We had all of the windows in our house and a sliding patio door replaced by Marc and Mark last spring. They were awesome to work with! They were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. A whole house of windows is a long-term investment so we wanted to be sure the people doing the install were experienced and not just some random crew from a big box store. These guys definitely know their stuff and did a wonderful job. Super happy and highly recommend them for quality work at a fair price.

Premier Window Pros had been contracted out by my HOA to replace windows in my home. A date had been scheduled for the contractor to make specific measurements for the job. I had taken time away from work to meet with the contractor, but the contractor never showed up to our appointment. I followed up with a call immediately and had never received any response back. Weeks later, I had sent an email asking for updates. The contractor seemed to have been overbooked. Understandable, but the lack of communication is not.
