Even though we share a name, I am in no way related to Erickson Tech. I initially used Erickson Tech in 2004 for my first major network installation at my new dental office. Since then, I have replaced my entire network twice as newer equipment became available and more demanding software required it. The installations have always been impeccable. The software installation and data migration have always been perfect. These guys are great, and there is no way I would have ever attempted to do this on my own. Hopefully, this is last time I will have to replace my entire network before I retire, but if it isnt, you can bet Ill be calling Erickson Technolgoies,

When I arrived at work a week ago, my main printer was not functioning after years of use. Ive had the privilege of working with Erickson Technologies for three years. I had a personal call back resulting from my e-mail request for help within minutes. Not only was David already walking to the warehouse while he called me back to see if he had one on hand to help, but he initiated a call and had the perfect one for my needs put on hold at a local supplier. His level of service is always top notch and it was greatly appreciated that I didnt have to call around to find a printer! An Erickson technician was dispatched and my new printer was working before lunch. Thank you for your high level of knowledge, a hardware system that runs smoothly, and continued excellent service!

Horrible SERVICE they charged me $6000 to add a computer without even knowing if softdent license in the office will accept that or not. After paying that kind of money they come back saying that I cannot use the added computer because I have to pay another $5000 to acquire an extra softdent license for it. BAD SERVICE AND NOT GOOD ESTIMATE
