The staff at Sunbelt Duluth is terrific! They pointed out a bent trailer receiver on my rental truck and even replaced a towing fuse on the replacement truck to get me on the road safely. I needed an extra day to complete my work and they extended my contract without drama. Awesome customer service!!

I reserved a piece of equipment from the Johns Creek location. I called ahead on Wednesday to confirm. By the time I got there on Friday afternoon, the location had permanently closed and was consolidated with the Buford Highway location. No one bothered to call and tell me. Because I needed the machine, I drove the extra 20 minutes to Duluth and when I arrived, they had my reservation but did not have the equipment I reserved. No apologies, no explanation, “It’s just not here.” Total waste of my time and gasoline.

Amazing service in a time of panic. Thank you Sunbelt. I would like to note that we called a well known emergency company that quoted us thousands of dollars for the same machines that we rented from Sunbelt for a tiny fraction of the cost. The Sunbelt employees were helpful, honest and came through when we needed help the most.

I would not rent tools from this company. We rented a chipper from this location and when we got to the site where we were using it, it did not work at all. When we called to tell them they said they would not rent us another one and that we just needed to perform some maintenance on it. Not just simple maintenance either. They wanted us to take it apart. We called another location and told them what happened and they told us to bring it to them and they would exchange it for us. So we had to drive to another location in Snellville to exchange. Meanwhile, our 24 hour rental period is ticking away. (no it did not start over, the machine was still due to return as the original rental period). We got back to the site, and used it for about 2 hours and it started smoking really bad. And no we were not trying to chip anything large...just some limbs. By that time it was 5 pm and both locations were closed so we could not exchange or return. When we returned it in the morning as soon as they opened and told them what happened and asked if we could get either a partial refund since we only used it for 2 hours or if we could get additional free time, they said they would have to look at the machine to determine if it was our fault that it kept working. More than a week later they called us and told us we had to pay for the belt that we had damaged. Ridiculous! Such horrible customer service. Their tools are not good quality either.

PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM SUNBELT....Sunbelt specializes in overcharging their customers. Once you call to get this resolve it is very difficult. If you do a swap because the tool they gave you does not work they will do it as an ADD instead of a swap. They cannot control or manage their accounts properly and what a shame knowing how big this company is. Definitely need the proper training on how to manage accounts. Also their tools are very bad quality or they do not maintain it after each use. Their customer service is horrible and very unprofessional.

If you need real construction equipment go here first. They have it all and they make it seamless. They deliver also great service knowledgeable people .

The equipment was delivered dirty apparently from the last job site!!! It was filled with old water bottles and trash. No one explained the shift rate on the equipment. Meaning I rented it for 3 days but you can only use it 8 hrs a day even though I run a 16 hr site. When I presented pictures I received no reimbursement or an apology but I did receive a 479.00 additional charges to my credit card. The manager Rodney was rude and his boss Ryan has not responded to my emails. Go to Home Depot!!! Better service

Very rude they never have anything that you need to rent all the tractors are wore out nothing is greased if I was you I would definitely find a better tool rental company these guys don’t deserve our money
