Always a fantastic experience! They have a great waiting area with decree WiFi that I can sit and work while my car is being worked in. We return time after time after my wife coming in right at closing time one night. Instead of turning her away everyone came back in and fixed her up. Very genuine business with genuine people.

My family has used Discount Tires for quite a while with mostly pleasant experiences, but my last interaction was frustrating. I went into the shop nearly a month ago to set up an appointment for an alignment. The employee at the time set me up for an appointment 1-month out, at 8 in the morning on a Friday. I showed up around 8:20 that Friday morning and they refused to work on my vehicle and said they wouldn’t be able to get me in that day due to my late arrival. The next available appointment was 3 weeks away, and I simply couldn’t wait that long. I understand that this is partially my responsibility by arriving late, but we’ve been faithful customers and given them plenty of business. Surely they could have given me a break and got me in at a sooner date, or just agreed to take the car. I can’t imagine 20 minutes is entirely crucial to their workload.

Typical tire shop. They have told me my ball joints was so bad they recommended i get them replaced right now! I knew better then that but i took it to a real shop and i was told they are safe to drive on and they wasnt as bad as what discount tire told me. But i went ahead and replaced them myself. And this has happened on another truck i took to them. I have used them 3 or 4 times and i honestly wont go back unless i just had too.

DTS did a lift as well as put 5 new tires on my jeep for an incredibly reasonable price. We called around to several places before choosing DTS and their pricing was by far the best!! After having the parts, ordered, etc. they charged even less than what they’d originally quoted us. I will be going to DTS for not only my vehicle maintenance but also all my customizations as well.

My tires had busted on a roadtrip not too long ago, and this was the closest service place nearby. They had the exact kind I needed to get back on the road and even recommended a tow truck service to help me save costs. Great value on the tires, in addition to friendly and efficient service. My tires were replaced within a half hour of arriving. Definitely would recommend for travelers with emergency tire situations.

The girl who helped my son was informative and nice. She was just great! The office quoted the price n stuck to it. Didnt add to the cost. Very appreciative to have good people like this.

Waited an hour and a half before was told the tire couldn’t be patched. Took it to another tire place and it was patched in minutes.

Arrived at 4:57pm to pickup my vehicle that should have been done by 5pm.The door was locked!!They let me in and said it wasnt ready.I waited for 35 minutes until it was done.

Had a flat they fixed it no charge. Had another minor issue they knocked it out in like 30 minutes and had me out the door rollin’.... quality and friendly folks 10/10 shall return.

They worked on my car the work they did was good and the price was fair but now the electrical fan is running non stop and they say it wasnt me, its a coincidence.

The best tire shop within 100 miles friendly, profesional, and clean. I am a voyal customer and have been for years. They put customers first and profit somewhere lower on the list.

I had two repairs completed here, both time the staff was friendly and the service was quick.

They couldve talked me into purchasing tires which were reasonably priced but instead patched up my tire, free of charge! They probably cant afford to do that all the time for customers but theyre friendly, honest professionals, I know where Im going when I do need to buy a tire!While theyre servicing your vehicle, their waiting area is roomy and comfortable-- thats a plus, as well!

Traveling through town, low tire warning light came on and found this service shop. Asked to check the tire pressure. The tech checked and found a nail, added air and it balanced. Asked the tech to remove the nail and check the other three tires. Waited 1 hr till taken to the shop. Another 1.5 hrs goes by and No LEAK!! and the three other tires still not checked. 2.5 hrs of my life I’ll never get back.Not a happy experience due to lack of attention or supervision.Go down the street to QUICK LANE. Did everything I asked to do in 15-20 minutes.Quality and efficient work!

Ive used these guys a couple of different times and they were awesome. Very friendly and professional the whole time!! Best tire/wheel shop in town. Hands downs if you guys need anything from lifts to just a leaky tire give these guys a shout you will not be disappointed.

Have to change rating to a 2. I was put on hold for over two weeks on a ranch hand bumper that came in built incorrect. Employees never called me about the situation. I had to go back up there twice and got no answer. 10 minutes on the phone with ranch hand and I had the problem solved. Not good customer service this time. I have had good luck in the past with DTS.

