Love the training and engagement of the teacher. It was so interactive and the syllabus was covered more the just a job of scrum master. Highly recommended

I really enjoyed the training at Intertech. The teacher was excellent, he was fully engaged with us and would answer our questions and make it a discussion around the lecture and slides. The pace of the class was pretty good, we had ample time for labs. The facility is nice, there are close bathrooms to the classrooms. There are many restaurants nearby if you need to run somewhere for lunch. There are lots of selections of snacks and drinks available included in your tuition including lunch provided on the last day. Each student has their own computer and workstation and comfortable chairs. I really liked being offsite from work for training as it allowed me to fully give my attention to the training and I was able to learn and absorb the material without distractions. I would definitely recommend Intertech for training!

BEST TRAINING EVER!!! I attended a four day Java training session here and absolutely loved it. The staff was beyond friendly, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. The instructor was well versed in the subject and was able to drive home key concepts through engagement, teachable moments, and real world examples.

My first experience with Intertech was great. The instructor was well organized and displayed proficiency in his field. The curriculum was appropriate for the subject matter and was not overly easy or difficult. The ideas were presented in a logical pattern with real world examples to support them.The Intertech facility was comfortable and welcoming. My training was with New Horizons, coordinated by Intertech. Like most online training courses, the course moves way too fast to understand the material, unless youre already an expert in the topic. The instructor cant really answer your questions but the coursework and the labs are sufficient for learning the material at your own pace. They give you six months access to both. That is very helpful.

Exceptional experience at Intertech. It exceeded all expectations. Spending two days in an intense learning environment, the amenities they provide are unmatched. The quality of instruction also surpassed expectations . I would definitely recommend Intertech highly to anyone seeking professional development.

The training was very good. The instructor did an excellent job of reiterating talking points with real life experiences and stories from the IT industry. I enjoyed the activities with the table groups and the hands on learning technique. I am currently on a Scrum team, and am excited to apply what I have learned from this class to our team to help increase efficiency.

I enrolled in a training course at Intertech which occurred last week, and was impressed with the facility. While there were employees on-site, it was clear that customers were the priority with regards to utilizing shared spaces like the restrooms and cafeteria. Complementary snacks, lunch, drinks, and great assistance from staff left me with absolutely nothing to complain about. I would enroll in another training class here in a heartbeat before looking anywhere else.

I had a very good experience on my recent training with Intertech. The way different areas of the curriculum was divided and how the instructor put it into To Do, Doing, and Done is applicable in every day life. The class Enterprise Linux System Admin covered the essential topics and was done well by the instructor. The classes started on time and we were given ample time for labs. The fact that we have 6 months of lab facility is a big plus for me. I prefer the interactive session over the phone line instead of typing on the keyboard. If you are OK with typing then you will enjoy the class.

Excellent interaction from the Intertech staff from initial arrival and throughout the classroom sessions.I found the instructor to be knowledgeable on the course material for Java 8. He kept the class at a reasonable pace based on the various skill levels and background of the attendees. The coursework included well prepared materials, discussion, and awareness of the goals of attendees. For example, the instructor highlighted pertinent areas of the material knowing several attendees were candidates for taking a certification test.Additionally there was an option available to attend this class remotely via Webex. While I opted for classroom attendance its great to know this capability exists for future reference.This was, for me, an exceptional training experience. I highly recommend including Intertech as a option for training needs.

Great interactive experience regarding the Certified Scrum Master training. The instructor was engaging and knowledgeable. Lots of great tips for becoming and improving your agile approach to projects. I would highly recommend Intertech and Lonnie Weaver-Johnson if you would like to dive into the Agile / Scrum world.

Ive done classes both online and in person with Intertech and you wont be disappointed with either option. I prefer in person but doing the class online was better than expected. Having two monitors helps with online since you can have the lecture on one and the remote desktop session on the other. Very knowledgeable instructors and good course content.

Just finished my Scrum Product Owner Certification with Lonnie. Loved her teaching style and materials! I walked away feeling energized by what I had learned in two jam packed days.

CSPO training was fantastic. Lonnie did a great job training on the materials. Intertech was a gracious host, with lots of yummy snacks and a very pleasant environment.

This December I attended a week long training class over JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Intertech offered me the ability to take the class either in person or online if needed. This was great because you never know what the weather is going to be like in Minnesota.The class was great! The instructor started out by getting a feel for all of our skills and what we would like to learn. After that we covered beginner and advanced topics. Each topic is covered by some demos and then lab work. Some of the topics were above and beyond what I understood, but they offer all of the students a Free retake of the course within a year if they want to. (Definitely plan on doing that after I some time. If nothing else, it will be a great refresher.)Overall I had a good experience and would recommend them for future training needs. Thanks Intertech!

