Our car needed to be towed from our local mechanic to a dealership. We were not even there to meet with tower but they arrived on time, picked up the keys from the mechanic and dropped it off exactly as requested. Promptly texted a photo of the car delivered and dropped off the keys to the dealer with my name and number as requested. No issues at all and definitely recommend. Thanks for the help!

Man all you people out there looking for the best towing you can get then look no further. This guy Josh from Truck 28 is a BEAST man I gotta give it to him. My car suspension was very low and would not start and I was scared he was going to turn me down after seeing my Mercedes but he handled it like a easy walk in the park man it was a very relaxing experience and Im very thankful so if you are looking for some great towing service Hemphill is the way to go and Josh from Truck 28 was a blessing.. Within minutes of the request I was given a time frame (75-90 minutes, which for lunchtime on a Monday is impressive in itself). Even more so impressive was the actual time it took, which was a little under 20 minutes. The driver was friendly (I forgot his name) and took a snapshot of the vehicle as it arrived, and kept me up to date the entire time. Highly recommend

Car broke down in my parking lot to my apartment. Used roadside assistance from my insurance to get a tow and shortly afterwards got a call from Greg letting me know he was outside. The most terrible customer service ever! State Farm called this company for me, they made me wait for 3 hours and then casually canceled the tow stating that the truck broke down and asked me to deal with it on my own! Do NOT use them ever!

I used Hemphill Towing today to have a classic car towed to a repair shop. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very polite and professional. Joshua the driver called me shortly afterwards to let me know he was on his way to get my car. I was very impressed by the care he took with my car. He added extra padding to the wheel straps as not to damage my wheels- no other tow truck drivers have done that for me before. He is very professional and knows what hes doing. Truck 21, Joshua, was a very personal and knowledgeable guy. My Lexus hybrid was totally dead, stuck in my garage. He was able to get it out of my 2 door garage without any issues into his truck. I don’t trust just anyone with my Lexus, but I would trust Hemphill and Joshua anytime.

Cadillac roadside assistance contracted them to tow my car to dealer. Upon arriving, driver said I only get $40 for this tow, your going to have pay more money if you want me to move it. Keep in mind that this service is part of my Onstar subscription and covered 100% of no cost to me. Needless to say I felt I was being taken advantage of for owning a nice car. I called Cadillac back to file a complaint and sent driver on his way. Called Statewide Wrecker and they arrived within 30 minutes and was more than happy to tow my car.

This place was supposed to come pick up my wifes car after my wife and son were in a car accident. State Farm told us they would be there in two hours. Two and a half hours later when my wife called, the receptionist Kim, who answered the phone, claimed it was pouring down raining in Norcross and so the tow truck driver couldnt come yet because of the weather. I stated that it wasnt raining where we were and weve been waiting two and a half hours with our three children. This unprofessional woman then decides its okay to just hang up in my wifes face because I was calling her a liar. Mind you now. Im not on the phone. Im just in the background. I called back several times only to be told when Im ready to stop calling her a liar shell talk to me. Then she hangs up on me. She does this two to three more times. So I call State Farm. State Farm called Hemphill back and whoever answered stated it would be 35 minutes until the tow truck gets to our location. Needless to say, Hemphill never showed. I had State Farm dispatch another tow truck from another provider and they arrived in no time even though it had been raining.

Showed up on time..actually early..fast& professional couldnt ask for better service..i recommend them.

It would be wonderful to get customer service as good as this company everywhere. I have some physical disabilities and the driver Brian went above and beyond to make me feel completely comfortable. He literally walked me to his truck and helped me in, at my house he helped me out and into my home without me asking. Brian is amazing. We also had a wonderful conversation on our trip. If I ever need a tow, Ill definitely be using hemphill towing, hopefully Ill be lucky enough to have Brian as my driver next time too.

Super helpful and nice! Kevin called me when he was about ten minutes away, he showed me it was just the battery and that I didnt need to be towed, and then he jumped my car and made sure I knew what to do next. Terrible service, unknowledgeable staff. Person who came to tow my car didn’t turn my car on to correct the steering and “thought it didn’t start.” Had an appointment to service transmission at the shop, not steering pump. Guys like these are a law suit for your company and there should be procedures before towing any car to include communication with the customer. How the heck do you know my car doesn’t start? Because I requested a tow? wasted 120 minutes of my time to wait for someone inexperienced to tow my vehicle and that was embarrassing. On top of that during the lift, I heard a loud brake squeal when he pulled it up the bed and before he took off I checked and noticed he never disengaged emergency parking brake. 17 years of experience? More like 17 days on the site. Can’t even correctly perform basic vehicle functions. Disgusting, hire more competent drivers and efficient dispatchers.

He loaded my suv up and took great care doing so. I would use him and this towing company again if I ever needed too! Got big hunk of metal from a construction site in my back tire and got a flat. My 24hour roadside assistance company sent Hemphill towing out to me. Kevin got to me sooner than what his arrival time was supposed to be. He was very polite and worked pretty fast. They made sure to inform me to have a ride as we can’t be in the tow truck due to covid-19. Very nice guy highly recommend !

He called me promptly on his ETA (15min due to being close to the area) and through his quick thinking and diagnosis figured out the issue with my car. Although I didnt need his service anymore, he made sure I was taken care of and even offered to follow behind my car to ensure it was safe to drive. This company left myself and my husband outside in the rain at 43 degrees for four hours. Our health and safety were in great risk during this time. Never use them. I am even considering parting ways with USAA over this incident as I felt afraid and panicked every second of the four hours we were locked out of our car, alone.
