The Nurse had me wait 30 minutes after I checked in and I saw people that arrived and checked in after me go before me, after the 30 minutes she finally took initiative to ask me if I have been attended to. I told her that I’ve checked in half an hour ago and she acted surprised even though I checked in right in front of her, so I’m not sure why she looked confused. She then looked up whatever she had to look up in her computer and seemed confused, the other nurse inside the reception room looked at the computer too and then said that she apparently called me 5 times already even though I never heard anyone call me. Considering I was right in front of the receptionist box, I would have noticed if I was called. I questioned them 5 times?” That was all I could say before I could really tell them anything else before I was rushed in for my visit, I received no formal apology or anything else. In summary the employed staff on 8/17/21 from 9-1 pm was extremely unprofessional and had a downright apparent lack of proper work ethic, I will never attend this office or this company for any future medical needs.
I was in and out within 5 minutes for my drug test. Awesome.
I was literally in and out in minutes. Every one of the girls working was so kind and friendly, especially Maggie. Such an easy process.
The lady at the front desk is one of THE RUDEST and most hateful people Ive ever encountered. If you absolutely have to use Labcorp.. do yourself a favor and avoid this office. She should be fired because of her atrocious lack of customer service. Labcorp should be ashamed and utterly mortified to have this nasty shrew representing thier business.
Not even a minute while I’m self checking in on the machine a staff member rudely told me to read the sign on the door that says drug screening starts on 9 AM, as if it’s not normal for someone to show up 10 minutes before their appointment. With one other person waiting in the lobby, it’s not like I was taking up space. Also overheard them talking about mentoring a student in the clinic next week and how that student will “just slow them down.”Point blank- the staff are unnecessarily rude.
Look the people are not lying its slow , they almost never pick up the phones and are rude. Ive been waiting for my results for a drug test to start my job im not working currently and its been over a week and a half and they dont pick up when i call anymore. Dont come here!!
Had the hardest time actually finding the place! Make you sure your drive around the building to where the storefronts are. Also, theres another LabCorp on Alexander so make sure you know which one youre going to. Once I found the place, it took 20 mins tops for me to complete my scheduled screening! The staff was nice, professional, and efficient. Id certainly go back. I scheduled my appointment the day before online and it was quick and easy. Ive heard you dont want to walk-in; schedule an appointment if you can.
This place is a HOT mess express. I had an appointment and arrived 15 min early at 1030 AM and it is now past noon. I chose the option to wait in my vehicle because I did not want to be potentially exposed to anyone during a pandemic. I did a self check-in on my mobile device and received a text that the technician was ready to see me after 30 minutes. I have now been waiting over an hour in the small waiting room with over 9 other masked individuals when I could still be safely waiting in my car, and no one here is no where near 6 feet apart. This is absolutely ridiculous and a HUGE safety issue that needs to be addressed immediately. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE.
This LabCorp location is fantastic. Having autoimmunity, I get my blood tested a good amount and Ive almost always had a good experience here. The staff is kind and reasonable, and the phlebotomists have been great. It is strange that there are so many negative reviews. I usually go in the morning with an appointment scheduled. Once I had to wait longer than expected, but I *think* that was a Monday, so I dont go on Mondays anymore. Ive got a toddler and they have always been accommodating. On a random note, they also have nice art on the walls. :-) Thank you to the LabCorp staff!
Honestly the best LabCorp I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. The staff is super nice and from my multiple experiences with them, they always go above and beyond to assist in a timely manner. It’s funny to me that most of the negative reviews are regarding wait time, when most will wait hours in line for a theme park ride but can’t have that same patience for an appointment. Thank you again ladies!
This is a well-established patient service center location, about a mile from its corporate building off T.W. Alexander Dr. Google Maps, however, sent me to a bogus location, about 12 minute drive time away, near a cemetery this morning, causing me a huge delay for my appointment. I went to their corporate office and got their location map and finally got to this small storefront service center. They are very nice accommodating a late appointment, but it screwed my next appointment in another office. The worst part is that staffs in this location actually know that tons of patients were sent to the bogus location by Google Maps, but they dont know what to do about it. I have since used the Suggest an Edit feature and dragged the Map pin to the correct location. My suspicion is that Google Maps showed the correct address, but the Map pin was at a place where the street number was dropped and confused with the Suite number. I think it was sending drivers to 132 S Miami Blvd, instead of 2945 S Miami Blvd Ste 132. The bogus location was next to a DMV office and a cemetery. I have attached a few screen shots of Google Maps to show the bogus location, it was a pile of overgrown bushes.