They took two hours to repair a screw hole and broke my wheel cover to repair a tire they installed. They dont know how to take off a tire they put on without breaking wheel cover. And didnt offer to replace or repair. So mad i had to just leave before my bad side came out. Thanks

When I purchased my new tires I was satisfied they told me I had road hazard an all that good stuff. Few months later I took them my car to get an alignment done no problem found a defect in one of my tires told me they would get one coming no talk of money. Had a blow out I was changing my tire on the side of the road one of my lugs was cross threaded not real happy had to break the stud to get my wheel off. They charged me 70 dollars in the end. Never going back to them again.

This place is scam city and Im pretty sure most of the 5 star reviews are just friends of people that work there. Stay clear they will be on the news soon enough for their upcharging and scamming people into thinking they need more work than they do.

Visited this location for an alignment. After having truck in air for a hour they pulled it out of shop. I was told they didnt perform alignment due to ball joints being bad (wanting to add over $300 to bill). I asked how bad. The reply, 10 out of 10 the wheel could fall off. Being skeptical I took truck home and jacked wheels off ground. Absolutely no play in front wheels; no play in ball joints! BEWARE SCAM ARTISTS!

Im here in Durant ok doing some construction work sat. Morning I Blew out my side wall of my rear tire on my truck. not knowing anybody Here in town I’m from Choctaw Oklahoma I go to google and find DTS there I talk to Jimmy I make it across the highway on foot to take my tire to them he set me up with a really good tire at a very cheap price After hearing that I walked across the highway with my tire since I’m out of town and no nobody he has a van pull around with my tire loaded and a guy name Chris driving, Chris not only takes me back to my truck but proceeds to install the tire on my truck for me. No extra money these guys are great people to work with and I recommend any and everybody that needs any kind a tire work or alignment or whatever they may perform to go deal with discount tire services of Durrant. I took my van in for an alignment. I drove the van after they performed the alignment and it was pulling to the left worse than when I brought it to them. I brought it back to them and they tried again to repair it but told me they were not able to bring it into alignment. I paid around 100.00 for a service that was done unsatisfactorily. I talked to manager and he said there wasnt anything else he could do for me. He gave the owners telephone number and told me he would tell me the same thing. How nice of him to speak for the owner. I have called the owner, Kevin Perry, twice and left voicemails that as of today have not been answered. Do not do business here, you will not be treated fairly in my opinion.

Terrible experience! Ordered a set of tires and drove an hour to have them put on. I waited for 45 minutes before they even got my truck in the shop and once it was in the shop they tell me they sold my tires to someone else. Took them another hour to put my tires back on the truck. Would never recommend this shop to anyone!

I was there for 1 1/2 hour waiting (2 vehicles were in front of me) on my tires to get rotated/balanced. At the 1 hour 20 minute wait I asked them when it would be done. They finally say they are checking, just now,to see if the front tires are going bad due to the lower arms are bad (which took them 2 minutes for them to do) Tell me why it took that long when you had my vehicle in the garage for a total of 1 hour 10 minutes? Terrible wait time when they really were not that busy when I first got there.

Only place my 3/4 dodge has been since I bought it used. Bought 4 new tires and was told free rotation and road hazard for the life of the tire. Then when I was out of town my wife was told I didnt buy the tires there but they would do it this time. They also told her it had a broken lug. Today when I went to change my brakes I had three broke lugs on the back passenger side all next to one another and on the other side I have one stripped out and my wheel is cracked in the same hole. That wheel I can not get off the truck now. Didnt even bother checking the front tires due to the state of mind it put me in when I spent a couple thousand dollars on tires and this is how they took care of my truck. We will see Tuesday if they stand behind their great work!

Where to strart... When it comes to letting you know your car is ready or that there is something else wrong they tend to just not call. They have terrible customer service.. They do not stand behind their work and they ruined the front axel on my vehicle ( had to pay $1,500 to another shop because of what they broke). When I called to speak to the manager he was “never there”. Don’t trust these guys to have anyone qualified to do anything other than oil changes and installing tires .
