I am moving into our dream home in Buford city TOMORROW, and wouldnt have time to do anything else other than packing right now, but I still want to take my time to write this review to help anyone looking to sell/buy a house.Esther and her team helped me closing on a beautiful house last Friday (8/20/21), below the listing price in this inconceivable housing market. My husband (banker) and Esther have had an ongoing business relationship for several years, so I have heard of her impeccable reputation in commercial real estate brokerage for many years, but I didnt think that she could help us find a house of our dreams especially in this market. I have had relationship with some of top agents in GA, but I consider their services mediocre at best after my experience with Esther Chong Realty Group. We were initially looking for a house in Johns Creek/Alpharetta area, but she recommended Buford city considering the age of my children (0 and 2). She sat down with my husband for over an hour to lay out market prospects of the City and how moving into the City now could benefit us down the road. I know she has round-the-clock schedule day by day, but she really cared to spare that much time enlightening us with her valuable input and experience gained over 30 years. I have never thought about moving to Buford, but her advice was the ONLY reason I chose Buford city for our new home because I was 100% confident that she would always act on her clients best interest. She fought fiercely to negotiate the best price during contracting stage, so we were able to close $10,000 below listing. Once you become her client, all she cares about is you and your familys interest. I heard that her aggressive dealing in getting the best possible result for her client scares and impresses her counterparts simultaneously, and they often become HER clients later on.If you are looking for an agent who will fight for you, you MUST work with Esther Chong Group. I witnessed the Art of the Deal with my own eyes working with Esther Chong from start to finish. If you are currently dealing with an agent who is either incompetent, nonresponsive, timid, or reactive, its your time to back out of that brokerage agreement at all cost and choose Esther Chong Group. If you have ANY doubt in your mind that your agent might not be giving her best, you have to end that relationship, especially in this housing market. I guarantee you, you will never want to go back or look anywhere else once you work with her.

I worked with Esther Jeongs real estate team, one rental and one house purchase, and recently bought a house. I had a lot of experience moving from place to place in the meantime, but working with Esther Jeongs team made me feel very experienced and skilled. First of all, I wasnt showing the houses here and there, but instead showing them in advance to suit my needs, I was satisfied with all the houses I saw, and I was able to save a lot of time. He had a good relationship with the builder, and he had already made several transactions, so communication with the builder was smooth and the requirements were well reflected. We checked the price negotiations, the details of the house, the paint, and even the small defects and passed them to the builder and checked the details we had not yet seen, so there was little to say or add. It was much easier to decide to settle in a new area or new school by providing information about the school district, giving details about the elementary schools, secondary schools, and high schools in the district, and by driving to each schools campus together with information about the school. Even while living at home, he answered various questions and solved them. He informed us in detail how to repair defects that occurred while living, from problems such as where to buy trash bins, how to apply for utilities, and how to fix problems while living. I could not pass. I was grateful in many ways as I watched the many problems that I had been dealing with while moving around while working with an experienced Realter easily passing by. The boss looked more closely than me while comparing it back and forth like his own house.Even after signing a temporary contract, there were many questions until closing, and because I was in another state, there were many frustrations.
