I visit this salon regularly. Tiffany and Lisa try to ensure each customer is greeted with a smile and is quickly taken care of. They stay informed as well as staying stocked with vibrant colors ie: school colors. National holidays. Did you know, This is also Domestic Violence month? Im wearing purple.

Lisa and Tiffany are great ...my nails are always done great , they have stayed late when i’ve showed up late didn’t turn me away. Been going to Top 10 for years and only place I like to get my nails done.

I immediately was told to come back, they were busy. I did not return.

The ladies here were friendly and attentive to what services everyone wanted. I stopped by on a whim while I was in the area. Let’s just say I’ll be sticking to my regular place from now on and no deviating. I received a gel man/pedi. Everything looked nice at the time but I swear after only two days my polish was chipping. I had to file my nails down to try to make it look better but that didn’t help much. Now they’re practically just chipped nubs...smh. Proceed with caution. Maybe other services are better.

The tech was extremely rude and wouldnt listen.

I never get a Basic pedicure. But today technician didn’t ask me what I wanted just start doing my feet. I always get hot wax and hot rocks on my feet. But not today. I want be back here. Very disappointed!!!!!!☹️☹️☹️😡

It was horrible and wasnt worth the money i spent there, the staff do whatever they want and you try and talk to them and they only laugh at you in their language, horrible wont go back there ever!!!!

I love the customer service but after giving them 3 try’s my nails still have been ugly! No shaping correct or shaved down ... I would only get my toes painted there nothing more but customer service is beyond great

Ive been here a few times and has gotten good service. However, during my last visit I noticed they were not cleaning the pedicure bowls after every use. Im not sure if thats how theyve always done business, or its because they were so busy that day. Nevertheless, that was a huge turn off to me. Although I have not experienced any type of infection or illness, I just dont feel comfortable putting my feet in a pedicure bowl that has not been cleaned.

Tiffany and sister, are always kind to me. They do excellent nails and give you exactly what you request. Staff is friendly, also. Very clean shop.

For the price 35 and the nails don’t last 10 days I’ll not got back this is not worth it

Very poor customer service. They had 7-8 ppl waiting and only 3 workers. Said it would be 20 mins, my time is valuable. They were extremely under staffed and didnt seem to care. I am a new customer and first impression is everything. I do not tolerate poor customer service there are too many options for me to allow this type of service.

Horrible experience you think you want to get your nails done and they give you someone that is qualified with a diy kit wasted my money and walked out with a disaster on my hands never will go back

The worst experience ever. This the most racist and rude and unprofessional place that I have ever been to. Will not recommend anyone going here to waste their time or money. I was referred to this place by my step mother and they started to ask me questions about our relationship as far as how we get along. Whether or not my step-mother shared information with them , I was not going to do so and how dare they inquire about peoples personal business . The building was ragedy as well as the service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME , MONEY, OR GAS.
