I had a great experience at Curran Tax Service. I called and left a message for them and received a return call promptly the same day. Surprising in this current situation with a pandemic happening and most businesses being closed!! I was able to stop by and bring my information to Abe and thirty minutes or so later my simple taxes were processed and at a very reasonable fee may I add. I will definitely be using their service in the future. And I highly recommend this business for all things having to do with that bad word called taxes!! A big thank you to this professional tax preparation firm.

I worked with an awesome person at Curran. She left to start her own business and I followed her. She was the only reason I stayed at Curran for years. She took care of any issues I had. Once, when she was out of town, my payroll didnt go through. I called and spoke with the owner, Tom, about my urgent issue. He was unable to help me as he didnt know how to use the system that processes the payments. Imagine your employees not getting paid, its a big deal. Tom just argued with me and brushed me off like I was nobody. I felt disrespected and unimportant. I also took issue with one of the employees who smoked and did not wash his hands when he came back in. I could smell him as soon as I walked into the office, and when I picked up my grandmothers taxes, her paperwork all smelled like smoke! She as asthma and cannot be around thirdhand smoke, so this was a bother. The reason I am writing this review today is that I feel the measure of a business is how it treats people after they cease to have an invoice. I no longer work with Curran, but still need past info for audits etc. Tom is passing this responsibility off and not helping my payroll processor gain the info she needs for my workers comp audit. It is very frustrating and once again, I feel disrespected as a small business owner. Please take your business to someone who truly cares about your business and who will be there for you, that is not Curran Tax.
