He got over last year on me and the person I sent to him. He told her she was getting back 4000 when really it was 6000 he kept her $2000 and some. Staff are very rude. He’s also married with children and sleeps with his staff.

To be honest these people help you with everything never had a bad experience here theyd even pay for you to get there and back home!

The owner is very hands on. He helped me when i was audited from the beginning of the process until the end of it. He provided expert advice and assistance. All of the tax prepares are professional, courteous and helpful. Alisha (an office worker) even provided transportation being that my car was messed up and Shawn (tax preparer) went above and beyond in helping me understand my account.

I have been a client with Lincoln Tax for several years, and I can truly say the entire staff, starting with the Owner and especially Shawn...will go up and beyond to make sure your paperwork and return is sent properly. And doing it with top notch customer service etiquette every time I come through.

Poor service... dont stay open year round like the other tax places ... Never answered the phones...take to long processing my info....Omg never again
