Great to see and use a family business that provide quality work. I had my A/C condenser replaced, a/c serviced, tires rotated, front pads and rotors replaced and an oil change. All in just a few hours. All repairs were explained to me in detail. Great service at a great price. I’ll be using Laz and his family in the future.

One of my heater hoses sprung a leak while I was on a road trip far from home. By some happy circumstance I found Laz! I went there first thing in the morning and they had me on my way again by 11. The broken hose was, of course, the most difficult hose to reach, but they did a great job at a fair price. I couldnt be happier.

I went over thinking my vehicle had a major issue with the transmission, but ended up being something minor. Laz was very honest and repaired vehicle ahead of the estimated time. It was the best auto experience in the upstate.

After being told I needed a new engine I went here for 2nd opinion they fixed my car it was a valve cover gasket Thanks guys saved me alot of money

Laz is a great place to get your transmission looked at. I was referred by my dad, who got my sisters transmission fixed. They are a professional bilingual establishment that really keeps their customers in mind . They have clean bathrooms & a very nice waiting area. They provide snack & entertainment as you wait for your your vehicle to be serviced. They are also very considerate as they offered to pay for my rental car if they were delayed in fixing my car. I really appreciated the services I’ve received from them.

THE BEST SHOP AROUND! Laz is really honest... He will tell you what needs to be fixed and what can wait. I went to a honda dealership and threw money down the drain getting things fixed that didnt really need to get fixed. I brought it to LAZ and the $800 bill Honda had quoted me was cut in half. Laz does everything that he can to make sure everything is done correctly and in a timely manner. He will always make things right.His wife makes sure to let you know that the stuff that they work on and the equipment they supply you with has warranties up to 50,000 miles... for such a small shop, that is unheard of. (Disclaimer: It has to be the products they supply to be valid for the warranty, not one you found + brought in. Their products are much cheaper than you will find around here anyway, so just go with it!)Not to mention, if you are waiting on your car, you have a variety of snacks and drinks to choose from for FREE!

Let me tell you, Laz is a thorough mechanic. He explained to me what wrong with part and how it wasnt functioning properly. They are very friendly and kind and I will definitely be back from now on. Thank you all

I had my clutch replaced, which went well. Though they didn’t tighten down my sway bar at all on one side, not very confidence inspiring.

Had a very pleasant experience here. We were in a pinch on Friday evening and they stayed late to help us! They went above and beyond any other repair shop used previously! Would definitely recommend and use again!!!!

Absolutely fantastic I came in with a broken radiator yesterday left today with my vehicle in the best shape it’s been in a long time I have had many bad experiences with mechanic shops in the past but this was the best experience I’ve had in my life. I relocated from NY car was leaking oil. Was referred to a mechanic in Greenville who told me he doesn’t know where the oil is coming from. It’s leaking everywhere and he doesn’t know what to do and no one wants to touch it bc of the rust. I’ve never been to a shop where a mechanic doesn’t want to work on a car. Anyway I found Laz”s shop online prayerfully asked for God’s guidance where I won’t get ripped off and my car properly serviced. . I read reviews and decided to visit. Got good vibes, friendly atmosphere and ppl. He checked the car and knew what was the problem immediately. I thank God for someone who knows what he’s doing. No more leaking. It was pricey at first but he worked with me and I am a satisfied customer. I will be a regular customer, when u find a good and reasonable mechanic stick with them. oil changes, brakes, whatever as long as I can afford it. He taught me the importance of cleaning out the transmission oil as well. Thanks Laz and Tonya. Great hospitality as well. Was very comfortable, watched Netflix, plenty of snacks and beverages (hot & cold). Took a nap all good. God Bless U guys. Took my 300 c srtdesign there to put a new transmission in they did amazing job and got it done In good time very nice and respectful people definitely the place to take your car to get it fixed right

They told me it would cost $500 to put another transmission on my truck but when I went to pick up my truck they charged me $600 and they said it was because the transmission fluid was not included in the quoted price. I told them that it wasnt right and that they should only charge what I was quoted and they started arguing with me about how they werent wrong and it was like that everywhere. I told them that by saying the fluid in a transmission swap is not included in the quoted price is the same thing as a place charging $80 for a oil change but the oils not included in the price and you dont know about it until they are being charged for it. I called 4 different transmission shops after that and everyone had a similar price to this places quoted price and it included the transmission fluid and that adding $100 more on top of the quoted price was just plain wrong... they said next time they will be more clear. To be more clear you have to actually say something about it to begin with. I promise their will not be a next time. I will not be going back to this place again and neither should anyone else. Maybe this place used to be good i dont know but there not anymore. I work to hard for my money to have people try to scam it from me. They can say what they want to but there wrong for that.I called 2 other places prior that were the same price but didnt want to drive all the way to greenville from Pickens to go their. Yall did not call me I called you on Thursday to make sure my truck was done that day like he said it would be but it wasnt. Then I called Friday to see if it was done. He said it would be done later that day but told me on the phone on friday that it would cost more than he said. He did not ask me about fluid at all. He just told me it would cost more. Yall knew exactly what was involved when you quoted a price and known about the extra cost. Yes I supplied a transmission from a company yall referred me to and had it delivered to you from that company. Yes my attitude was not the best when I came in because I was told on the phone it would be more than quoted and my attitude got worse when I found out it was $100 more. Your supposed to be a professional company. Your supposed to know exactly whats involved in a job when your quoting it. If I would have been told about that ahead of time it would have been a whole different story. All yall did was swap out a 2wd trans. $500 is a normal price. I could have done it in 4 hours myself but since I work 50 to 60 hours a week. I thought it would be nice to finally have a weekend and let someone else do the work for me.

Laz has helped me with my 2003 Suburban a few times over the past year. He fixed my air conditioner, replaced the water pump, and changed out the transfer case. I recommend Lazs Automotive to all my friends and family members.He does things right.

Walked in and asked if they could change the oil, rotate tires and look at tire leak. Found a nail in the tire. Didnt charge me for tire repair. Nice. Heading back in fall for tires. Friendly environment .Dont miss out, give them a shot.

I was on vacation and my cars check engine light came on and said that I have an issue with my torque converter. I called dealers and they said it would be weeks before they could even see me. I called Laz Automotive and my car was in the shop within 30 mins. This was by far my best experience with a a mechanic ever! They were very kind, hospitable and knowledgeable. They fixed my ride and now it drives like its brand new and they even washed it before I picked it up!(my rims have never looked better!!) I can’t recommend this place enough!
