I got dip nails done here and the quality is terrible! First, I asked her to cut my nails shorter and she cut my nails to various uneven lengths. Then she made my nails wayyyy too square - I even asked her to make them less square but she barely filed them. Then she did the final coat wrong because i left and noticed a smear on the top so I had to go back. And to top it off, ONE DAY later they cracked!!! This was supposed to last me weeks a not a day! Never coming back here again. Now i need to spend time and money getting these redone. My dip nails from Top Nails in Cedar Hill lasted me 5 weeks. I’ll be going there to get these fixed.

First and last visit, I came in wanting to get gel on my nails because my nails are thin and Ive tried very hard to grow them out, I also rarely do my nails so if I am getting them done its because I have somewhere important to go. When they lady began I saw she had powder and told her I wanted gel, yet she continued when I was obviously hesitant. Then I asked for oval shape and at the end they were squared and all different lengths. When I got my toes they kept trying to push a color I didnt want because they didnt have a light pink, so I said to just do clear. Overall, terrible experience now Im at another salon trying to get the powder removed. Wasted my time and my money.

I came to this place because I needed a new nail salon since I moved. I got a pedicure with gel polish, within 2 days the gel was coming off. It’s been 9 days and 3 of my toes have very little polish. Will NOT return. Wasted money.

This place is Awesome!Ann and Ken are both my nail and pedicure techs. They are very professional and truly care about their customers. 💜⚘😘The establishment is very clean.You have to schedule an appointment.Once youve arrive you immediately have to wash your hands and be sure to a wear your mask...its mandatory! There are also temperature checks at the door.You wont be disappointed. Every tech is talented, courteous, and professional. THANK YOU!😊⚘

They treat me very politely. You feel very welcome, they even served me a drink, and fix my eyelash nicely when notice it wasnt glue all the way.

I was really excited to try this place because I am new to Texas and have been looking for a new nail salon. I was EXTREMELY disappointed!! The tech cut my big toes two different lengths and I could see meat over the tip, even though I told her I didnt want them short. Then she cut my finger with a regular finger nail and I started bleeding. She never apologized and when I said Im bleeding because you cut me, her response was not that much! She never asked how I wanted my nails shaped and when I told her they were too wide I want them narrower, that is not what I got. I finally told her to just do whatever she wanted because thats what she was doing anyway. I didnt even get my eyebrows waxed because I was so ready to leave! I will NOT be back!! $100+ wasted for something I didnt like at all!!

Amazing service for dip ombre powder with acrylic nails and regular toe polish with gel layer mixed!! Very professional and clean place and would definitely come again!

It was my first time here and I did a walk-in appointment. The place was clean and staff was friendly. Im giving them 4 stars because the nail tech got my finger multiple times with the dremel, enough so until I have a scab on at least one finger. At one point I started bleeding but because of the language barrier they didnt understand and redid the nail instead of giving me something for it. For the price and quality it was good however, need to pay attention to customers more so accidents dont happen and they can make decisions that are health concious.

It was my first time going to Diamond Nails! On this day especially because I was on my way to bury my grandfather! The moment I walked in Diamond Nails the hospitality was amazing, I felt so at home! It was my first time, I was a little nervous, but I feeler so much at home! I will definitely be going back and I definitely definitely recommend Diamond Nails! My tech was wonderful, great atmosphere! The inside was very neat and tidy and clean! Came here on a Saturday about 10/10:30 am service was rushed after they leave you sitting in water for a long time. Quality of work was poor. Offer 3 pedicure packages not worth the money I spent.

I enjoyed my visit to the nail salon this was my first time going here and I appreciated the warm welcome when entering in the manager was on point with getting me serviced.I had a pedicure with my eyebrows waxed.I will be returning here.

I showed up an hour before closing and the gentleman at the front was able to get me in and Tammy took care of me to the fullest all I needed was a nail fix and I fill and a polish change on my toes I was in and out of there in no time everyone was awesome and very helpful!

This place is clean and sanitary. They are very accommodating. The environment is friendly. Nikki did a wonderful job on my pedicure and eyebrows. I left the salon feeling confident and beautiful. I will definitely go back and recommend to all my family and friends.

The salon is sparkling clean, very spacious and aesthetically pleasing . The owner was very pleasant and helpful. Jennifer does toes well however does what she wants and not what you ask for, also rush through the pedicure. Ann did my nails the colors where pretty but the nails were not. She rushed was on her phone/watch the entire time. She didn’t check to see if my nails were the same size or even. It was a complete rush job and they lack patience for new customers . I’m looking for a salon home and the only thing I love about this place is the appearance. Hopefully they can focus on customer service more.

A little bit of a wait overall, good service.

Very disappointed with my first visit here. We were walkins so we didn’t expect quick service, but we were sat in the pedicure chairs, water turned on, and then stayed that way for over a hour. By the time they got to us it was 30 minutes until close so we felt rushed with services. We witnessed the staff ask other clients if they wanted a beverage, but we were never asked. Staff seemed to be rushing to get to everyone and there was no organization. $37 for a simple manicure with gel polish. NOT WORTH IT. Won’t be back for sure.

Came to this salon for the first time and I loved it. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The salon is clean and they sanitized chairs and tables very thoroughly. And they open at 9:30 so I can beat the crowds!

Update:The go-to nail tech hands down is Nikki! I have no lifting ever, she does exactly the styles I want, and shes super attentive! Book with her and you wont regret it!I received a pedicure from Tammy. She was very attentive and I left the chair with baby soft feet. Ann did my nails exactly the way I wanted. I will be returning for again.

This is my one stop shop for my nail spa needs. The staff as a whole is amazing but Ann is my go to person! She can get my lashes and nails together in a timely manner and with great customer service. My daughters even love it cause they have children sized chairs for them to get their mani and pedi also which makes them feel so special. Overall just a great nail spa!

NEVER again! took my daughter to get a full set and pedi…got sat in a pedi chair only to wait soaking for over 30 minutes…finally got the sorriest pedi ever in life that lasted 15 minutes, at best. we even opted out of polish all together on our toes so we could hurry up and leave. VERY limited dip selection so I just opted to soak my nails off and get my nails done where I typically go. waisted a whole hour and a half for $50

I do not know whats happening. The work they did to me was horrible and the girl who attended me said that I did not like it and did nothing to fix it and still she charged me $ 57. It is a robbery and for my part I will not return a lousy job.
