Great experience, I got the premium package window tinting with sun and heat control. Nice waiting area that I was able to work while I waited, which the tinting took less than 2 hours total - I did not have to wait very long. Fadi was great, very friendly and answered all the questions I had. When it came time to check out, he assisted me in a timely manner and showed me the work completed. If I ever need another service done to my car I will come back to this location, also, anyone needing work done to their car - I highly recommend this location.

They put new carbon fiber stripes on my brand new Charger and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product. They were done perfectly and had the car looking brand new. I would definitely come here again.

My appointment started on time, and I was able to work while I waited using their free Wi-Fi. Their facility was very clean, including their bathroom. Customers coming in wore mask which make me more comfortable waiting for my car to get done. I will definitely be back for more custom services!

Took my car to Tint World to have The tint on my rear window fixed. The price was reasonable and the rear window came out flawless. The staff is easy to talked to they did not pressure or try to persuade me into spending more money the price I agree d to was price I paid.

I came to get an interlock device installed. I had an 8:30am appointment so I thought I would just wait there because I already it may take a few hours but the guy insisted that I come back because he said it could be sometime in the afternoon. I ended up going home & around 11:30 am I got a notification saying vehicle was complete. I honestly though it was going to take a lot longer than that but Im grateful it didnt take that long.I thought the tech was being rude when he was initially walking out to show me the ins & outs of how to operate the interlock device but it turns out he was really friendly & helpful. This guy took the time to answer all my questions about the device & my radio installation that I was trying to do.I want to say thanks to everyone that was in the store that day because the service I received was top notch. They said they were waiting to hire a radio installation tech, If I dont have mine installed my then, this is the place Ill most likely go back to when I want mine installed.Tint world offer so many more services than just tint & radios. I was pleasantly surprised at what all they do there. Great store, great business.

My experience was disappointing. Scheduled a 9am appt for auto detailing. Dropped my car off at 8:30am. At 2.15p I decided to call to see when I could pick up my car being 4-5 hrs was the quoted time I received. Called only to have them tell me no one started on my car and a emergency came up with the individual who would have detailed my car. They had my car since 8:30a that morning and no one thought it best to communicate that the service I scheduled wouldn’t be done??? Very unprofessional and extremely inconsiderate. Had I not called them when would they have called me to update me. I get things come up but the lack of communication was a major issue. I can’t rate them on their auto detailing but customer service was horrible. I will not be taking my car back there.

Came here to get the windows tinted on my new SUV. Prices were very comparable to other places Ive gone with previous cars. I got all windows tinted and that took about 2.5hrs. There was an issue with the front drivers side, so i took it back the following week and they had it corrected in about 40 minute .I would definitely recommend them and I would use their service again.

They made me drive all the over there almost 40 mins to just walk in for 2 seconds to tell me it would cost $600 for a chrome delete on my Honda Accord. He didn’t even go outside to look at the car because it was raining. Something that could have just been told over the phone. My tint on my windows didn’t even cost that much! That’s just a place that doesn’t want to do it

Tint World was top notch all around!I was referred to them by a friend in the automotive industry, and they exceeded every expectation I had going into the process of getting my windows tinted. Im honestly mad at myself that I didnt pull the trigger on this earlier.Fadi was very helpful, insightful, and quick on responses to get me exactly what I what I was looking for, even though I wasnt 100% sure myself when walking in. No pressure sales or up-selling just to make money; he helped me decide on the right price point and combination of what would be best for me in the long run. They offer lifetime warranties on the tint, but I cant imagine needing it with the quality of work they put into it.The shop itself is in a convenient location and smack dab in the middle of the dealerships on Satellite Boulevard, so its not a bad idea to head over there after getting something new (avoiding dealership prices and service). I was greeted immediately, browsed for a bit, and then discussed options to settle on what I wanted to get.While I was waiting for the tint to be applied, I met a nice gentlemen that had caught the shop out of the corner of his eye and decided to stop in to see if they could help him out with some tint for his taillights. We had a great chat about our car histories and being a car enthusiast in general. What it lead me to see is that Tint World attracts the type of people that love their vehicles and want that certain individuality and quality work done.I cant recommend them enough for their services. Very nice people. They gave me exactly what I wanted and did it as soon as they could. They even took the time to explain to me different types of tints and different darknesses and help me choose which tint I wanted for my car. They also do auto detailing,which I plan on getting done soon.

