Ive been going to Express Cleaners for years and I must say the service is outstanding. I normally have my clothes dry cleaned weekly and its usually ready in a timely manner. Excellent service and friendly staff.

Ive been going here for 3 years. I drive by 20-30 dry cleaners to get to this one. The people are very nice. Clothes are ready quickly. They also deliver and pickup.

Picked my Bridsmaid dress up, and noticed (before walking out, and in front of the lady who checked me out) that this part of the dress got messed up. She offered nothing, not even a sorry, instead she just gave me an awkward smile. I didn’t want to argue because I need to use this dress in two days. I took my dress straight out of the mailbox, check its quality before handling to the cleaning store. I was very happy with the gentleman service at dropping off. I planned to become their returning customer, but I don’t think I want to return anymore. I took this picture in the store. I have been using a cleaners in Midtown, Atlanta; for 7 years, and never encountered with this situation. I am not upset, I know there is probability of this to happen. I only am disappointed in the lady who handled nothing in this situation. I am sorry to leave one star, but it is unacceptable.

My husband and I have exclusively trusted Express Cleaners for over 10 years with all of our dry cleaning needs. Mr. Moon and his staff are reliable, courteous and provide exceptional service. Although we moved 13 miles away, we continue to travel to this location. You cant put distance above great quality!

Mr. Moon and Joaquin are awesome. This dry cleaners is a great place to to visit. I actually look forward to stopping in. They know who I am. Amazing to think about it when you see all the clothes on the racks. Plus, they are going out of their way to make sure they provide great, safe service during COVID. There is none better than Express Cleaners...this is easy to say but let me tell you why. Michael and team go out of their way to make you feel #1 and in North Atlanta where there are many dry cleaners, they do a tremendous job separating themselves from the competition. Always with a smile, always with a hello, and always making you feel as if you are their only matter for the day. A perfect example....a few weeks ago I was without my vehicle as it was getting some body/repair work and I was going out of town the next day. I was going to have to Uber to pick up my dry cleaning for the out of town trip and Michael said “I will be more than happy to bring your clothes to your house”. He wouldn’t take any tip from me either after meeting me at my house! This is a perfect example of exemplary customer service. I’ve used many dry cleaners in my lifetime and Express Cleaners clearly sets its business apart from any other. If you interviewed everyone coming in on any given day, I guarantee you should hear a similar sentiment. I moved to Georgia about 2 years ago. Ive never experienced a cleaners like Express Cleaners before. The hours they are open/closed are convenient. The customer service that you are provide is Top Class service. This was a terrible experience. I took an expensive chiffon bridesmaid dress to get altered. I dropped it off and told them I would be out of town for a week. The lady working marked the dress and gave me an arbitrary price estimate. I came back the next weekend and asked them for it and they seemed confused. They went to get the owner and they looked everywhere. Finally I saw them pull the dress out of a hamper and said oh we didnt think youd come back to get it. We did not alter it because the lady measured it wrong. I asked them why they didnt try to call me or contact me (as they had all my information) and they just kept insisting that they didnt think I was coming back. It was incredibly unprofessional and they didnt even end up giving me a discount or apologizing. I got my dress back and it was unevenly hemmed.REVISION: the owner contacted me after I wrote this post and admitted to his mistake. He was extremely apologetic and gave me my money back! I have taken some items there after the original incident and have been happy with the service!

I Needed a rush dry clean and stain removal for a suit and they got it done well for the next day. They even gave me a discount for a promotion theyre having. Everyone working there that I spoke to was lovely.

I moved to the area, over 2 years ago , and had tried several cleaners in the Johns Creek area, and was dissatisfied , when actually one of the other cleaners referred to Express Cleaners because I have a emergency situation , I went there late one evening and met Michael he was extremely nice and accommodating to my situation , he expedited you order just in the time I needed it . Ive been looking for a new dry cleaner for a while and I can say that Express Cleaners gets 100 stars for service. They recently lost a cashmere Banana Republic sweater of mine and instead of having the situation become a very negative experience, the owner told me to go buy a new sweater and he would reimburse me for it. As most of you know, cashmere sweaters are not cheap items and I had my doubts that I would get reimbursed for the full amount, but the owner accommodated the price and wrote a check for me on the spot when I brought it in. I thought it would take some back and forth discussion but the owner and the super friendly guy at the counter knew the situation exactly when I walked in and it took 5 minutes to resolve. They owned their mistake and completely fixed it. I cannot rave enough about the customer service from this fantastic establishment and will always bring my dry cleaning to them!!!

Absolutely perfect. 4 silk shirts, 2 hand made, and I could not be more impressed. The small stains that were on are now no more. The fabric still has its sheer, and the pressing was exactly how I asked for. Relocating to a new area is never easy, and finding quality services is never easy, especially for something as obvious as dry cleaning. All it takes is one mistake and the expensive garment is now a cleaning tag. Combine all of this with a very good price, and you have a perfect dry cleaner. I will return.

I have been a customer Mr. Moons for several years now. I have moved around Atlanta and had to change dry cleaners several times. I have also fired dry cleaners - yes, I have told them they are fired, but they did something terrible: they broke a button on one of my shirts and replaced it without telling me. I dont spend money on many things for myself, but I love dressing well. Hence, a broken button on an expensive shirt is irritating. The entire staff at Express is extremely friendly and capable. They listen well too! They welcome me by name, know which clothes need to be hand-pressed (to not wear the buttons out) and which pants need a crease in front or on the side. A good dry cleaner is hard to find. This is one of the greats!

Clothes well cleaned and pressed, Professional staff, good location.This dry cleaner doesnt have a toxic smell which is a big plus.Just not sure how environmentally sound is the whole dry cleaning process.