My doctor called saying I was on my way and needed labs asap and when I arrived at 11 the woman yelled at me and said they only are taking appointments and Ill have to come back at 1 because they have too many walk in patients to take me. I told her my doctor called and told them I was on the way and she told me well we dont answer the phone here.
They move really slowly. Rude staff. Couldn’t find my lab order in the system even though it was sent (what a surprise..) so I had to call my doctor and have it faxed. Then, 10 minutes later when I ask her if she received the fax she said “I don’t know sir I’ve been busy”. Well... I have work and don’t have all day so maybe be a bit more considerate.
Very helpful staff and fast service! Only issue I had was with google maps. It took me to some weird backroads off of north Miami Blvd
It was easy enough to find this location within the strip mall. When I was checking in, the tablet did not take my information correctly. The receptionist asked my name and then loudly asked what I was there for in front of the other clients sitting in the waiting room. I understand that sometimes clients may come in for something that is less personal, but my reason for being there was court ordered paternity testing for my daughter. My daughter was with me and was very confused. I gave the woman a look like Can you not speak so loudly when asking me questions?? She didnt take the hint. When I had to tell her what I was there for, the entire waiting room looked up waiting for my response. It was really embarrassing and could have been solved by the lady not speaking so loudly. I sat down and waited 30 minutes even though I had an appointment.
I had a pleasant experience (or pleasant as it could be giving a “drug screen” urine “donation”). I was seen quickly even though it was the end of the day (4:30) and I didn’t have an appointment. The staff person who assisted me was very nice, kind, patient, and had a great sense of humor! I’ve been here twice now and have had quick, pleasant service.
The kiosk machines are more helpful than the front desk people. Theyre rude. They move really slow. In the summer time they dont have adequate air conditioning.
I see most comments state that the staff wasnt friendly and very rude. I honestly didnt have that experience. Yes, the staff didnt greet me with a bright smile and were super kind, but they said hello and didnt say anything rude to me. I do prefer more happy front desk workers, but I was in and out fast and had no issues.
Quick and easy for a blood screening. I’ve been to several lab Corp locations over the years, and this was the most pleasant experience with friendly staff front to back.
Rude staff that don’t like to help or have an attitude if they do have to help. They must have like 2 people working in the whole clinic because even if the waiting room is empty you still have to wait no less than 30 minutes to even be addressed. Need better and more staff at this location.
Honestly, the most efficient LabCorp Ive ever been to. I made an appointment and was seen within 5 minutes. The staff was friendly, the tech only needed to do one stick, and I was on my way before my appointment time was even over. Easy parking, easy to locate, and very clean.
These people were absolutely rude. They should be happy to get business when someone needs to come in and do a simple drug screen. Whenever I have to get a drug screen for employment, I cringe when I find out I have to go to the Miami Blvd location. The LabCorp in Apex is the best around in my opinion. Go there if you want to have a good experience.
Made an appointment online for 4:30 through their system. First Google maps took me to the wrong address, and when I finally got here I find out that the place closes at 4:00 anyway.
I dont understand all the negative reviews. Ive been to this location several times and have never had an issue. Sign in is simple, staff has always been friendly, and Im in and out quickly.
Not sure if the negative reviews are warranted here. I have gone to this location twice now for drug tests (for different jobs). Both times I was in and out of there within 20 minutes and this was with 5 or so people in front of me each time. If all instructions are followed there shouldnt be any issues. The kiosk was straightforward to use and I was set up and checked in within a few minutes.I was friendly to the staff and they were friendly to me. Also, they were very clear in their instructions and I had no problem following them. I would say set up an appointment, have all your documents ready, and try to schedule an earlier time in the day to avoid any slow downs.

Long wait, I dont know if the staff are understaffed or just incompetent, but every time I see one of them in the window they are moving at the speed of a sloth on xanax. In fact Im still waiting... I only recommend this place if you hate your life and want to blow off your responsibilities to spend two hours sitting in a waiting room with other angry individuals who have probably been waiting longer than me. Also the lady at the desk is rude. I dont like my job either but you gotta fake it!
Courteous staff with always a smile on their faces. They can get really busy so it is better if you get an appointment before you get here. If you are here without an appointment, be prepared to wait for at worst an hour.
Long wait, I sat in the waiting room over an hour first thing in the morning. This place is probably understaffed. If you make an appointment you might be seen more quickly though.
Been sitting for over an hour waiting on a drug screen. No urgency from their staff what so ever. People have been stressing they have to get back to work and they just don’t seem to care. 😔

I have never had so much trouble contacting an office. Unfortunately. Labcorp is my only option. Rediculous!So once I contacted the main office, everything has been fine! I learned ab another LabCorp office, closer to my patient, AND far less busy! They have been great!!

After being unable to submit a urine sample on the first try, the worker was telling me what I needed to do next. I asked a question at a time I thought was appropriate and she said “don’t interrupt me I have other people waiting”.

So an appointment here means nothing. Ridiculous. Waited for over 45 minutes. The front desk person put in my information only 20 minutes after checking in (“wow you have a lot of tests, this is going to take a while”). Well, maybe you should enter these when I checked in.
The woman at the phone was texting when I walked in. I said hello through the glass only to receive a look of just sit down. I waited several minutes until she finally stood up to ask how she can help me. She acted annoyed with me asking questions, and would even respond with a question that made me feel like I was asking stupid questions. Its sad to see a person so disgruntled right at Christmas.

Theyre very unorganized. I called three times about labs ordered my doctor faxed and I was told they didnt have them. It was not until my doctor called them did they say they received them.