The remote training was very efficient and complete.I completed the 4 day course with a better understanding of Java and feel confident on starting my own project.The side topics on books to look into on Java, design patters, and UML will be helpful. I am reviewing on which books to purchase.The usage of a remote virtual PC was really nice and made sure that everyone had the same platform and that the instructor could jump in in a pinch.I do wish that database access and basic user interface would have been part of the training, but it is included in the manuals as Appendixes. I am planning on going over those.

The content was appropriate for the course. The right amount of lecture and lab work. The labs were real world. The instructor was knowledgeable and interesting to listen to. Intertech made me feel welcome and supported. I would recommend this course or taking any course provided by Intertech.

I took a class on Building RESTful Services with Spring with Mr. Jason Shapiro last week. I liked the way Jason approached the class and I walked away feeling very confident in building new services with Spring framework now.The included snacks and coffee are much appreciated :D However, Id have loved to have more lecture and less lab sessions. Some of the lab sessions can go for over an hour. Although these lab sessions are quite helpful, I do feel that having more lecture sessions and walk-through/demos would be better.In any case, I feel the class was useful and I would definitely consider taking another class with Intertech in the future.

This was an excellent class and Intertech is an excellent training facility. Our instructor(Tim) did a great job explaining the different patterns. He was available before and after class to go into more detail with us to make sure we understood the concepts. It was a great class and I would recommend it!

I took a 2 day Scrum (CSM) Certification course through Intertech and had a great experience. Our trainer was very knowledgeable and did a great job bridging the gap of experience between individuals. The service Intertech provided was spot on and I could tell they went out of their way to make the environment perfect from the welcome email to the set up to the amenities provided.

I attended a multi-day training at Intertech. From start to finish, the training was top notch - facilities, training content and atmosphere was great. Ill certainly be looking into additional relevant training topics with Intertech when additional needs arise.

I have recently attended Angular 1.x training by Jason Shapiro. He has detailed knowledge about what he is teaching. He is very happy to answer any questions we ask. For some labs we are not getting enough time to finish, but you can finish those in break time and adjust. My overall experience was good.

Overall experience was very good! The instructor provided plenty of hands-on experience via demos and labs that helped reinforce the concepts. Also, he added value to the online manual by providing details that were not covered in the manual.

I really enjoyed my Complete Java training at Intertech. I thought my instructor was very good at explaining the subject as well as very good at answering questions and sticking with things to make sure that the students really understood the concepts.I would highly recommend Intertech Training as a great way to learn.

Two co-workers and myself took a three day course on Angular2 last week and we all thought it was very well taught by the instructor. The only minor complaint would be that the text was outdated in several places. While this would normally be a big deal the instructor was very good about noting these discrepancies from his previous classes and making sure the correct and up to date info was taught and to note any new discrepancies our class found as we proceeded through the text. Overall it was a very good class, excellent instructor, and I would be more than happy to recommend others try one of their classes.

I thoroughly enjoyed the CSM class. The instructor was very engaging and delivered material in ways that addressed the diverse learner.

The Agile scrumMaster training was interactive and very practical. Lonnie the trainer from Intertech is an experienced practitioner and made this a great investment of time.

I took Certified Scrum Master training at Intertech and found the class extremely helpful, well designed, and well facilitated. The trainer was great and very engaging.

I loved the atmosphere, very comfortable. The free food/beverage options were excellent. The fresh pastries/cookies and ice cream were a nice treat. The class for the most part was good. The big paper post its that kept falling off the wall were a distraction. In our class, there were some people who asked questions that were more about their personal experience so that lead the instructor down a rabbit hole that I thought could have been prevented because it took way too much of our class time going over their specific question. This happened quite a few times. Overall I learned a lot so it was worth it.

Great experience. Lonnie is a great coach with a lot of experience in Agile. I would recommend this course to anyone looking to take a CSM class.

Very good class. Labs were very helpful in learning about APP-V. Material was well organized, as well as easy to follow and understand. Facilities were nice as well. A variety of snacks were provided free of charge to help keep is alert throughout the day.

The class atmosphere was very relaxed and great for asking questions. Intertech ensured that everything was provided, breakfast, snacks and even lunch on the second day. Great customer service.

I attended a off site software design training session here C# Design Strategies and Patterns. There were a lot of offered comforts such as food and drink provided to the trainees. The session was 3 days and my instructor was very knowledgeable and an industry veteran. The instruction was mostly lecture with some coding labs which were mostly copy and pasting to illustrate the design patterns. These labs couldve been improved to have less hand holding and more engaging with the material to re-enforce the concepts. There was definitely time for it in the structure of the course. Additionally, they seemed to have bought the presentation from a 3rd party and there was certain portions that he disagreed with which kinda sent mixed messages. Overall it was a good experience with a lot of information crammed into a short time time frame. Our instructor was very friendly and easy to engage with and we were able to gain lots of insight from his real world expertise.

