Everyone in the office is extremely nice and helpful. I called in the morning and was able to be seen the same day. The staff explained everything clearly. Dr. A was gentle and I left feeling amazing. When it was time to checkout, there were no surprises. I will definitely continue coming to Innovating Smiles, even when I move further away.

Every employee there gave me courteous, friendly service. I felt as though each one really cared about me. When I was cold, they gave me a blanket. Dr. Taylor was the best dentist I have ever had. He was gentle and explained everything that he was doing. Dr. Jimenez took the time to explain my insurance benefits like they had never been explained to me before. They are truly the best!

I brought my children to the office and they had a educational time with the hygienist, she explained thoroughly to the children how to properly brush their teeth, they also enjoyed the dr who took care of them at the time of the visit. Everyone in the office from the front office to back office they are extremely nice and they make you feel relaxed. I will recommend them to my family and friends.

Dr. Jimenez is always busy but she accepted my insurance and got me cleaned up on the same day without even having an appointment. She is by far the friendliest dentist I have been to and I enjoy having to go to see her and her staff who are always friendly and courteous. The best thing about this place is that it is only 5 minutes from my house so no more have to drive all the way to Suwanee to get a cleaning or any service.

The whole staff here is superior! Im bad with names, but everyone from the young lady at the check-in desk, to my hygienist, to Dr. Khan were fantastic and help show me techniques to keep my teeth healthy. For those that hate visiting the Dentist, Innovating Smiles is a completely different experience. You will never hate the dentist again!

Dr. Taylor is awesome. The Dr.s made me very comfortable on my first visit (which is rite now). The entire staff is great and professional. Office is extremely clean and welcoming.

These people are by far the most caring people in the field. If you know me, you know I am not just saying that. I dislike going to the dentist with a passion. I had to have major surgery and the people here made me feel comfortable and now I can smile again after 20 years of hiding my teeth. I receive them as highly as I can. Thanks for giving me my smile back!

Dr. Jimenez and her team make you feel like family. Everyone was very pleasant, explained everything they did, and answered my questions. Appointment reminders via email and/or text are very useful as well.

Great staff!! Was helped with what I needed and was fit into the schedule the same day i called them. I would recommend this practice to anyone! Front desk and the assistants were very helping as well.

Really happy to have met Dr. Arleen , she is sweet, caring and very professional and Everytime I go in everyone there is professional just like her. Strongly recommend her office, started 6 months ago almost finished and I cant believe how much my smile has changed, now I feel very happy and can smile with no worries!!!

BEWARE!! Dr Taylor nor his latina assistant clean their hands before putting on gloves or touching instruments that go into your mouth. Some dentists need to know when its time to retire and this one doesnt have a clue. He didnt have my x-ray pulled up, have a light on, or any magnifying glasses on when he was in my mouth and thats why he caused my pulp to be exposed during what should have been a routine crown prep. My gums were beat up so badly, that another dentist I sought a second opinion from apologized for my horrible experience. This practice didnt even offer me any pain medication, just a bunch of excuses for his poor work and referrals. Please find another location if you want compassionate care.

Great dentist and dental work...they described everything in detail..and give you a preparation for future dental work that needs to be taken care of. would recommend to a friend.
