I had a horrible experience here and I wont recommend them to anyone. First of all, the name of the tax preparer that I met and the name of the preparer on the taxes they filed on my behalf do not match. But Ill leave that for IRS to handle.Ive been doing my taxes myself for years because my status is very simple. Last year I got a house and moved to NJ, so I decided to go to this establishment to have a professional do my taxes. They messed it so bad that NY state audited my returns and getting the guy to fix the issue was hell. Apparently once he files the initial return and he gets his money, any subsequent issue becomes yours to deal with. I realized I was in even bigger trouble when I realized the guy had no idea what he was doing. I had to call other friends and accountants to tell me what needed to be filed and walk him through it. He didnt even know that when a mistake is made on your return you have to file an AMENDMENT.In the end, when it getting close to the deadline, I had to find another tax preparer to do the correct paperwork. I dont know how hes still in business because the guy obviously does not know what hes doing. Lastly, dont believe the fee they quote to you on paper. He charged me $200 in cash( he WONT give you a receipt for that and it must be in cash no Zelle, PayPal, Credit Card to leave a digital footprint) and if you decide to use direct deposit, the software that he uses will charge you another $185. So in all I paid, close to $400 for a messed up return only to find another person to redo the mess hes done. This is a scam
