Since my last review the doctor followed up with me and acknowledged the overcharge. Consequently the office refunded a part of the charge that was not supposed to be added. Given this development, I am amending my 1 star to 4. I still think the front desk staff is in need of attitude adjustment, but the doctor is great!========Was referred to this practice by a friend. The doctor was described as “very talented and honest..” I can’t judge neither since the work he did took 10 minutes and In his words was a very small and easy fix. But the price tag that came after was for, as described by his front desk, “an enormous and very complicated procedure...” They refused to call him upfront to discuss.Previously, I spoke to his staff about possible cleaning and all they kept saying was that I have to book the most expensive deep cleaning with almost surgery-like procedure and matching exorbitant price tag, BEFORE any consultation with the dental Hygienist. All in all I would say he may be a good dentist but his staff is extremely rude and greedy!!!!. I understand that everyone is trying to make a buck. But this practice is dishonest and overpriced and I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there...Pity! I had high “Hope”. Ironic. ..

My visit today was great. The hygienist was very thorough, answered all my questions and advised on dental care at home. Dr. George was very honest and conservative in his approach. I felt like he took the time to discuss my treatment thorougly and was considerate of my preferences and concerns. Coming to Hope Dentistry has been a good decision and change.

I love Hope Dentistry because they are very professional and had the best communication I ever encountered with a doctor. I had a deep cleaning procedure done for my paradontosis. Dr. Miller and Dr. Dinulescu were both very professional! Dr Miller, who is a gum specialist, explained me the whole procedure in detail. He numbed me up so well that I almost fall asleep during the procedure. This is a hard procedure where the tantrum around all your teeth roots are cleaned up. He ordered me antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medication and explained me all the possible side effect, and how I can avoid them. Overall, I had a great experience with Hope Dentistry and I would recommend them to all my family and friends.