My name is Devon - After checking several vendors and reviews online , I decided to with this shop. The prices were very competitive and comparable. The owner was very friendly and he took the time to explain the different grade or percentage of TINTs. I got all my windows tinted on my BMW 530i. It took approximately 2 hours as stated. Given the recommended 3-5 days to set and the result is perfect. This tinting service also comes with a lifetime warranty. They have many other service upgrades that I am interested in.I would definitely recommend them and I would use their services again.

The customer service was out of this world, I dropped my car off and they took me home and then when my car was finished, in less time then they suggested which was awesome, they came back and picked me up feom home and brought me back to my car. TOOK MY INFINITI IN FOR A TINT JOB REAR AND SIDE WINDOWS WITH THE CARBON TINT IN 20% AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB, NO BUBBLES NO GAPS NO SCRATCHES. FRIENDLY PEOPLE THEY EVEN TOOK ME IN SHOP TO SHOW ME WHAT THE CLEAR BODY WRAP AND CERAMIC COAT LOOK LIKE AND THEY LOOKED GOOD. PRICE WAS GOOD. I HAVE ALREADY REFERRED PEOPLE THERE.

The crazy thing is I was trying to schedule an installation of an amp subwoofer tent and a few more customizations around the vehicle Ive been getting quotes of upwards of 2 to $3,000. However when made the reservation online The location called me and told me that the date of this Saturday today was not going to work even though the online scheduler said it was available I told him a few things that I wanted to get done and it didnt seem like it was worth this time. If I would have told him that I was going to get $3,000 worth of product and service done Im pretty sure he would have changed his tune. Nonetheless hopefully theyre doing good during this pandemic and able to make ends meet but with service like that I probably wont ever go back for anything for any of my vehicles nor will I refer anybody else because of this experience.

2 window tints take 6 hours and no call when it is done. (One week appointment). 131$ no lifetime warranty. Other place 95$ with lifetime warranty.

Update: John from the corporate office got involved and set me up with the Tint World off Buford highway to have my tint fixed. Scott, who is the manager at this Tint World was professional, honest, and friendly. He completely redid my tint on all windows at no additional cost when he didn’t have to. I recommend going to the Cumming location for any tint work.

I’m a young new car owner and I was looking to get some work done to start off. Tint world was always on the map because it’s quite literally where I live and I pass by it so often. So when the opportunity came up to get some work done on my first vehicle I reached out to get some information since it wasn’t readily available on the website. I initially thought this was somewhat strange because I was trying to price it out. Calling in was something I didn’t mind doing and did so anyways but my experience with your front end associate was less than amazing. There are a lot of words that I could say but over all I felt like he had zero enthusiasm. Alongside this lack of enthusiasm he came off as incompetent too. Your front end person was only able to give vague answers and while seemingly uninterested which came off as “he doesn’t want my business”. The second interaction I had with your business was when I came into the shop because I believed that maybe this was a one off. So basically another opportunity to interact with the business. When entering the shop I met the same guy that i spoke with over the phone. I instantly could tell that it was him due to his voice. Half opened eyes, slumped over shoulders, and chewing on a plastic coffee straw while having a conversation with a customer. I wasn’t sure what was his MO but the dude simply doesn’t seem be a part of the business that I would want represented. I can’t even explain how off putting it was. Coming in for work because you initially thought that they be helpful and just talking to someone who seems to give surface level answers doesn’t help anyone. Quite literally when someone comes in is low hanging fruit. Easy business, I followed up with asking about multiple services ( window tint , car cleaning , audio ) doesn’t even bite... so now I’m pretty sure not only does he provide low level information but he’s not really caring about whether I spend my money here. I ended up looking for a professional who could help a new car user out and was greeted with someone with a mild level of “stuck in my job I hate it here”. I went else where and got my windows tinted and will look else where for the rest of the services. It’s a shame that I even bothered coming here in the first place. Please hire workers who want to work there and not be on the clock.