Intertech has a great location (easy to get to even in rush hour from the West side of the cities), they offered a variety of amenities, and our Scrum Master Trainer (Lonnie) was quite fantastic!! Id highly recommend her class.

I took a week long Angular class here. Their facilities are modern and clean. Intertech’s employee are genuinely excited to be there and are very helpful. All and all I’d rate my experience with Intertech as a 5/5. I will definitely be coming back to them

The Certified Scrum Master class I took at Intertech I thought was one of the best training classes Ive ever taken. My class was taught by Lonnie Weaver-Johnson and I would highly recommend her as a trainer. Lonnie was very knowledgeable while still being relatable and down-to-earth. The facility itself was very nice other than a few temperature issues with the training room. The free treats and pizza were much appreciated.

The customer service shown by Intertech was exceptional. The teacher of the ITIL Foundations class I took through them was knowledgeable and made dry course material as engaging as possible. Do know that they use vetted business partners to do some of the trainings, so not all communication comes directly from Intertech. However, the quality delivered was high, and Id use them again.

Ive taken both the CSM and CSPO training at Intertech. The trainer, Lonnie Weaver-Johnson, was highly knowledgeable and presented the information in an easy to understand format. Lonnie has over a decade of practical experience as a scrum-master, trainer, and coach. Given her wealth of experience, she was able to provide suggestions for overcoming challenges with scrum implementation. She also and has a many stories to share that illustrate her training points.The Intertech location is easy to find and the training room is comfortable. They even provided snacks and refreshments to keep us happy!

I just completed the Certified Scrum Master course. The training was great. The instructor was not only knowledgable about Scrum/Agile, but she was also a tremendous trainer. She kept the students motivated by involving us with activities and incorporating stories from her experience as a Scrum Master. I left feeling empowered to incorporate Agile values and Scrum methodology into our development cycle.

I took a three-day training course on SSIS packages. The trainer was very knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly answer every question asked. He seemed personally invested in each of his students leaving the training feeling well-prepared to be successful with the tool.

I was very new to SSRS and had virtually no background in Visual Basic language. I found this to be a serious shortcoming to gaining full value from the class. I suggest that anyone taking this course possess a basic understanding of this programming language. Intertech should consider this when accepting enrollment. The trainer was excellent and patient. I plan to retake the course (for no cost) after I have acquired more experience with Report Builder.

Intertech offers great professional development opportunities. I attended a two-day Certified Scrum Master course in Eagan. The instructor was well-versed and enthusiast about the material, the staff was welcoming and professional and the location was convenient and accommodating. It was one of the best professional development experiences Ive had thus far and would highly recommend them!

The class is fairly pricey for what was actually covered. While the introductory material was strong, we did not spend enough time learning about or do enough practical labs for the more advanced concepts, such as abstract classes and interfaces, and spent way too much time learning about much more straightforward concepts such as collections and array lists. The instructor was helpful though and he led an open question session on the final day where you could ask whatever questions you wanted.I took the Java complete training, just to specify.

I finished 3 excel classes last week. I thought the instructors did a great job with the classes and had a lot of patiences helping the other users in the class when they couldnt understand a step or two in the process. I would recommend my co-workers to take the classes that are offered through Intertech. Thanks again!!!

Class was taken remotely. Instructor was very attentive and used the classroom tool well to answer questions during labs without distracting the rest of the class. Instructors knowledge of the subject was excellent.Only reason for not getting full 5 stars is that there were several technical glitches with the classroom software and on the first day I waited on hold for their tech support for 20 minutes whilst trying to get the classroom working on the first day.

My experience for CSM training with Intertech was amazing! I was impressed by their professional approach to the whole certification process. Right from the staff who communicated with me about the course and answered all the questions patiently to organizing the training and follow up was prompt & well coordinated. The training was experiential, allowed us to share our experiences and discuss the questions we had which in true sense helped us construct our own learning through the session! :-))

December 2016 I had a Apache Tomcat for Linux Admin Training. The instructor knew what he was teaching, and had real world experience. I enjoyed the training and would recommend to others!

Instructor was awesome. Course materials were well written and easy to follow. Only issue I had was the virtual machine we were logged into on intertechs site required a reboot during a lab.

Intertech itself was very accommodating, plenty of options for snacks if needed, the room was set up comfortably for me (although some said it was hot on one side of the room), and we were provided the tools we needed during the 2 day class.The ScrumMaster certification course itself was very engaging, and the instructor was very knowledgeable - I walked away learning some great information!

