I have had great success working with TCG. As a non-profit, they have helped in more effective ways for us to use our QuickBooks and track grants and other budgeting type things. Quick and responsive when assistance is needed.

If you are looking for accountants who dont have basic knowledge of standard loan amortization - Andy (the owner) is your guy!On a serious note: dont waste your time. The owner has a vague understanding of math, leave alone finances or loans.Good luck with your business!

I used to bounce between using other companies and filing taxes myself for about 15 years, but it took one time of using TCG to figure out I will go to them every year. For almost 3 years now, TCG has handled my business bookkeeping, tax, and other items for multiple business locations. My package with them includes monthly meetings, although I am able to call at any time and get quick answers or check in on certain things. The package costs also include end of year Tax filings (both business and personal) so they are not huge end or beginning of year expenses. Would highly recommend to any companies doing their own books or tax.

My mother has been using this company for three years now. I used them once and ended up paying a lot more than I ever have to get my taxes done. Because of this, I did not use them this year. Back to my mother, she sent in all of her information nearly a month (after much heckling, as it was the end of tax season before she finally heard back) before they FINALLY got around to bringing her in to sign the papers and send in the return.When she got there? They charged her nearly as much as she would be getting back AND added an insurance fee paying them to redo the return if THEY messed up the return. Excuse me? What kind of professionals require additional payment for incorrectly filling out a clients form? And how on Earth is it fair to make my mother wait almost an entire month, waiting until after Tax season had passed, mind you, without any contact on the matter and then charge her 50% of her return money to do such an inconsiderate, butch job?She will not be going back and I recommend finding someone else who can and will do a much better job for much less.
