This place is not even worth one star. I was not notified that the color fades on my pink sweater. Only a tag with “sorry...” on it. I went to the store the next day for an explanation; the manager was arguing his points with me and not even felt sorry for it. NO REFUND. NO APOLOGIZED at all. Bring your clothes here for dry cleaning if you want your favorite clothes to be ruined:)

A family member of mine took a comforter set to this place to be cleaned; now she’s been supporting this establishment for 3 years faithfully. When she received her comforter set back it was ruined and couldn’t be saved. She kindly asked if she could get half of the money back that she spent for the comforter set because ruined beyond repair. That was the first incident. My co-worker took her all white pillow top comforter set here. She received her comforter set with burnt marks all over it. When she realized that her comforter set was ruined she went there to get her money back just for the cleaning service that she paid for. She didn’t even want her money back for the comforter set. However, I would not support this establishment ever! Use at your own risk!!!

Horrible, Horrible, and more Horrible. My mother has been a faithful and loyal customer to Crystal Blue Dry Cleaners for over three years. We take all our clothes, blankets, everything there to be cleaned. I’m just disappointed in Crystal Blue Dry Cleaners, and honestly thought they valued my service. My mother took her comforter there, that I just bought her last month for her birthday, so it could be cleaned. Upon arriving at Crystal Blue Dry Cleaners to pick up the comforter I noticed that it was faded, and the back was discolored. I immediately ask the cashier what happen, and he said that it was there before. I asked to speak to the manager, because I know the policy when it comes to stains on your items. He told me that the Manager would call me Monday. Monday comes the Manager says the comforter was stained already. Crazy because, I just purchase this brand new, on top of that; the comforter hasn’t been used. So, I get a refund for only the clean of the comforter and not for all the damage and frustration they have caused. My comforter is still damaged, faded, and has a huge stain on the back. This is unacceptable for a business to treat a loyal customer like this. I have not only been a superior customer. I have referred friends, family, and co-workers to Crystal Blue Dry Cleaners. After the customer service I experience at the Sugarloaf location in Duluth, I will not be returning.

Great job on pressing my blazer, dress shirt, and dress pants. They also dry cleaned my suit jacket and pants to perfection. It took them about three days to complete everything and it was super affordable.

Alterations and dry cleaning are relatively inexpensive!! Hubby got a suit altered and he loves it - only costs us ~$10! Recently got a suit, two dress shirts and a dress dry cleaned for under $30 total. Also, it was completed in under a week (more like 3 days!!)! While there a woman was having her shoes repaired and they looked great to me! The staff is friendly and helpful! They show all the items before purchase and are happy to answer any questions you might have. You also do not pay when dropping off clothes, only when picking up. Currently our exclusive dry cleaning service. Also, doesnt hurt that they won Best of Gwinnett 2017!!!

We have been getting our clothes dry cleaned here since they opened. They always go the extra mile and are honest people. We have often left money in pockets and have it returned to us in an envelope. Throughout all of our years of dry cleaning, this has never happened, but has happened often with Crystal Blue. I have also been in a bind with needing pants altered and they always get it done for me. I cannot recommend them enough. Excellent staff, excellent dry cleaning service.

Ive always had GREAT service and experience from Crystal Blue Dry Cleaners. One of my shirts had a stain which they went beyond expectations to try to remove. Super friendly and they really do focus on the customer. I actually have several other cleaners closer to my home but it is well worth the drive of a couple extra miles knowing my garments will be dry cleaned professionally and delivered on time.

Needed a place to get my shoe heel repaired. Stumbled across this place when I was stopping at the UPS store. Decided to give them a try the next day. They have a convenient drive through that makes it easy to do business. The staff was very nice and answered my questions. I noticed that they offer a delivery service, which is a plus. I dropped my shoes off and was told that I would get them back the upcoming Monday. I think I dropped them off on a Tuesday or Wednesday. I cant really recall. Got my shoes back, no complaints. I will definitely do more business here.

We just moved to the area and really like this dry cleaners. They are quick and efficient as soon as your car drives up. They always greet me politely and so far everything I have had cleaned has turned out nicely. They even have an extra touch of laundering and folding up the dry cleaning bag you bring your clothes to them in. My kids love stopping there as well because they offer free sodas.

I asked for a dress to be shortened to at least three inches above the floor. I was very clear. It was a simple shortening job of a twenty dollar dress, but I reluctantly agreed to pay twenty dollars for it. When I got back to pick it up, it looked really long, so I asked to try it on, and I was still stepping on it. They wanted to charge me a second time to fix it, when obviously it was their mistake. They had measured it, and while they were measuring it I kept telling the woman that it needed to be higher, at least three inches off the ground, I didnt want to step on it. I ended up having an argument with the guy behind the counter and just walking out. They still have the dress. Terrible adjustment, terrible customer service. Also, their cleaning prices are higher than a lot of their competitors.

Love the attention to details that Crystal Cleaners gives my clothes! My husband is very particular & was very impressed with how his shirts were cleaned & ironed. Love that they knew me by name after just the first visit too! Highly recommend.

