Poor service, didn’t do what I asked, terrible service. Charged $58 for set in pictures. No where close to what I asked. I will never use this salon again. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Feel like you go to a nail salon to relax and be pampered and I felt like I was being rushed out. I could not enjoy my pedicure because they were applying nails during the pedicure. Nails not properly applied and one broke off the first day.

Amy rushed through these. Extremely thin. Polish was a half job. Then when I let her know the issue, she made jokes since I wasnt her regular. 8 nails out of a new set snapped within a day. What a mess. Do better.

I would give it 5 star for the pedicure, but a 2 maybe for the lashes. While the lashes are neat, they arent full and they are $45! That should buy you full lashes!

Went in was RUSHED threw out the whole process!!! They only had 2 customers I was trying to pic my polish but every sec they kept asking are you ready?! Are you already ?! so I finally picked a color which was YELLOW and as she started to paint them they were lime green (gel polish )the paint was running over the nail I will never go back !!! 25 bucks down the drain for something my daughter could have done !!

Nail tech was extremely rude, had no patience to know or understand the style of nails I wanted. Their color and nails always chipped off by the next day. Last time I did my nails, I had to come back three times to get it fixed. Lady then had the audacity to tell me she won’t fix it again if it chipped. How is that possible when its due to your poor product. And these were gel nails. Gel nails which are not supposed to chip so easily.If I could give zero stars out of five I would. People take your business somewhere else this place is not worth it.

First time i came everyone was very nice. I feel like i have been going here for years. Amy does an amazinf job on my nails she is very thorough with the job. This is my shop!! If u want something tell her and shell do it for you. I would definitely recommend this shop to everyone. Come and give it a try im sure youll enjoy the experience.

My nails are ridiculously thick and uneven with powder and glue all over my fingers. The top coat isn’t fully covering the nail. She rushed through my set and bragged about getting people done in 25 minutes. They look absolutely horrible. When I pointed out specific things on how I like my nails done, she was very rude and definitely started rushing then. I attempted to express my pickiness but apparently she was talking to someone through her AirPods in an entire other conversation. 10/10 would NOT recommend this place. I was so upset I just paid and told her I would get them fixed elsewhere. Have never been more upset over a set of nails in my life. Tried to do this on my lunch break but I will for sure be going somewhere else TODAY for how bad these were.

As always I had a wonderful experience with Hang. She always do an exceptional job on my nails and Ealy did a great job on my pedicure. I will be returning!

I have just moved into the area and this was the only nail salon with good reviews in my area! And I’m glad I went, I got a pedicure and my tech took her time to trim and massage my feet. My daughter got an acrylic set. She messed up one of her fingers and when asked to fix it they happily did it! I think we might of found our NEW nail salon in DeSoto

Sadly me thinking the pictures looked good, I came in with a picture of what i wanted, something small, something I could do at home if I had the nail products but they were rude.. I asked them a simple question during the process.. the main lady rolled her eyes at me and ended up speaking their language and didn’t care bout my service or what I preferred. Now I’m stuck with glue and acrylic on my fingers.

I have been going to this nail Salon for several years. The Owner/Nail Technician, Amy, is AMAZING!Shes the reason I come here. Shes done my nails for over 8 years!!! She can do any style you like from basic French tip to extreme stiletto and coffin styles! Ombré, any design, bling, colored powder, dip, you name shell do it! Pedicures are awesome too! It was easily one of the most relaxing and enjoyable visits to a nail salon that Ive had in awhile. The price was very reasonable and I absolutely love how my nails and toes look. Im crazy ticklish and the young lady that did my feet was awesome!There wasnt a huge wait which for a Saturday really made me happy.Will definitely be back and will refer anyone in the area here.

Wanted to give this nail salon a try because of all the good reviews, but the place is just awful. They were all in a rush to get me out the door, that they messed up constantly on multiple occasions. I will NEVER go back to this place. They left my acrylics looking fat and ugly. They don’t even bother to make sure that everything matches, for example, the nail shape. My nails are all different sizes from the other hand. This has been by far the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. Do not go here. Saving the best for last, I have glue all over my nails, which is causing the cotton pad that they used to be all over my nails. I’ve never had an experience like this one, and I will never return here.

So I had Traci doing my pedicure and she had hands from heaven! The best experience Ive had by far. And Amy the nail tech knows what shes doing and she wont let you leave out til she gets it perfect. This will be my regular place to go no doubt and its literally around the corner from my house. I felt like royalty here. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I went into the boutique a couple of days ago I just love it I have been there several times but not for quite a while. The young lady is so professional kind courteous there was a white but I didn’t mind and you guys it really paid off my nails are beautiful!! Amy asked me what I want it and I told her I wanted something pretty I couldn’t decide so I told her I put myself in your hands. I was so pleased with the service and my nails. They are open on Sundays and late during the week. My nails were perfect, there was no wait-and the entire staff was FREAKIN AMAZING and SUPER SWEET. You will Not be disappointed.

This is my shop. I never wait long because I go on the right days. They are nice and friendly and are even patient with my 5 year old that gets her nails and toes painted.

Lets start by saying none of the techs have licences at all and if you ask to see it they freak out and tell you to leave. So be aware ladies they dont sanitize their tools so your bound to get an infection I know this cause I went to get a pedi and mani and they put only water in my foot soaking nothing else. Also every color I asked for she said she couldnt do because she wanted to do a darker color smh I walked out

This place is friendly and the people are competent. They gave me a gel manicure and it was amazing. My nails are stronger, the shape lasted and the color was beautiful. Its close to my house and I will be back!

This place is horrible. Do yourself a favor and run the other direction.! Unless of course you like wasting your money on nails that wont even last a day. Half the people that work here do not even have licenses! If you like your nails to look like they have been done by Stevie Wonder then this is your place otherwise steer clear!!

Im only rating this 1 star, because it wont allow me to rate ZERO. The service was terrible. I was in town and went here with my mom and little sister. My moms nails look like she painted them herself, they cut my little sister, and mine? Well. The tips are crooked, the nails are bumpy (she said it was my fault). Amy brought her daughter in, and was letting her walk all over the place. Her daughter kept pulling on her, causing her to mess up, and then yelling her. Amy did not have her license present, and when asked, would not give us her name.

Horrible service and work. Once they finished my pedicure I then realize they didnt use any oil or lotion nor did they scrub my feet(Just got off not paying attention til she finished). She proceeds to tell me that doesnt come with a regular pedicure at $20 but that comes with a basic pedicure at $25. I have never been in a nail shop where you had to pay extra for those services. So basically just foot soak and nail polish at $20 she says. She was very rude about it and on top of that my feet look like my ten-year-old daughter did them. The lady refused to give me the owners name and told me I would never meet him because he only owns the place and doesnt visit. DONT GO HERE

My daughter and myself went here for the first time For a mani and pedi. The salon is not up to my standards but we decided to give it a try. Pedicure was great and manicure was ok until it came to polishing. I have never had someone polish so awful. Now she was sweet but she could not polish. When she put on the second coat she did not evenly put it over the nail so the nails did not have a smooth even look. You could see the first coat a line and then a second coat. Then there was streaks so she tried to fix it all by putting on a third coat which made it way too thick and too long to dry. There was paint over the cuticle area. An hour later nails still were not dry cause of too much nail polish and I ended up smudging most of them but by then I did not care I wanted the polish off. So for a simple manicure here it lasted all of one hour but they were ugly from minute one. I will head to cedar hill from now on to salons of better caliber.
