I had never heard of Complete Heat and Air and didnt know anyone who had any work done by them. But I went solely off of the great online reviews of their company, and the reviews were right. From the company representative who came out and quoted the job to the install crew who replaced my heat-pump system and all of my ductwork. These men were all very professional, friendly, and did a great job. I spent time with them while they did the job and all of these guys did a good job of representing their company. I plan on using them in the future for any and all A/C work for me and my family and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I Reached out to Complete Heat & Air later in the evening on Thursday and was on the schedule for the very following afternoon! The technician that serviced my equipment today, Darren Vickery, portrayed exemplary customer service. He called when he was on his way, which screamed RESPECT! It was comforting to not have him just show up and knock. When he showed up he was professional, courteous, and listen to me as I explained what my system was doing. You could tell right away that he was listening to understand, he was not listening to respond. I let him know where my package unit was located and he got right to work. He informed me, after his thorough investigation, that I have a leak in my coil. He discussed a couple of different options that I had and I opted to go with having refrigerant added seeing as how that we are at the end of summer. He completely understood and was kind enough to head right back outside and charge my system. He even stayed around to make sure that all the vents were blowing ice cold and stayed blowing ice cold before he finished up his process and went out about his day. You can believe that I will most definitely call Complete Heat & Air for all of my repairs, maintenance, and my installation when it is needed. If you want a company that has a culture to serve, listen, and take care of the comfort of you and your family the best choice that you can make is to call Complete Heat & Air. I, for one, will call or rely on no other company to take care of my home.

Thermostat installation price is a bit excessive.The technician was amazing, very professional and quick. He deserves 5/5 stars. The only complaint I had was the price. The issue I had was that my fuse was blown, so the tech came out replaced the fuse, finished my thermostat installation and check the air temperatures. Overall took him exactly 30 min. The price for the thermostat installation is $139, with my thermostat provided. I called in to ask if I could get it reduced to $100 which I felt was more than fair, that would be $200 an hour. They said they charge a flat fee and no reductions.There are definitely cheaper alternatives in the area, I recommend shopping around for simple repairs.

Shannon and Nick were very courteous and professional. They came out to install a new heating and air system after my unit died. They were very efficient and did an excellent job. This place is definitely the best of the best ! I just moved here from California and had no idea what company to call so Mike came out and he was great and so honest and explained everything to me about the ductless mini-split system to cool my bedroom so I decided to go with that. We scheduled the date and Nick and Spencer came out and very nice guys and so helpful with everything and were done in a very short time. Everything was so professional, neat and clean. I truly can’t say enough great things about this company. I called the next day about questions on my remote and Corey called me from his vehicle to help . My husband & I purchased a new A/C system from Complete Heat & Air 2 years ago when our old original unit died in the heat of the summer. They came out installed it very quickly & professionally. My AC went out late Saturday night. I called Complete first thing on Sunday morning. They dispatched a tech (Shannon) within an hour or so. Shannon had my AC working in no time. Thanks for the quick response and quality work.

After two other HVAC companies came with one didnt even go up into the attic and the other said, he was too fat to get in to fix it so my husband could do it...I called Complete. They came out that same day. Darren worked hard in the attic, in the heat and never complained. I offered cold water and he was gracious. It was after 5pm on a Friday and tech support was not available to help our unique situation. So Shannon came out today, Monday and fixed it in no time.Every single person I talked to was professional, friendly and wanted to make sure we were taken care of. Was impressed that they truly care about their reviews and ratings. Thanks fellas.Previous:I have used this company three times over the last 90 days at my home and a rental we own. I needed AC work done, one of the units in my home stopped blowing cold air and the AC unit at our rental was not working properly. Techs came on time and were very nice. Sales reps were responsive and informative. I was initially impressed to the extent I signed up for my home to be on the annual maintenance plan and paid for the year in full. Since then my AC unit at my home is not working properly, the same unit they repaired and serviced. I have called and my wife has called and left several messages with no response. Do not use these people, I will be contacting my credit card company tomorrow and disputing the annual service fee I paid as services have not nor will be rendered. Shame as I need a good HVAC company.