06/08: I have to update to say that I am disappointed in the recent service received by this place. I have moved from the area, yet as promised in my previous rating, decided to drive 40+ miles to give them business. Both times were dud trips. The first was my fault because I didnt call prior. However, the second time I called and was told that Julie would be there. Upon arriving, I was informed that she would be another hour. This was a truly disappointing experience.Im very big on customer service and this location has earned a new loyal customer. Even after I relocate jobs, Ill probably make the trip to them because of their friendliness, professionalism, and follow up. Big thanks to Julie for the great tailoring on my suits and Sema for her gracious customer service!

We have lived in Duluth for 8 years, and have been looking for a quality dry cleaningservice. We prefer cleaning the natural way without the harmful chemicals. We havehad some bad experiences, but finally found a dependable location. My husband actually was surprised how nice his shirts looked.

Never again! A good friend of mine has been going to this place for many years and only to find out they have distroyed her comforter. The staff was unapologetic and simply blamed it on their 2nd party laundry company. If you want a trust worthy cleaners who will cover damages incase something goes wrong, I ADVISE you not to go to this place in Duluth (Sugarloaf Parkway) location. They have gotten away this time but one thing for sure, they’re not getting any business from me no more.

Be wary of their changing prices at will. I first went there about a month ago and they quoted a price of $4.85 to dry clean a pair of pants. I just picked up the same pair of pants and they charged me $6 - - I looked around and didnt see any notification signs regarding changes in their prices. That in and of itself is not enough to keep me from going back there, but my next issue is the final straw.I walked into the store, greeted the manager and was approaching the counter to drop off a shirt and pair of pants, when someone drove up to the drive-up window. The manager said Just one second. and assisted the guy at the window. Perhaps their policy is that drive-up window customers take priority, BUT do not walk away from a customer to help someone else. Ever. While she was assisting the other customer, I removed my shirt and pants from the counter and put them back in my car. Ill be taking my business elsewhere. I finally got my pair of pants from them for the suspiciously inflated price of $6 and left. Ill never go back there. There is too much competition in the market to put up with their business practices. If you decide to go there, make sure theyre not overcharging you and use the drive-up window.

Started going to this cleaner when they merged with our old cleaner. We have been delighted with their service! They have cleaned everything from ordinary dress shirts to lace and sparkle dresses!

We recently moved to the area and tried a couple of other cleaners who did a really terrible job. I did a quick search and found Crystal Blue online. The experience was really positive. They only charged me $15 for my comforter. At my old cleaners, it was twice as much. When I dropped the clothes off, they even offered me a drink. Ive never had that experience at a cleaners before.

Awful experience.. There was a man who served me and he was GLUED to his CELL PHONE! He shook his hand at me when I tried to tell him I was there to pick up my dry cleaning from the day before!!!! He had another employee come serve me while he stood there talking on his phone. Poor customer service and he never even spoke a word to me. I complained to another woman there and she was very apologetic about the situation but I cannot deal with bad customer service. I am a business owner myself so I understand the everyday struggle of trying to please everyone who walks in your door, but to be on you CELL PHONE while dealing with a customer? Not a good look sir. On the positive side my clothes came back great.

Took a pair of timberland boots to them to be cleaned. Was told I could pick them up the following Thursday. Upon my arrival the boots are not at the cleaners. I was told to come back and pick them up later that afternoon. Came back around 4:45 and the boots was in the same condition as when I dropped them off. Will NEVER do show business with them again. Not to mention I contacted another shoe repair company who could have them done in 2 days.

So I called to make arrangements to drop off items, i expressed to the guy i was looking for a good dry cleaners ..very nice .. dropped them off and picked up in 2 days .. i even explained to them before i dropped it off how big of a time crunch i was on ( so important to know ) and please give me a price ... shoot maybe I’m not use to paying dry cleaners prices but it came up to 51.70 (i thought hell i mine as well buy more uniforms) then the lady redid the price after i told her it was too much and said t was 44.30 ...I’m like ahh ok they have a good rating i mine as well try them (get what you pay for) Anyhow I’m picking up the uniforms the guy says 51.70 i explained to him i just had 45 dollars on my card which was the truth nor do i think i needed to plead my story however he said he couldn’t do anything or i couldn’t have the clothes. I’m very calm at this point until i asked if i could take what i need because i was on my way to work and needed the uniform ( i got 4 shirts 2 pants and 5 other items) and pay the rest tomorrow he which would prob been 7 dollars he told me no and put my clothes back?? Wait lol and then told me to go across the street and get 45 dollars cash from the bank... huh??? You mean to tell me you want me to get in traffic just to cross the street to get money from an ATM and you can just take it off my card... someone ended up cash apping me the rest of the money..it’s now 445 and he sees how furious i am and offers me to pay the original price of 44.30 smh too late oh and might i add my items weren’t even clean... had to leave them behind and pick up next day ..The best they could do is give me a discount when i come back?? You think I’m coming back?? Watch how you treat people !
