I had been on the search for months for a new f350 replacing a Dodge that I had sold. I was given the name of Red River Ford and called them. I talked to salesman Joseph Rodgers, and he said they had one unloaded off the truck that morning. I live 5 hours away in Missouri and asked if he could send me pictures of the truck and final price. We worked out a deal and asked them to hold the truck for me, and I would be down at noon the next day to pick it up. The next day I drove the 5 hours....was met by my salesman as soon as I pulled into the parking lot. We looked at the truck and it was exactly as described. We went right to finance manager, Greg Foster where I was in and out in just minutes. Joseph met me back out at the truck, went over its options and functions and I was then greeted by dealership partner, Darrell Mendez who made me feel as though I had done business there my whole life. This was the easiest and fastest buying experience ever!! From the time I drove onto their lot, completed all paperwork, and drove away headed back to Missouri in my new truck was under 20 minutes. I WILL do business here in the future!!!! Thanks guys!!!

From start to finish Alex (our sales person), Shannon (the manager) and Greg Foster in finance , made this the most painless process! The longest part was the test drive only because there were a lot of features for Alex to cover. There was a little discrepancy in the price and Shannon didnt even hesitate to make it right and by the time we sat down with Greg it was a matter of signatures and we were done. We will definitely shop there again and continue to use David and their Quick Lane for my routine maintenance.

I recently searched over 25 different Ford Dealers from San Antonio all the way to Oklahoma City. After having failed success and being deceived by many dealers by the false advertisements, I found the truck Ive been searching for at Red River Ford. I called and spoke with a salesman (Cain) which he told me he has the truck and was standing next to it so it was really there. I told him I was enroute from Fort Worth and got in my car immediately. I arrived 2 hours later to be greeted in the lot by him and we started the paperwork. During this breif time, the sales manager (Davey) came and spoke with me and was so helpful. The deal was done in a matter of minutes. Then I had to go to finance. There was the finance manager (Shannon). He was expeditious and I was in and out in no time at all. I have purchased more Fords than most do of any car in an average lifetime. Red River Ford was by far the best Ford Dealership I have ever been to and would and do highly recommend them to anyone across the country. They are up front, honest, respectful, and knowledgeable of their products and actually treat every prospective buyer as if they were friends or family. Small town dealership that rivals all those big time self proclaimed #1 dealerships. During these trying times in car manufacturing, Red River Ford does not inflate their prices to make extra money from the consumer. They care about your needs and your desires over their pockets. Our buying experience was great. Great service all the way around.The truck could have been cleaned better. Bought the truck Saturday and Sunday drove it to church and i think the clock spring went out, we lost everything on the steering wheel. Taking it to a local Ford dealer today.

Bought a remanufacturedFord engine and had it installed at a Ford dealership in Texas . Bought this due to the warranty and capability that if a problem occurred it could be repaired ,at any Ford Dealership.While still under warranty, a problem developed with the the engine. I took it to Red River Ford due to the fact I recently moved to Oklahoma. The service manager Rick Riley told me that my engine needed a new head gasket but unfortunately that head gasket was no longer available. and that it would be difficult to get authorization to use an aftermarket part. Well after a month of him not rectifying this problem, nor any effort to keep me updated or returning my calls I called 2 other Ford Dealerships and spoke with the service manager. Both stated that they could easily authorize aftermarket parts when needed and it should not have been a problem with him doing that. They speculated that he just did not want to do the work. I have decided to take it to another dealership where the service manger said he would be more than glad to help me and could get the part needed. I am planning on buying a new Ford in about 6 months. After seeing how this service department works I will not be buying from Red River Ford but from the dealership that is actually trying to honor the warranty on my engine that I have from Ford. Something that Red River Ford dd not seem to want to do. .Rick Riley also gave me his card with the customer service number and said I could call them if I wanted to. Maybe they could help me out. I did call several times and they kept saying I needed to talk with the service manager. For proof that there is a problem and I did call my case # with Ford is 32933012.

Service was weak. Oil change and fixing door lock was ok but, took longer then expected. Mis quoted new windshield while they had vehicle, truck has extra options. I have never taken a vehicle in for warranty work and not gotten a complimentary car wash, have now. They had vehicle 10 day when it was supposed to be ready in 3 days, no communication unless I called, until it was finished. Tip to dealer, call customer 1st then you control the conversation and the customer doesnt get upset, their time is worth something also.