This company has never let me down. I called on a Saturday morning, described my AC problem. The Service Technician, Brantley Simmons, arrived on Fathers Day morning with a fair idea with what the problem was; went straight to work. He was right; ants had damaged a connector. He had the part in his truck. Replaced the part; explained the problem to me as he worked to fix it. Thirty minutes and AC back on. This is the type of service I have always received from this reliable company and their great staff.

I scheduled an appointment for the next morning but they had a technician finish up early so he went ahead and came my way! Dean was very knowledgeable and very nice. The part I need is backordered so Dean fixed the a/c to last long enough for the part to come in. With the heat quickly approaching this week, I very much appreciate that! We highly recommend Complete Heat and Air for any and all HVAC needs. We had routine maintenance done a few times on our AC unit and after finding a leak in our A-coil/evaporator coil, we decided to replace our entire system including thermostats. Every time that we had them come out to either refill our freon or perform a yearly check up, they were very professional and very knowledgeable. We made the decision to replace our entire system and requested to have a sales person come out and give us our options. Korbin Frazier was the sales representative who was sent out to talk to us. Korbin was very professional and respectful, didn’t try to sell us on something more than what we needed for our home, answered all of our questions and concerns, went above and beyond to make sure our experience was top notch. We picked the system we wanted and set a date for the installation. The installers, Chase and Shannon, were also very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. They completed the install without any surprises or hiccups all in one day. They made sure that the inside and outside units were working properly as well as making sure we were connected to the new thermostats before they left. And again, we highly recommend this company and staff for any and all HVAC needs.

I have used Complete Heat and Air twice, so far. The first was when my heat went out and Steve was responsive, thoughtful, and quick to address the issue. Since a part needed to be ordered he figured out a way to maintain heat until that part arrived. The second was for my seasonal maintenance and inspection, which I signed up for after the initial issue. Steve arrived with a positive, professional, friendly, and kind attitude. I am so glad as Steve came out again, serviced my equipment and identified a potential concern area (no float switch). He was able to install it for me and *hopefully* prevent future issues :) Best there is!

After receiving an unusually high power bill, we called Complete to have them check out the new thermostats we had installed a few months prior. They were able to quickly schedule an appointment for us the same day, and Steve arrived in a timely manner. Wow! I cannot think of enough great things to say about this amazing company. Kenny was the first to come out & try to repair our dinosaur HVAC. Once we did the first repair, we had cold air for about 5 days and then quickly realized our 19 year old dinosaur was ready to call it quits. We called as soon as the house started climbing into the 80s, which was very fast because hello it’s the south in the summer! Nick called us back that same day after hours to work with us on getting squeezed in ASAP! They got us in within a couple days & once they came to check things out we came to the conclusion it was time to stop fixing & just purchase a new one. My husband & I are both young & new home owners so naturally some people take advantage of that when selling us things. Fortunately, that was not the case with Courtney! She came out & explained everything to my husband & helped us make the best purchase to date (in my opinion). We are so thankful for all of the people at Complete Heat & Air! Especially Cline, who helped schedule all of this. Brant, who helped install our new HVAC was amazing as well & we can’t remember the other name of who helped but appreciate him just as much! Our A/C unit was completely frozen so we called Complete Heat and Air to come out to take a look at was going on. Adam Moore came out in a timely manner and was on time, he was able to quickly diagnose and tell us what was wrong with our A/C. At first he suspected a more expensive fix was necessary, but he took the time to take things apart and run tests. Dean ended up finding a simpler solution to our problem rather than recommending the initial more expensive fix. Had our AC go out at the worst possible time; right at the start of the hot summer months and during COVID. Before I reached out to Complete Heat and Air I worked with some other AC professionals who went very responsive or didnt call back at all. Michael Hall was the sales rep who was incredibly friendly and professional. He didnt push us to make any decisions and was prompt to respond and help even on his off days and late in the evening. He made it easy to understand the options and helped us make the best decision for our situation and home. When it came to scheduling the install Clint was incredibly helpful and made it a priority to work us in within a week which was amazing considering this was during the busiest time of the season for AC work. Spencer and Nick were the installers and made certain that any HVAC work I need in the future or any recommendations for HVAC work to others will always be Complete heat and air. They were incredibly professional and kind while being respectful of our home. Spencer and Nick are the best experience Ive had with any home work and they did an incredible job with the install. They are obviously very knowledgeable and talented in their field. They even installed and setup some smart thermostats for us. They made sure to clean up to where you would never know any work was done and we were in nice cool air again by mid-day. I cant speak highly enough about my experience with Complete Heat and Air. Courtney did an extremely thorough inspection of my existing HVAC system and gave me multiple options for upgrading. Complete Heat and Air was very quick to respond after I put in a request for service through their website. The technician, Desmond, was incredibly helpful and efficient.Our only critique is that we were never made aware of the base price of a service call prior to the technician coming out. This wouldnt have stopped us from moving forward, but it was never mentioned while scheduling the appointment.

