Excellent service and a great bunch of workers.

Well unless you want all your medications taken from you, i advise you seek mental help any where else possible. They do not care about your well being, youll never see a real doctor, only nurse practitioners who think their doctors. Id been going there for 15yrs, and ever since Dr. Kaza past away CBHA has turned completely incompetent.They break HIPPA laws on a regular basis, youll see a different health care worker every appt. Thats going to require you to give out very personal information to every person who works there.

Ive been a patient here at CBH for 3 years now, and theyve helped me overcome several obstacles, working with insurance and making sure I am always able to get my meds.

This place has completely went down hill when dr Craig was there it was staying (afloat) now they cant keep an employee in the door more that 3 months always seeing new counselors and the new woman signing scripts heavy set short hair she should NOT work with mentally Ill parents for any reason ! My husband my daughters my mother in law as well as myself all stopped going to this treatment facility due to this 1 woman she definitely knows what shes doing but no one should pick at a mental weakness for fun

Do Not seek treatment or help at this company!!!! Besides the chaotic functioning of the office, the team of mental health providers are incomplete and subPar. The Therapist I had, I seen her for a year, did nothing i mean nothing for one whole hour except play with her hair, and say basic nonsense sometimes we do this, or sometimes we do that no individualized treatment for each and every unique individual we are supposed to be. I have anxiety problems, panick attacks, she told me I should focus on a color or shape if i start to feel like that, at Walmart! She basically typed for 45 min on a computer there was no progress in a year, None! The Case managers I had were under trained, under educated, and I mean you should have some education for this, its not window cleaning, but something. they lied, talked politics, and told people around town they knew your business. I had one tell me she didnt think her tax dollars should pay for peoples healthcare on our way to help me out with Medicaid, another knock on my door and tell whoever answered who they were why they were there and what they did for me, and then the last one just did nothing,well he made phone calls about housing at the very very last minute thats it, he had months to help but was a complete slacker, he didnt ever inquire about basic services he rarely called or contacted me. I had complained to them in numerous occasions and you could tell they did not care they want bodies to get payments... Im not knocking it for being a business but the services you provide should be adequate it very obvious comprehensive behavioral health dosent give a damn, they want paid. That would be ok if they provided the right service adequate compassionate care that didnt violate HIPPA. There is so much more but cant put it here just know, there has to be better treatment out there.. this is my first real experience with mental health treatment, so if there isnt were screwed. Go somewhere else if u can.. Im looking to go somewhere but Im so put off and depressed with what went on at comprehensive I just dont know what do do anymore. Im much worse off than when I started there, if u dont believe anything I say it think I did something wrong, at least look at this as a warning that maybe you should look somewhere else and come here at last choice.

I used to love this place. I used to see the same person and they knew me and my whole story as well as my problems and diagnosis. Now, i see someone different everytime. Its very imperssonable now. Nobody knows anything about me besides what their computer says.

Don’t go here. They treat you like a guinea pig with medications instead of giving what you know works best for you.

Lindsey goes over and beyond to help her patients and helps focuse on the core issues. Instead of getting out her pad to rush you along, and just write a perscription.In my experience, she has taken her time to get to know ME and what I need to get stable. She had helped me in ways I cant even say. All I know is, I feel like myself again.I could go on and on BUT..... Thank you!

Professionals working within this organization knowingly practice outside of their area of competency. There have been multiple occasions where they didn’t have the medication that was needed by a client causing the client who has moderate to severe psychosis to wait for treatment. When the medication did finally arrive, they administered the medication incorrectly (injected a shot into the arm that should have been injected in the hip) which caused him a great deal of pain.They also prescribe medications with a high potential for addiction and abuse to clients that they know are addicted to them and required hospitalization in order to address the addiction and effects of abuse. For instance, gabapentin was prescribed to a family member of mine who just six weeks ago overdosed on it taking 72 800mg tablets over the course of 3 days. He was hospitalized for two weeks and came back here to see the physician assistant who prescribed him this medication once again. She also continues to prescribe him Vyvanse and Focalin despite the fact they only worsen psychosis (he is dxed with schizoaffective disorder) and his past history of abuse.

None of these other reviews strike me as at all true. Theyve treated my wife and I very well for two years now. I recommend them to all of my friends struggling with depression or anxiety.

I will not use this service at this location again for mu boy friend thought the doctors cared about the clients they do not i thought that since my bf is in the psyc ward n i have permission for his medical release info i could call an speak with mary grace no instead the lady that answered wouldnt even let me tlk to mary grace or leave the message she said i was violating hippa

The like to sceduale appointments call you nine times the day before to make shure you are coming but when you get there they arent even there worst place to go ever
