What a wonderful group of professionals! We hosted a yard wedding this past weekend. We were able to sit back and relax as we watched a crew of three set up a 40 x 60’ tent with sides. It was amazing how proficient they were. Our experience with this company has been great from the beginning with the help in figuring out what we needed right up to the end with the efficient take down and pick up of the tent. This company is skilled and personable. We checked around and they were also priced fairly. We would encourage you to allow them to do the set up and take down. It is worth every penny!

I rented the blow-up joust game for a renaissance themed party. Grace was very accommodating and patient as we worked on finalizing plans. She was very clear about my options if it rained but we were lucky to have sun! Nikki came for set-up and take down and she was very polite and efficient. I was very happy with this experience.

I inquired about a large scale rental order for outside of Duluth in the Minneapolis area, because the Minneapolis rental companies were all booked for the dates I needed. Instead of seeing how they could assist me, the response I received was that they suggest I reach out to a company in the area, in a curt and short email response. I had already explained why I was calling them and not a local company, so this response felt like a redundant and sarcastic response.

Horrible customer service. Does not return calls. Kept repeating that they don’t offer delivery. Look elsewhere!

My husband and I rented natural wooden folding chairs and white, round table linens for our small outdoor wedding. I had the best experience with Doucettes. Our communication was always pleasant and timely. The pick up and return was smooth, and our chairs were BEAUTIFUL. Thank you for helping to make our wedding so special. Prompt, courteous, friendly, professional service. Highly recommend. We ordered a tent, tables and chairs for an outside family gathering that we had to put together very quickly. They were very accommodating. Employees were efficient. Tent was great and much appreciated and welcome shade on a sunny and hot day.

Ive worked with Doucettes for a number of weddings and events and I am very impressed! The staff is very kind, prompt in reply and willing to help in any way. Their tents are beautiful- I love the wood posts around the perimeter! They have a great selection for rentals, too. They are able to travel out here to the Bayfield, Wisconsin area! I highly recommend them!

We contact Doucettes for events! Theyve helped us with catered events for all of our employees (over 300 total), and smaller functions of fifty people. They are always professional and timely, from their customer representatives to the folks doing the set up. Prices are very reasonable too for how much they wind up doing for us.

Through WDSE-TV, I have worked many years with Doucettes Party & Tent Rental. They provide games and inflatable rides for our annual PBS Kids Club Circus. Doucettes, staff, communication, equipment and service are all top notch! If you are planning a wedding or other large event, trust this company will do a great job. We planned a 200+ person wedding in just a couple of months. This meant we were in contact with Doucettes to add things and make changes at least once a week. They were accommodating, thoughtful, attentive and kind. They responded to emails almost immediately. They got our tent up early when a last minute change eliminated our rehearsal dinner venue. They made planning as stress-free as possible. I recommend them to anyone planning an event.
