Went out of town, came home to bathroom full of the nasty.. insurance man said call here. Ben and another guy got it taken care of and the bathroom look better than it did before. Will recommend.

After finding a water leak and the severe damage in multiple rooms, called Tammy at Servpro and Ben came out and started the mitigation process immediately. Tammy was always available to answer any questions and Ben was onsite daily throughout the demolition, drying and even coordinated the asbestos removal (house is 50+ years old). Definitely recommend!!!

When I was woken up at 3 in the morning to my daughter yelling my name, the last thing I expected was to come downstairs to my kitchen flooded! First thing I did was call my dad. Easy to work with, prompt service.

Called ahead to make sure they could finish in a responsible time - 15 days later and multiple calls project finally completed. Tom did a great job installing floor. Office staff was difficulty, multiple excuses and delayed the entire process. Unprofessional Staff. Owner not involved at all. Must have talked with 5 different people. 1 day for removal, 1 day to install floor 13 days of office stuff- ordering, running programs, etc.

Ben Wilson came by, right on time, and accessed our mold situation. Ben took pictures, said he would inspect any mold areas that we wanted to show him and gave A+++++++ advice. I contacted Brad Crowe with ServPro and the customer service was nothing less than perfect. Not only did Brad do everything he told me hed do during the time-frame he gave, the contractor, Brian Marchbanks, he sent out to perform the work was excellent. Brian called earlier in the week to confirm the appointment and arrived earlier than expected. He completed the work and answered all my questions. A+ service all-around!

Way over priced

Called and explained what we needed, was told someone would call me back to set up an appointment. 24 hours later, no call back. Called again to see when I could expect a call - was told they were very busy. Almost a week later, still no call back. Decided to use ServiceMaster - they came out the very day after I called. Never tell customers that you’re too busy!

Only thing I disliked more than having a house fire was working with serve pro! Luckily being in construction I was able to keep them from destroying my home with lacquer. After taking 8 weeks to complete legitimately 2 weeks of work I received a 30 page bill which I went through line by line. With errors literally on every single page I was told the same thing by two people “it doesn’t matter what the bill says we did or didn’t do that’s the amount you owe.” No one ever wants to be in a situation where you have to use a remidiation company but if you do need one don’t choose this orginazation!

Servpro of Pickens County responded to my needs quickly and did a phenomenal job. They were able to remove some wine stains from my carpet that I never would have thought could have been cleaned. Thanks Servpro!