Went in and they were able to get my car in for an oil change quickly. The service techs looked professional and did a good job. The lobby was clean. The price was more expensive than the same service at WalMart but with FordPass I do get points that can be used in the future.

Came to Red River after visiting Woody Ford, where after 15 minutes, we still werent even acknowledged. Before we could even get out of the car, we were pleasantly greeted and not in a pushy way. Called ahead about getting a key replaced for my Lincoln. The service WAS awful and obviously uneducated about what was possible. They were not only rude but completely unhelpful. Ended up getting my car towed to bob utter Ford and it was well worth the expense of extra towing and time spent.

I have a new 2019 Ford F-150 pickup with less than 36k miles. No i didnt buy it here however the rear cap off of the factory running rail came off. I went into this place once again trying to do business. The $23.00 part is covered under warranty. Both the old woman and young kid in the service department never even got out of thier chair to look at it. Immediately they said it was an aftermarket running rail and it wasnt covered. It was an original factory runningrail. I called Ford to confirm, bedsides, I have an extended warranty so its covered no matter what. I never write bad reviews but my point is this i just cant believe youd throw away a sale on a new truck over a $23.00 part that wont cost you a penny. I had a business for 12 years. I got rid of cancers like this that just want a paycheck.

Are old Mercury has been a great car fir my wife. It has served us very well. It’s an 05 With only 117,000 miles on Her. Well I decided my wonderful Loving Wife should have a better car with more luxury then the Merk has. So shopping at Red River Ford Durant with Ron Fryer and came up with a Lincoln Continental? But after a few days decided that an MKZ Reserve would be a better choice. I contacted Ron and he set me up with a good deal on the car. The car had been driven and taken well car of by a Grandson. I want to thank him for that. Thank you! Now this car is way beyond my wildest dreams. It’s a luxury car for the Wife and a beautiful one at that. BUT it is also a Sports car for me. The Wife can drive in Drive and enjoy the luxury of driving an automatic. Me wow.i can drive it in the sports mode, shift gears and drive it around the race track at, Well let’s say if it had wings it would fly! But in all if you are looking for a luxury car then the MKZ is one great car too buy. We love our newer model car and we will cherish it for years to come until it’s time for another new one. I take my Ford 150 in for all my oil changes and whatever other attention my truck needs. Every time I have come in, whether it is early morning or in the mid afternoon, I am always greeted with a smile and kindness. I recently visited the new location and was impressed with the new people I encountered and I didnt have to give them any information as all that had transferred over from the old location. I did not have long to wait before my truck was taken care of.They have a nice spacious waiting room with comfortable chairs, that I was just getting settled into for a bit of a wait because there were a few other people ahead of me. Before long, not even 20 minutes had gone by, they showed me my air filter, and told me they would have my vehicle ready in a few more minutes. I am very pleased with the service I receive.

The approximate 11 hour billable job took the service department a few days less than a MONTH to complete; parts were NOT back ordered. Requested to speak with the service manager who showed a lack of care or concern, offered no apology, and could not provide a reasonable explanation to why the service department did not change the part in a timely manner. Was provided a multi point inspection at pick up.A few days later reported to the service department a smell of burning oil after pickup and advised by text from a service advisor who stated she was told by the technician to continue to drive the car. Concerned we took the car to a different dealership where they found a service alert and fixed the issue in one day.ONE STAR- greeted with a smile by advisors during each of my 6 trips to the service department to check on the status of my Lincoln.

DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. The service department is horrible! They kept my sister’s car for almost 2 weeks and never even opened the hood of her vehicle. We eventually had to take her car to a different dealership who fixed the vehicle in 3 days.

