Envision staff is always helpful. We have had great success with their recovery of NSF checks.

I got into a serious financial issue and contacted them to see what could be done about paying them when I came up with the money. They assured me they had bought my debt and I could pay them whenever I could and it would be no problem. Fast forward to now and I get a letter in the mail that my debt is being sent to the DA. I called the people to whom I owe the money and explain ed the situation and they said Envision does not buy the debt...if it isnt paid within a set amount of time, it goes back to the original company. That is bad business practice on the part of Envision to lie to people about how they do business.

Everything was excellent. Didnt have any return checks.

So I gave my local school a DONATION for $15, they tried to cash the check after two months but the account had since closed. Envision want to charge me $25 fee for returned check donation. The attitude of their manager was despicable and he showed zero commonsense. I complained to the school, Thornebrooke Elementary were very apologetic, and whom have numerous other complaints with Envision. I recommended they cease business with Envision, I also advised the school they will not be receiving any more monetary donations from myself while they do business with Envision.

Worst experience. when I asked them for confirmation number or receipt, they gave no answer and I have received anything even days after they charged my bank account. I will consider filing a report to BBB.

I called them for my friend, who spoke limited English. I told envisions representative that my friend had either lost or had their checks stolen. And this was the 3rd time someone had tried to take money from their a account. I informed them that they had his name wrong. But they hung up on me during the call because l refused to give them information they should have had.

My husband and I paid our water bill online. We got a conformation number from the water company but the money never came out of our account. We got a call 2 weeks later from envision and they said our payment couldnt be processed and we had a returned check fee. (Money was in our account and we never sent a check, we paid online). They couldnt even give us a straight answer on how or why we had a returned check fee. Our water bill literally jumped almost $50 after all their ridiculous fees. Paulding county water system needs to drop envision payment solutions!

Getting threating phone calls about an account that I DO NOT have with them​. This company needs to be taken down and procsscuted to the full extent of the law and CEO place in jail for life.

I made a payment for my boyfriend and they said they sent the receipt twice for the payment to my email never got any email hopefully when he goes to driver services they have an email stating the suspension is lifted or we will have a big problem