Took my brand new 2020 Tesla in for window tinting and ceramic coating and they did an outstanding job! I think most of the negative reviews are about the bubbles, but in my experience, they can take up to a few weeks to go fully away. There are a lot less initial imperfections than when I got my Jetta tinted in Grayson. Over the past 48 hours, I would say 99% of the bubbles have vanished. Not hair or dust that I can see. Fadi meticulously applied the paint protection to the entire car in less than 24 hours and did a complete walk-through before even pulling it out of the garage. They even offered me a shuttle service if I needed a ride to leave my car overnight. Superb customer service! Couldnt be happier, and unless something changes I highly recommend Tint World for tinting and coating.

These guys have done 2 cars for me and I couldn’t be happier. Spend the extra money and get their premium package with the ceramic tints. You won’t be disappointed. The ceramic tints really keep the inside of your car cooler.

I recommend everybody in this area and outside this area come here. I went in last minute without a appointment and they took me and got me done within a hour and the quality is great. They are selling mask as well but instead of me buying some he offered me and my wife one for free.

The customer service at Tint World Duluth is amazing! The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, especially Grace Cruz. I called her on the phone to check availability for window tinting before coming in. When I arrived, I pulled up straight into the garage at the back of the store, parked, and greeted the tinters. The owner came out wondering what in Gods green earth I was doing parking in the garage. I explained I was saving them the trouble of pulling the car around. I dont think he was too amused, but Grace thought it was hilarious. She nicknamed me backdoor, which spurred stories about my job and background. In general, we had great conversation and she recommended some great local places to eat while I waited on my car. Outside of the customer service, I can say I am thoroughly satisfied with the tint job. I got the ultimate package which includes ceramic film. Ive noticed a drastic reduction in the inside temperature of my car when leaving it outside. I highly recommend Tint World Duluth if youre looking for a professional tint job at a reasonable price.

Great work at a great price. I had curb rash on my rim from parking on the curb. They repaired it to the point that you cannot even tell I had a mishap. Unbelievably great work and great customer service!!!! I will be back for some other services.

I think they charge too much to tint windows. I wanted 20% tint and they gave me something totally different. I wanted the darkest tint they had and they gave me tint where you can see directly in the car. I will never go back.

AMAZING JOB!! My car looks brand new! I bought my 10 Accord new. A case of coke exploded in my back seat 5 yrs ago. I cleaned it but the headliner was ruined, or so I thought. I shouldve brought my car here years ago. Steve was very friendly and professional as well. I recently visited this location because it was highly recommended. I have a 2003 jeep wrangler 4x4 with glass window and zipper rear. I asked for light tint and they did an awesome job. I took my BMW to have the front Windshield re-tinted (had it replaced), and detailed the same day. Fadi gave me a great deal as I was a returning customer on both the detail and tint. However, what blew my mind was that the owner of this location gave me a ride home after dropping off my car and saved me even more money by not having to take an Uber home (I only lived 15 minutes away, but still it was very nice of them). The detail was done with great care and great attention to detail. Excellent service once again. Only problem there was, was once my wife saw my car after the detail, I have to get her truck detailed now. LOLI will be returning to them for any future work I may have for my car. These guys are great.

I was very impressed with the tint world location in norcross. From now on, they are the only ones that are allowed to detail my car in Georgia. Their were very professional, and their work ethic shows in the finish product of what I paid for. I also like the fact that tint world does not over charge you for their services. If you need to wait for something to get done, they also have a nice lounge area to chill, relax, watch tv, with free WiFi.
