I’ve used Freddys several times and each time it seemed to get a little more expensive but the last straw for me was when I took my vehicle in to get a new strut put in and instead they changed out my rack and pinion without telling me and charged me for itDon’t give me wrong they are nice people but it just seemed a little shady To take my vehicle in to get a certain thing fixed and they fix that and add another thing to fix. I gave them three stars because they can do good work but I no longer use them.

Got us right in and welded up a broken exhaust pipe and was done before we could get a bite to eat.

Dont usually do reviews but they did a great job. Fixed up my beat up old Honda ATV. Runs better than it has in yearsReasonable prices even fixed the shift knob no charge.

So, I go in on a Thursday, get a quote and appointment from Frankie, then I drop my vehicle for the appointment, they called me 2 hours later with a quote two times higher than the boss had given, and couldnt do the work anyway because they were looking for the seals and a filter. Wont use them anymore, Frankies Garage used to be the only place worth using in the area, but something has changed the way they do business. I wont be returning to them...

I went in to get my A/C fan replaced, I asked when they start to work on my vehicle to call me to confirm the issues. I got a call a couple days later letting me know it was fixed, I came to pick it up and my total was a little over $150. When I got in my car the A/C was no different, I asked what was fixed and was told I had a bad valve of some sort, A/C fan would be almost $200. I am now leaving with the same issue I had and Frankie was very rude and disrespectful. Will not be back and will be having family and friends stop going and taking business to TNM automotive, treat your people better Frankie, we have spent a lot of money there.

Told my 78 yr old mother that she needed a new motor after not even checking it out. Took it to another mechanic and was told it needed a timing belt. Big difference!

I took my car to Frankie’s garage on 9th street and almost got into a fight with the owner because he definitely didn’t fix the issue with my car but I paid him for something I didn’t even ask him to fix. Frankie slams my door unprofessionally because he didn’t like what I had to say or was not even trying to work with me on making it right. He’s a sorry POS and I hope everyone eventually sees him for who he really is.... Definitely deal with his wife she always keeps it professional but his way of doin this is definitely unprofessional....... all facts

They are awesome! I was driving through Durant and had car problems. They were able to get me in and out the same day when no other shop could. I called 3 other places and since it was almost 5pm I was turned away. They got me back on the road within 40 mins and my car worked perfectly! Price was very reasonable! Highly recommend this shop!!

We went to Frankies garage on Oct 11-19 because our trucks alternator had stopped functioning. The staff at frankies immediately diagnosed our problem got the parts and took care of it very quickly. Fantastic auto repair shop. My v3hicle was having issues staying running due to a vacuum hose leak. I brought my Audi A4 to their shop and within two hours they had diagnosed the issue and had it repaired and running well. Ill definitely be back with any further issues. Thanks guys and gals!

My wife and I was refered to this shop by a friend. Frank is awesome, he works quickly, hes honest, and affordable. Our truck down in tishomingo and I called Frank, hes able to program the throttle body and cheaper than the Ford house. Frank I definitely recommend F&R auto repair to anyone.
