DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM THESE GUYS. I rented a uhaul last Saturday from them and was told its going to be $29 for uhaul rental. Then i was told I could keep it had to be back by 1pm. After some talking I was then told i could bring it back next day at no charge. Then he stated i could bring it back on monday of I had to and I then asked, will i be charged the extra days for it and he told me No. i bring it back on monday and left it at my old house sitting there bc I was moving and crazy busy and remembered what the guy told me. After I brought it back I got charged ANOTHER $96.00. I called and talked to another younger guy and told him this and he tried telling me they charged me for 2 extra days and that I drove total 30 miles, which I did not at all. Then he told me the first $41 was just the rental charge when it is in fact only $29 plus CT tax and that they do not charge for the mileage til after. So I told him then you owe me a refund of 82.72. Thats when he told me they did charge me for 6 miles and that the refund will be only $60. So I told him that you are telling me one thing and now another in the same conversation. I want the 82.72 back now in my account asap. this place is COMPLETE TRASH INSIDE AND OUT !!

The entire process was kind of disorganized from start to finish. First, they told me they had a large size truck to rent, only for me to get there on the day of moving to find out they didnt. Someone had apparently made an error in the computer system, costing me my reservation. Then, they were eventually able to get the next size up, by even this took awhile. They did offer a discount for the inconvenience, but I just wish they would do a better job of tracking and confirming their reservations.

I reserved a truck on August 1, 2019 for Saturday August 3, 2019. I met Bob he was very kind, respectful and professional. I had no problem reserving the truck! I didn’t have to pay in advance! We picked the clean truck up Saturday morning no problems! It was there and ready! We returned it at 5:30 pm same day. All paper work was done with no problems! I love the service I got from this UHAUL service place! We got a Great price and awesome service! I would definitelyRecommend this UHAUL Service Place!Thank you a Satisfied Happy Customer!!

Avoid at all costs. Go to a full service uhaul dealer and stay away from these clowns. I had made a reservation three days in advance and when I showed up to get it, despite all of my confirmations and proof of it, I was told to “pound sand” to phrase it nicely. I have been renting uhauls for years and never had a problem until I came here. Went to the one on capital ave and they were great.

Fine parking lot to pick up a truck. Bring a friend if you are getting one at night time.

This is not a uhaul. They just have few vans and trucks. No boxes or other services.

Awful place. Low class service, they had no clue what I was even talking about when I went to drop the truck off. Plus the location is dumpy. Will not use again.
