These folks have taken care of myself, and my entire family for years. They do a wonderful job. They are always quick and courteous. The prices are very reasonable, and they always go over what the parts cost. Either Tony or Sarah are always there to greet us with a smile. My parents and all of my sisters take their vehicles here as well. We always know we will be taken care of, and do not have to worry because we know all of his guys do quality work. Worked on my Nissan NV3500. Got it running strong after a fuse issue and changed the front brakes and the oil. Very busy place.

First time customer, they were extremely professional and honest. He quickly diagnosed the issue and carefully showed me what they found and how theyd fix it. Also, when the problem turned out to be covered under warranty from another provider, they very kindly provided a discounted diagnostic charge and respectfully sent me on my way. That level of honesty and integrity is rare in the world today, let alone in this industry. Ill certainly be going back for any future needs and recommending friends and family to give them their business also.

Needed tires aligned but they looked and tested alignment. Then realized we had another problem that needed to be fixed first. After all that they did not charge anything because the alignment was impossible at that time.

Great mechanics and wonderful service

The technicians are great, the owner at the front desk not so much. Showed up and there was literally no one there ahead of me had to wait almost two hours for them to go to a warehouse to get my tire. Wouldve went to another shop had I not already paid for it.

Been taking my car there for years they do a good job on all my maintenance for my vehicles. Theyre always nice when I talk to them. They get my cars in and out.

I started going to this shop about a year ago. These people are so kind, and as a woman I can say I have never been ripped off or told there was unnecessary work that needed to be done to my vehicle. They do an excellent job and are quick about it which comes in handy since I always have my preschool daughter with me.

On a Saturday I needed an exhaust pipe expanded and went in and they did it right away. I took another one of my vehicles in to get a new tire on and rotation. They got it done right away and price was the cheapest around. I used to use Goodyear for all my needs now I will only use Carolina Automotive moving forward.

I did not realize that they had moved. They are not far from where they were but they still give excellent service and they will pick your car up if you are local and bring it back to you! Keep up the great customer service!

I called just needing to have a stripped lug nut taken off and they said they couldnt get to it I found a small shop later that day and it took the mechanic all of 2 minutes to get it off.

Great place to get your car repaired. Trustworthy mechanics are hard to find. These guys wont overcharge and they will fix your issue. I got screwed for 180.00 @ Dick Smith Hyundai and still didnt fix my issue. They got the problem fixed for 50$ . Ill be back for sure

Very professional staff and thay do a great job. I highly recommend them. I will be happy to do more business with them. I even have my daughters and other family and friends go there to get their vehicles worked on. And I am a very picky person when it comes to work being done on my vehicle. By far the best shop I have ever taken my car to! Ive been coming here for years and they are very nice and customer oriented. They dont ever worry more about making money than about making the customer happy and they will do anything they can to help you out! Needed a tire mounted on a Saturday and they were able to get it done and at a reasonable time with friendly service. Did I mention free coffee as well? Coffee was brewed up and waiting. AND doughnuts. Not sure if doughnuts are an everyday thing or not, but the staff has always been nice to me the few times I have been there. Recommend them to anyone

This place ROCKS!!!!!! I bought a inline fuel pump for my 36R class A RV from Advanced Auto next door (they are awesome also.. great customer service.. They referred me to Carolina Automotive to see if they could help.) I blew a tire and it took out my fuel pump to my generator. Mandy was amazing... The manager and lady at the desk were awesome... Even one of the gentleman brought me tissues to wipe my eyes from crying with happiness.. God Bless this place.

Fantastic experience with this shop. I recently took my SUV to them for severe suspension issues. Not only were they professional, honest, and extremely nice, but they did the repairs in under 24 hours! Any other Shop would have taken at least 4 to 5 days to do the same amount of work that this shop did in less than a day. I am extremely pleased with them, and definatley will be recommending them to anyone who will listen.

I brought my car to get my tire plugged after running over a nail. They were fast and even remembered my cars name! Sounds silly, but I see it as great customer service to pay attention and actually listen to what I say. Even if its just me laughing about naming my car. 5 stars all day.

