Really friendly staff! I took my car here for a dent in my bumper they replaced the bumper and painted it within a week, looks great! I also picked up a uhaul from here and as always it was quick and painless so I finally found the shop to go to in East Lansing.

I had a small rust spot on my SUV and they wanted to charge me $1800. to fix it??? They had no problem fixing the damage from my accident and charging me$6,500. for that work. I was recommended to go there. I wont go back there or recommend itto anyone else!!!

I had a strange issue with one of the doors on my sedan that a different mechanic in town couldnt fix. That mechanic recommended Barnum & Tenny and I really lucked out. They took my car with less than 24 hours notice and repaired the door in less than a day. Luckily the repair didnt require added parts and I was happy with the eventual price and honesty in their assessment. Like others have mentioned they washed and detailed the car, which was very nice. They certainly earned the work on my next repair.

Barnum and Tenny has done a great job on vehicles I have had serviced there. The free loaner car was very helpful and they washed and vacuumed my car before I picked it up. Top notch work at a fair price!Crashed my car & took off the break away mirror-- 2 weeks before it was paid off.Go figure!Brought it in to Barnum & Tenney the next day, my first ever insurance claim & they walked me right through the process.A week after I picked it up, I noticed a vibration in my exhaust, which probably had nothing to do with the crash, but I brought it back in & it was fixed in 15 minutes.These folks went the extra mile on customer service!I hope I dont ever have to--but Id go back in to Barnum & Tenney in a minute if I did!

Barnum & Tenny is a body shop thats been around for 40 years or more. They know what they are doing with your car or truck. They will work with you to get a great repair at the right price. They work with all insurance companies. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Have a custom job you need done? They can do that too. They are conveniently located near East Lansing, Hasleyy and Okemos.

I decided to take my BMW here after it was hit while parked. I couldnt be happier with the results. They did an outstanding job and told me that I have lifetime warrenty if anything happens and on top of repairing the damage they did a full car detailing and washed it too. I would most certainly recommend this Body Shop to anyone who is looking for an honest, reliable and extremely friendly service.

Nice service

The lady who looked at our car was quite rude and gave us an estimate of over $1,200 for some minor scratches to the paint on one panel. In the end, Maaco on MLK did the work for $450.

Repair looked great, but took a week longer than expected.

Took care of a scratched bumper for my wife and I. Very polite, friendly people, and they did a good job. Hopefully nothing else happens to our cars for a while, but if it does Im definitely taking them back here.
