturday morning to check on availability of tires for my car. The man on the phone was extremely helpful and knowleadgeable about the tires I asked about for my car. They were able to get tires for me within the hour. I had the tires installed and the job was completed in what I thought was a very short time. I was very pleased with Jim, at the counter, and the other counter person as well. I loved the pleasant fast service at East Peoria Tire and I really love my new Michelin tires. Thank you.

I was so grateful this place was open so early. I got a flat on the way to work and they saved me!! As a business traveler, you always worry about where to go with car issues while on the road away from home. I developed a slow leak in a rear tire, and rather than continuing to air it up all week to make it back home, I ran across East Peoria Tire just down from my hotel. Took a chance at 4pm to see if they could take a look yet today or in the morning sometime, and they got me right in. Very quick, friendly service - and they didnt hesitate to process the work through my employers fleet management company. Ive bought tires from these guys before at a good price, so when it was time for brakes I called them for a quote. Their quote was reasonable compared to some others I received, so I made an early morning appointment. I had to take my 3 kids, and so when I arrived carting 3 little ones, they were opening the door for us and turned on cartoons in the lobby. Super nice!!! The service time was quick and quality, and at the end, they gave my kids a free soccer ball. It was a great experience and I will definitely be using them in the future!

Very Disappointed, went there with a flat tire thats being slowly losing pressure, they just added air an d told me it was fixed, charged me $35 next day my tire its flat again!

I took my 2015 Impala here to get a flat tire fixed. The guy came out and told me it could not be fixed. The gouge in the tire was too big to repair. I was expecting him to quote a price of a new tire, which would have been around $200.00 plus. Instead, he explained to me that he had a used one from another Impala that was just a little better than the three remaining ones on my car. Why put a new one on with three other ones with 70,000 miles on them. So I paid out the door price of $60.00 for the used one including all the add on charges. Outstanding service to say the least.

Customer service os good. Tires were good. My only issue is that they did not sync my tirea with the tire sensor so i had to go to my dealer and have them do it. And also thry did not put back on my original tire caps onstead were some short caps that didnt screw on tight. Beaides that i like comin here..just need to take their time and do things completely right.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. The guys at EP Tire Know Their Stuff!!!! That is not an understatement either. I brought my car in the other day because I got a flat tire. They were quick to get me in the same day I called and I received impeccable service. There ended up being a more underlying problem which led to my flat tire and Matt Noll noticed it as he was inspecting under my vehicle. It was something that the Ford Dealership, where I purchased my vehicle and had all work done there, had neglectively missed and could have put me and my two young children at terrible risk. For that, I cant THANK him enough. You will never receive anything less than outstanding service from these gentlemen. I work for Altorfer and we also do a lot of business with them for our company. All around amazing experience. I will never go anywhere else.

Everyone there have always been nice and fair when I have a repair.

I never go here because of the last 3 times of going to Ep tire they have 1. Ruined a transfer case because they pounded it in. 2. I paid for Load range e. Did not notice til a week later they were Ds. When I recurved a ticket for having the wrong tires. Now yesterday my father, who knows nothing about tandem dump trucks, went to get a tire replaced. They saw him coming. Broke his rim. Sold a new one. Then when I asked to see this 600$ cracked rim It had magically made it to the scrap yard within a few hrs. That rim was not cracked. And if it was, they cracked it while replacing the tire. It has been inspected. And they would not pass an idot inspection with a cracked steer rim. This place is absolutely terrible. They see money walk in the door, and take advantage. It’s not right.

Had four tires foam filled. They were finished as promised. While I was waiting for the tires to be brought up front, I was asked twice by office personnel if they could assist me. Their price was higher than I expected but I did have to purchase one new tire.

Wonderful response time. Had a driver get a flat on the road and EP came right out and got him back on the road. We will be using these guys again. They even e-mailed me the receipt.