I drove here early on a Saturday morning to just get a tire rotation. They got me in quick. My technician Joe came out after getting the tires off and explained how my tires were worn out (which I knew, but it was nice to hear anyways). He also showed me how my brakes in the back were not as low as I had thought, although the sensor was getting real close to being used up.I will definitely return! Everyone was very helpful and there is some shopping and food nearby if you dont want to wait inside.

I was a customer at Carolina Automotive for 6 years. They used to give stellar customer service and seemed to take great care of our cars.The past two times I tried to get service (oil change), the wait time was long (40 minutes to an hour on average) so I left, hoping for better luck next visit. Went in again today (11am) to find the same long wait time so I asked to set an appointment for next week. I was told they no longer take appointments, they are now walk-in only. We made appointments during the past 6 years and arrived, on time, at all of them. The person at the desk tried to rationalize why eliminating appointments is good for their business but, in reality, is eliminating good customer service truly good for their business? They lost two customers today and earned a bad review.

This is by far the BEST place to get your vehicle serviced and it repaired. Great professional people work there, and pricing is very hard to beat

Ive been coming here a long time, ever since the name changed they have got pretty bad. THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR AND SAY IT WAS LIKE THAT. Pay the little extra and take it to a realiable place. Its Worth it Trust me.

For about six years we were loyal customers of this place. No more. After spending nearly $1700 for suspension work that was to suppose to eliminate a terrible squeak, nothing changed. They said their work was guaranteed. The problem is they did not do the right work to eliminate the squeak! I have made an appoint with another mechanic to try and fix this problem.

I came into the shop with my one-year-old twin girls sleeping and a dog in my car after I noticed I had a nail in my tire. They have me back my car up and do it right there on the spot for me so that I didnt have to get out of the car with my girls was done in under 10 minutes. They apologized for the noise of the machine because it might wake up the twins who slept through the whole thing. The kind gentleman even takes my card goes inside runs it to pay. The whole thing cost me $10. Amazingly kind and considerate people and fast service!! Wouldnt go anywhere else again!

I will never go there again. I bought a set of tires about 5 years ago for my wifes 2001 explorer. I build my own cars and I replaced a outer tie rod the day before they put the tires on and did the alignment. They said a brand new tie rod was worn out and then they tried to charge me $50 for a $25 part next door at advanced. They also wanted to charge me a full hour labor rate for $75 to change a outer tie rod that takes 15 minutes. I told them I would pay the 1/4 hour and they didnt want to do that so I told them to take my car off of their lift and they could swindle other people that know less about cars than I do. The are very dishonest and deceitful in their way of replacing good parts and over charging on labor. I know how to build cars but I rely on tire shop for a tire machine and a alignment machine. I guess they thought they could take advantage of me but they picked the wrong person.

Incredible experience every time! Carolina Auto doesnt play the mechanic game with customers but will always do quality work you can trust. Ive sent my wife there several times to have work done and can always trust theyll be honest with her.They really do a great job of giving you a heads up for the things that might be going wrong in the near future so you can plan for those expenses down the road.Overall, if youre in the Easley/Greenville area, Id highly recommend giving the guys a call. As far as Im concerned, Ill never be tempted to do business anywhere else!

Went to have my car heater core flushed. after the job was supposedly complete, I was driving away because I didnt have heat. pulled to the front and the mechanic didnt know what was wrong. After oh and umm for 10 minutes another mechanic came out and put a clamp on a hose YES HE RIGGED MY CAR UP AFTER I PAID THEM 70 BUCKS TO FIX IT. SCREW THIS PLACE

Me and my son have been here at least 8 times through the years and its been one of the best places i have shopped in all of the upstate great people great service and good prices why go anywhere else.

I went here for an alignment but as I started driving away I noticed that my alignment was even worse than when I got there. Apparently they had their machine at the wrong setting. After explaining the situation they resolved the issue. The customer service was alright but they should hire some people that know what theyre doing.

Told me 30 min for a tire change been waiting for over an hour would highly not recommend this place
