Quality Company with Excellent Customer Service! I highly recommend them! GreenGuard completed hail damage on my home. I needed a new roof, siding, windows and gutters. Wow it was quite the process, but they made sure everything was covered by the insurance company. Once everything was approved it couldnt have gone more smooth. The communication was excellent. The workers were on time and efficient. They used quality rated products and my home looks great!!!

This company was terrible. We used them for hail damage work. They replaced windows, gutters and more. They miscalculated the cost of the windows, their gutter installation sub scratched our new garage doors, broke the front off our hottub and installed gutters that leaked (they never fixed these things). The subcontractor returned multiple times and attempted to fix the gutters in the dark. The gutters still leak. The window installers took a gash out of our carpet and didnt repair. Felt like I needed to file an insurance claim for the insurance work they had done. They installed the windows and left it roughed in and unfinished. I had to call and complain to get them back to finish the work. Theres more. Very frustrating experience. Wont use them again.

Very good interaction with this company. I am dealing with hail damage and they have been a great advocate with the insurance claim for me. They deal directly with the insurance company and have kept me informed of the work to be done.
