I went for fingerprinting a few days back to this business and it was a very humiliating experience. Firstly when you arrive there no one acknowledges you. Then if there is a line it is natural to get in line without realizing the protocol one has to follow. Turns out that you are supposed to sign yourself in and wait for your name to be called for fingerprinting. There are no signs that say that, you have to figure out yourself. When I eventually got to the front of the line only to be returned to the back of the line after registering. The whole process took me one hour or over. Then there is a huge sanitizer bottle when you get to the fingerprinting station, so naturally I sanitized my hands, but the rude guy behind the counter started screaming at me that I should not have done that as it poses an issue for fingerprinting. He was yelling at me like I was his child. Place is filthy and so are the workers and their mouths. Oh, and on a sweltering hot afternoon they had the air-con off with everyone inside sweating. Please stay away from this place and take your money elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. We all had to wait while one employee had her back to us while she slowly ate her soup. I waited impatiently for ten minutes before trying to get her attention. She asked for 2 more minutes. Finally after the finger printing was done, she demanded a tip. I know its not the greatest job in the world so I did leave a tip for her. She should not be making customers wait that long and certainly should not be demanding tips.

Great customer service from FREDDY thanks a bunch. This place has so many things like a business center, cards, stamps, finger printing, business cards, boxes etc basically all things that make mailing easy. Inside the shopping plaza with other cool stores it’s a one stop area

They don’t answer the phone at all.I tried calling them while, I was in the store. The lady was not doing anything. She was just on her phone watching YouTube videos.

Asked the person doing fingerprints if they had disinfecting spray or wipes his response was . we cant afford it. But in actuality they do they just arent practicing any sanitizing unless requested. And then bare minimum!!! Not cool being cheap in a pandemic~

I came here on 2/4 to mail off 5 packages. On 2/13 two packages were returned to me for insufficient postage.The packages were returned on a Saturday after 3pm. I returned to the store and they were already closed. Monday is a holiday (presidents day), so I wont be able to get it mailed out till Tuesday. When using a shipping store, you expect them to calculate the correct postage necessary to prevent it from being returned to the shipper. Pretty frustrated how delayed my items will be.

Easy fingerprinting! Took five minutes.

I have been to this business three times. I was told that I had to bring a verification email in order to be serviced for fingerprints. After going through the proper channels in order to bring in a confirmation email, I was told that I didnt need it. The man who told me that I didnt need the email anymore was the same man who turned me around the first two times. I am very dissatisfied by my experience and the professionalism at this business.

They won’t answer their phones and their mailbox is always full. Their outgoing message is ridiculously long and a waste of customer’s time.

This place is dirty and disgusting. They do not greet you when you walk in and if you have a request - they mumble. I was there for fingerprinting and no receipt was offered - just a handwritten number on a piece of paper I provided. For $52, you think I would get something. When I went home to input said number, it asks for a TCN - well I hope that is it. Calling gets you a full voice mail and bye! No website or email!

Extremely rude staff. Very unhelpful. Had me drive 40 mins to get my fingerprint taken and then told me the machine wasnt working (again)

The worse service I have ever received in my life. One should not work with the public if they have an intolerance for people of different cultural backgrounds. This Indian guy that works there kept asking me and my husband where we are from but we ignored it cause that isn’t his business. After asking for the third time I finally responded and he proceeded to HARASS us about our Islamic faith. His questions quickly turned into ISLAMOPHOBIC STATEMENTS. I was like what is this? This is how y’all are running a business?

Stay away from this place, I mailed some important mail here and it was never received by either party. Im reporting this to the Federal Postal service.

After waiting forever for my package to arrive, I get to easy mail around 9:45 on a Tuesday morning the doors were locked! There are no hours of operation on the door. I googled them, saw that google has the hours open to 6:30pm. I will no longer have my Amazon prime mail to this location.

Horrific customer service. I’ve never seen people so impersonal and rude. I called ahead and was even hung up on.

I went there to get fingerprinted yesterday. The men working were very helpful and patient especially considering that I came in when they were about to close for the day. They even allowed me to run to the store to get another money order because I came in with the wrong amount. In addition, the man doing my fingerprints took the time to tell me about other services they provide that could be helpful to me in the future.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR FINGER PRINTING. THE OPEN HOURS FOR THE FINGERPRINTING SAY 10AM TO 1PM AND 2PM-6PM. I GET THERE AT 11:54AM , NO ONE IN THERE BUT A CUSTOMER WHO SAID HE TRAVELED FAR JUST TO COME HERE OF HE WOULD HAVE KNOWN HE WOULDA WENT ELSEWHERE. THE SIGN SAYS THEY ARE AT LUNCH........ ITS 11AM! SO WE ARE SITTING HERE WAITING ITS 12:13PM THIS OTHER LADY WAITING SO ITS 3 OF US LOOKING LIKE SITTING DUCKS WAITING ON THIS PERSON. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I went to this location so I could be fingerprinted like many customers who have reviewed this location before me. Upon arrival to this location at 2:30p, we walked up to the store to find a poorly written sign on it that said, “Easy mail will reopen at 4:30p.” Then we noticed the door was open and there was an employee and two customers inside, so we walked in. The employee was very short with us when he asked, “What we want.” I said politely we would like to get electronic fingerprints done. He cut me off and said he wasn’t going to do it because he had to take a two hour break. He stated he was going on it after he helped the other two customers in the store. He then told us we could go to the UPS store on Sugarloaf if we wanted to get it done. When we were tired of debating it with the employee, we gave up and decided to just go to the other store because it was going to be easier than dealing with this man who claimed he is the manager. So, we went to the location 15 minutes away which he told us to go to only to find that their fingerprinting system had been down for some time. Also, it was now after 3:00pm which is apparently when they stop doing fingerprinting. On the way home after giving up, I called the Easy Mail to speak to an owner or the employee’s supervisor because the customer service we received was poor AT BEST. Instead of giving contact information for a manager or owner he insisted he was the manager. He told me over the phone now at 3:20p (keep in mind this is 20 minutes after he told me it’d be a two hour break before he could help us) that he could help us if we came back to the Easy Mail he could now help us and refused to provide any other contact information. We will never use this location, and neither should you. If we could give this location 0/5 stars, we would.

