I really like getting my keys using Minute Key self- service kiosk. The buy 2 get 1 free is a really good deal. My favorite feature is the tie in with Key Hero which allows cloud storage of a digital key. This can be accessed by the owner or digitally shared with another person.No more sending keys thru the mail or what to do when Ive lost my keys and theres no other physical copy.It would be good if there were more design, color and actual key label options. A very minor point in a very useful product and process.

This little kiosk in Lowes is great! It saves time and effort getting a key made. The keys are accurate and reasonably priced. Thanks for making this key making machine and putting it in Lowes!! I have used it more than once and it is so mice to know its there.

Honestly I didn’t yet test my keys but I’ve used this service before and never had a problem. Fast and easy with some cute design choices.

At first I was a little apprehensive and intimidated to use minute key because I was so accustomed to having someone make keys for me. I stood at the machine a long time looking at it before I decided to use. To my surprise it was very easy. It takes you step by step on how to copy your key. Ill use this service again! :)