Content-wise I like all the materials, lab exercises, discussions. Im just a bit disappointed that the technology to hold the online class was not thoroughly checked the day or week before. Thank you for the snacks served out in the Eagan training location, and the staff are very nice and accommodating.

I hadn’t heard of Intertech, so I went in with no preconceptions. The staff was extremely courteous, especially as we worked through a hiccup with my registration. The building was nice and new, the complimentary snacks and beverages were a pleasant surprise...and the course was great! The instructor was very engaging, and she did a great job of incorporating our 1st day feedback into the 2nd day.Great experience overall, and I plan to be back again!

Javascript class was excellent. Thorough and engaging instructor, meaningful lab exercises well analyzed, down to earth practical debugging experience. Great facility and attention to details.

Clean, friendly staff, beautiful building, great amenities.Ive taken a lot of training courses, and Intertechs Eagan location is by far the nicest. The rooms had great tech that worked well, newly updated, and the free snacks (vending machines and fridge loaded with options) were a great touch. The latter is a bottom-line item that most companies cut, but it was also a treat that made me feel welcome. The staff truly took care of our class.I would definitely take another course at this location, and will be looking in the future to try and take training here.

The trainer was articulate, organized and effective. He was very flexible in the training material. When I mentioned certain topics would not be required, he immediately acknowledged and adjusted his material to better suit our needs. We are looking forward to our Level 2 session scheduled next week.

Intertech has long been a top quality training group in the Twin Cities. This is the first course I have taken in their new Eagan center and was very impressed with the facility. The environment allowed students to focus on the subject and not worry about equipment / setup etc. The trainer was well respected in the industry and could bring the subject matter to real world examples. The fresh baked cookies in the afternoon are a nice touch.

I was impressed with the environment, the course, the instructors and the staff at Intertech. I took the Scrum Master Certification course and feel prepared to take the certification test. However, I was left wanting more. I could easily see this course expanding to a three day course with even more real world examples of how to perform as a scrum master. Looking forward to my next course at Intertech.

I took the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) training here early October 2018. The office and conference room was clean, well stocked and the staff was friendly. A+ snacks made the experience extra nice. Lonnie was a fabulous coach and I sincerely hope she writes the book she talked about wanting to write! I highly recommend Intertech for any training.

I was very impressed with the training I received for CSPO at Intertech! The training was very engaging and I learned more than I ever thought I would! The training had the perfect mix of lecture, hands-on activities, group discussion, and breaks.The location of Intertech was very easy to find and in a great location. The room was comfortable, bathrooms clean, and the break room was amazing! They always had breakfast, tea, and coffee, and fully stocked FREE vending machines that had pop and candy/snacks.I would highly recommend attending training sessions at Intertech.

I took the 20461 Querying MS SQL Server and found it to be very helpful. The remote instructor-led course fit well with being able to work remotely, but still get my questions answered when needed. The instructor was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would use Intertech for future training needs.

After working on websites all these years, learning Angular on my own was a little intimidating considering how it uses a CLI and ties everything together thus making it so much different and better but at the same time confusing. Taking the Comprehensive Angular 6 class with InterTech was great - Dave is an amazing teacher. He kept a good pace throughout the 5 days and covered everything very well. The lab sessions were well thought of and executed and just about the right amount to get you a good understanding of Angular 6. I highly recommend taking this course!

I did not realize I had very minimum knowledge of Hibernate and JPA until I took the training in Intertech..It was eye opening and the training has built a confidence on the subject. I recently took a 5-day C# online training course. The instructor was clear and had a good grasp of the language and its current uses in the industry. I only take a star off because the instructor had to lookup syntax while giving some in-class code examples. This made it harder taking good reusable notes. I also wish more time was spent on entities for database and cloud-based operations as this is where the industry seems to be going.

I am a software developer at the Law School Admissions Council. I was scheduled for a training through another vendor, but they were remote only, and they cancelled the class last minute.I found InterTech on a quick Google search for accredited training. Within minutes I had a representative named Jim on the line answering some of my managers concerns. When Jim didnt have the answer, he offered to call us back to ENSURE that we would be accommodated accurate to his description. The entire process for getting me into a class was seamless, and the quality of the instructor I had was top notch.I highly recommend taking a course with Intertech. They seem like great people, who are very attentive to the needs of their business customers. I will certainly be taking a future course with them.

I had a great experience learning Angular JS. This course is very interactive. The instructor is going over the lectures and the labs. We have access to a virtual environment up to 6 months where we can review our labs. We still have the opportunity to communicate with our instructor if we have any question.I will advice anyone in web development to take this course.

I would highly recommend the Certified ScrumMaster training course at Intertech. The instructor and training materials were very effective. The training facility was very conducive to learning. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
