Their consistency in doing the weekly pick up has completely been lost. We pay for weekly pick up on Wednesdays and have been missed on 6/16/21 and again today 6/30/21. We have attempted to contact customer service via their shreditcare email as directed and have not received ANY response regarding the missed 6/16/21 pick up. I have just advised them of todays missed pick up.
Had an extremely hard time communicating with the company. Took a full month to receive a receipt for my purchase. When I did manage to get an employee to acknowledge my request they acted as if it were strange for a customer to want a receipt. Would not recommend. Much better shredding services available.
We had a gentleman come by our office and he was very professional and helpful. He took his time to ensure we had all of our items together and was almost in and out. They will be my go-to service moving forward.
