If I could leave 10 stars, I would. I needed to send a package to my friend in Korea, and the nice man at the counter took care of everything for me as I can’t read or write in Korean. I did not have the full resident ID when I went, so he told me to call back on the next business day when I had it. From the time the package departed Duluth, it took 3 days to be delivered. Highly recommend!!

I love Hanmipost, especially their kind, nice and honest attitude to the customer. Definitely, I will come back again.

I had an appointment for I9 Equifax verification during normal business hours and the location is closed even after waiting 30 minutes. But the person handling the store had a valid reason for being late so I’ll use 4 stars.

If you want to mail to Korea, I think its okay. But if you want to mail to China, dont go there. The officer who is in charge of shipping to China isnt always there. Called them couple times, being always told she/he always not in the office. Today I woke up early to come here to try to mail something. I was 5 minutes early, the officer cant care you less. Then I asked her since she was busy can I fill the form first, then I was told I have to come back 11 am to wait for the Chinese officer. I cant come back. Please change you business hours for shipping China, dont waste other peoples time.

I had to return an online purchase to China, and this is by far the cheapest shipping! The girl behind the counter was super helpful, and the price was only $15 including tracking for a 2lb package. That same package would cost over $35 at the post office, or over $100 at UPS!!

They never open on time. Noone knows how to do their job (i.e service the U-Haul counter)? Noone has each others number or how to get in contact with one another? The lady today didnt even know when the person was due to come to work to do U-Hauls...smh.. Whats the point in making an appointment, having pick up and drop off times to have to wait for someone to get to work.Update: I did receive a call from the manager who did all he can to make it right for me. Picked up the Uhaul 45 min late

Its good for sending courier or documents to Korea. It is cheaper and faster than other places.This place has multiple mailing and shipping options, both international and domestic. Very convenient especially when you are sending something to South Korea. I used to pay much higher fees in other states.

This is because it is convenient and safe when sending goods to Korea.