These guys were professional, knowledgable, thorough, and reasonably priced. We actually own a service company, and they do absolutely all the right things to take care of customers---they did a few things that schooled me! Would certainly recommend. Courtney and Shannon were great!

Last summer year just as Summer was turning to Fall, my senior citizen parents AC unit was offcially declared DOA. It was a tough October as Indian summer hit and they swore that after their tax return, they would purchase a new HVAC unit in the Spring. Well sure enough time flew by and April rolled around. It was time. After doing a bit of homework, I as their adult son and (caretaker?) decided to go with Lowes as my father already possessed a credit card which would allow for some benefits. We were quickly put in touch with Courtney at Complete who came to our house, went over every inch of the place, underneath the crawl space even! That night I was emailed a breakdown of our options. It was a bit higher than what we had budgeted for, but after a 2nd meeting we came up with a great plan. The date was set and Chase and Cameron came today first thing in the morning, worked through the day, were very polite and professional, and took the time to answer any questions we had. Real good guys. Upon leaving, there was absolutely zero trace of them even being here. I dont even think a blade of grass is out of place! From the initial meeting to installation Im glad we had Complete as our partner. I honestly cannot recommend them enough!

Our AC was not working properly with the thermostats. Rooms were not cooling based on the thermostat temperature settings. Our service technician, Dean, identified the problems and has been replacing the needed parts as the company receives them. Dean is very polite, knowledgable and professional. Used Complete Heat & Air for the first time last week. Very impressed with the whole experience. Dean was very professional and explained every step he was taking to ensure our HVAC system was in good working order. He also rewired out Google Nest thermostat to make it more efficient and capable of using all of the systems features. I will be happy to use them again when needed.

We have been customers for several years and have never been disappointed. Dean came out today to perform a maintenance check on our heating system before the cold sets in. He was very thorough, explained exactly what he did, and was not rushed to move on to his next appointment. I recommend paying for their yearly maintenance service where they come out in the Spring to check your AC system and come out again in the Fall to check your heating system. Their maintenance program is cheaper than calling them twice per year to check your systems due to paying for service calls on top of service performed.

Dean Whiteside was our Service Technician and he was very professional and thoroughly inspected out system, reviewed details of the system with me as the home was new to us and made recommendations for future maintenance. As with all the personnel at Complete that we have worked with, Dean was polite and knowlegeable. A great asset to your organization.

Just had Complete Heat & Air replace my heat pump for me, since my old Trane XL finally died after 30 years! Went with a new Trane XR-15 & the guys did a great job! Michael was super helpful, not at all pushy, and just a nice guy. Chase and Cameron did an awesome job on the installation; it was a cold and rainy day, but they still got it done 👍👍. Would definitely recommend this company!
