I love the staff they really do care an make you comfortable

I had my first appointment with Melinda Rulli several months ago, we scheduled my next appointment, and I was never contacted. I gave the benefit of the doubt and scheduled another appointment. She called me that time, but today I was stood up again. I was also told that I would be contacted to be put on meds, and I have still not heard from anyone. It has been 4 months. It feels horrible to be paying someone to care, but they dont even have the decency to pretend to care.

Thanks to my appointments to this Psycare I have changed my living style and will forever love going to my appointments. This place has changed me in a good way and I am forever grateful for it! This place gives the most amazing care and I feel very happy after every appointment!

I had to visit Family Care to get prescription refills after my provider left Psycare, downstairs. As part of my intake, they did a drug screening and the results came back were categorically not mine. When I brought my concerns to the staff, I was treated like a liar. I asked for a blood test to clear up the drug test results. That was three weeks ago. I also wore a heart monitor for a couple of days around the same time. I have not heard back about either and have left several messages. This office has made things difficult for my wife and I time and again. Its time to move to another provider. I worked with some good people at Psycare, but its no longer worth the hassles.

I have absolutely had the best care possible here. Hands down.

Really helpful with my dealing with loss and such things. My smile is almost genuine again.