I waited almost 2 months for my car to get out of the service department it needed a new transmission and a front end alignment, when I first ordered it they said it would be done the very next week, after 2 weeks I called them and politely talked to them and checked up on it they said as soon as we get the transmission in we will have it done that day i said thank you. 2 more weeks past and and I called again and asked if they had any word on it and if they were having a problem getting it? They said it never takes this long to get a transmission and I asked if they could call and see what the problem was? they said yes and they will call me back. No call back. 2 more weeks past and my father just happened to go get a oil change there and he asked about it because my other vehicle was broken down and I had no way to get around. They told him it would be done the second week in January, the third week in January came and they called saying they have the transmission but the havent put it in yet, they told me it would be done the day they got it? But I said ok. 2 more days past and I called and asked them when it would be done? The said maybe by this weekend, it was a Tuesday... I didnt have a vehicle to drive for almost a month and they kept telling me different times it would be done and not following through? No apologies for the confusion or delay or not even asking to see what the hold up was on the parts, I told them I needed my car done the next day, The next day they called said it was finished, when I got it back the front end alignment was not done and I found a bag of trash in the trunk?! What a poor excuse for a ford service center.

It was all it had been described to be with even some upgrades of which I was not aware. It was worth the three hour drive (@175 miles) for the truck I drove home!

Called there to get information & work a price on a Lincoln and the first guy dropped the ball. I tried contacting him twice after we already negotiated for price and didnt hear anything for 3 days.I called back for a different salesperson and Dakota Dykes answered. I told him what I wanted, he went to his manager, called me back, exceeded my expectations, and wrapped-up the deal within an hour, including sending me pictures for me to approve.Unfortunately, the wheels on the Lincoln werent what I was looking for, so I had to pass and I never did get to personally meet him, I HIGHLY recommend calling Dakota Dykes to get you a great price in an efficient manner.

I loved the buying process and how easy there sales team made everything.However I had a check engine light come up within the first month. Took it to the parts department/service which proceeded to tell me that I would have to leave the car there all day. Which would be fine for someone who doesnt have a job or can be without a vehicle. So you pretty much just get to be screwed and theres nothing they can do.Updated: The service Manager did give me a phone call later on in the day expressing concern given this particular situation and tried to help me out. But I had actually taken the vehicle to a different shop where I had it looked at. But they were kind enough to check on me.

Recently, the transmission in my 2016 Escape died. Although my recent car issues were frustrating, I could not have received better service that what Red River Ford provided. For the duration of the process (just over two months) I always had a loaner, Red River kept me up to date with the progress toward resolving my car issues and kept the pressure on Ford to replace the transmission instead of repairing the old one. Red River finally won that battle for me. Im back in my car and couldnt be happier. Thanks Red River!

Had to take my car in to be serviced because it had recalls. While it was getting worked on, I received a text saying the air filter was bad and needed to be changed but not to worry they have them in stock for $25. I thought this was odd since I only bought the car 3 months ago and had an oil change done less than a month ago. I refused to change the filter. After I got my car I took it to Walmart where I got my oil changed and spoke to their manager. The manager, a mechanic and myself removed the air filter and it was perfectly fine. As you would expect from a car a dealership sold 3 months ago. Wont be taking my car back to a place I dont trust!

Here we are with another update so I went and got my car from ford here in Durant after they tried to say my car was hydrolocked due to flood water when it only got splashed by by a 4inch puddle anyhow I went up there tried to tell them my car wasn’t hydrolocked I had worked on it my self while it was up there that they needed to look deep all they did was push my car to a different spot on a flat tire didn’t even have the Courtesy to air it up. Well here we are today I get my car home not even a hour passes I have my car running as ford says it was hydrolocked this is the worst place to go to I will never return again but yeah thank ford you guys Apparently don’t know how to build a car nor work on the cars y’all assembled. Would never recommend them if I could give them zero stars I would. My car is now currently running when all I asked was to fix the little problems it had that were covered under warranty I paid 2500$ for!

We bought a High Mileage inexpensive used car cash from them. Since the mileage was at 200k the Owner told me he would run it through his service department to have them check it out before I came up from Frisco. 60,000 miles later the car is still going with very minor repairs.

One would expect the average car dealership service to be slow and expensive. That would make two and a half stars to be average. If you add poor communications then that would subtract from that. They have the potential to do better and I hope they improve.

Take advantage of my 72 year old mother. there finance guy is 70. great sales tactic if your in to taking advantage of the elderly. made her a bad deal gave here nothing for her trade and talked her into a warrenty that cost almost $1700. DONT BUY HERE!!