Amazon customers!!!Amazon use this location as their subcontractors for locker to keep packages. Easy Mail store randomly close unexpectedly. Amazon driver could not gain access to make a delivery because no one was working at store all day and made my package 2 days delayed.Beware this store will close during lunch time which inaccurate from stated business hour. Owner or store manager should take care of correcting wrong information on every website.Complaint to Amazon customer service how not to choose the third company without store capability of customer service and constant business hour as stated on website or Google maps.Wasted my time!Please note!!Google is under review for correcting store location.

Stopped by Easy Mail this week at 9:15am to do finger printing. I didn’t realize they didn’t start finger printing until 10am. The owner was so kind. He did my finger printing immediately and there was no waiting. Great service. I’ll go back.

This is a great place. The Easy Mail offers the best service for any mail or package business you need. The big plus is the multiple services offer beyond mail... U-Haul Trucks, Back Ground Checks, Business Cards, you name it He has it. Excellent Service at all times.

Timing is 9 a.m open .... Birthday warrant open at 9:05 am when I visited

Twice now I have used them, paying what seems like more the regular post office would charge, but they are in a great location. The cost would matter except both times I have asked/paid for tracking, and both times they state well email you tracking number. I have never received any emails. When I wait a few days and then call to find out why, both times they give me some excuse. In fact the first time they didnt even send the package until 4 days later because someone was sick.If time and tracking is important, dont use them.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!! Do NOT come here for any reason, especially for fingerprints! They sent SOMEONE elses fingerprints as my own, which requires the GBI get involved! The girl behind the counter was talking badly about her boss while helping us. HE then told her NOT to have small talk with the customers and only speak to us to answer questions. After crying and trying to sort out the issue THEY caused, I confronted the manager (who sat in the back the entire ordeal) about his lack of customer service. He blew me off in the rudest and strangest way. The people who work here are rude and the least helpful. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!

This place is absolutely great! Great service in a timely manner. I greatly appreciated the help in get fingerprints and shipping my freight! Keep it up and I highly recommend.

I’m standing right outside right now, it’s is 12:06 pm and open sign is on and they have a sign will return 3:30pm??? Are you kidding me? This is crazy I will never return to this place ever again waste of my time and my gas driving all the way here same on y’all

Came in today right before they were closing and the staff stayed open for me. They help me package and ship my item quickly. Reasonable prices and very helpful staff.

Horrible place. I went into this store for fingerprinting and the Person doing the fingerprinting act as if this was an inconvenience for him. My employees and I work for the Goddard School in Roswell ga, and were sent to this location to have our finger printing evaluated. As soon as we walked through the door the greater at the front desk did not look happy to take our service. With out a hello, welcome or, good morning he rudely yelled what are you here for and to proceed with signing our registration information. As we all finished we patiently waited for the process to begin. About five mins has passed and two young ladies that were before our group of six finish and leave. Immediately the greeter says that the finger printing will take an 1hr -2hrs for each person. Now the sign indicated that each finger print is 15 with max of 25 minutes. We told him that we had no problem waiting and that we were sent here by our job who called the office in advance. The greater became very upset and tried to pursway us to go too another location two miles away. We again told him that its okay andthat we were informed come here by our directors. While making this statement he proceeded to put his hands in my employees and I face implying that he didnt want speak or serve our group. We decided to leave and call our director to reschedule for another location. I have never felt so disrespected or uncomfortable to have service done in my community. I assured him that his customer service was unacceptable and that I would contact corporate regarding his actions not to assist us and his verbal disrespect. I hope that this issue will be taken care of in a professional matter and I hope the no one else will ever have to deal with this matter.

Our family needed to be fingerprinted to become a foster family and we were sent there. They never answer the phone and when we just showed up the owner told us we needed to make an appointment or come back between certain hours. Its hard to make an appointment or get info when they wont answer the phone! Very frustrating experience! 😡

Cashier tried to shortchange me purposely! He pulled out a handful of ones, closed the register & said I dont have enough with a stupid look on his face. WTH!!! He clearly had money in the register b/c I saw it. Be careful doing business with these scammers!

Hate to give a bad review but avoid at all costs. The other reviews are on point. The AC is either off or barely working. The lady doing finger printing is just slow and rude and I believe she’s just wearing pajamas at 3:10pm. There was an elderly man here and they were not nice to him.If you can find another place for finger printing.
