I have known Glen and River bend for over 18 years. It is impossible to find honest mechanics who know their trade as they do at River bend. They have worked on all of my family cars to include my 3 children who took their cars to college safely because of great service on them. Just look at the working space , it is one of the cleanest work areas I have ever witnessed. I cannot say enough great things about Riverbend and Glen!

I used go to another mechanic shop in Duluth, but I discovered one around my work place in Duluth. I did oil change and emission test for my car and he did very fast and great job. so I was asking about that I have bad smell every first time when I turn on the A/C and he fixed the problem with very reasonable price and now it doesnt smell bad as much as before and I totally satisfy about their service. I referred other people and they all satisfy about the service as well.

Been going to this place for years. there might be a slight confusion because they switched locations (but its been a few years now), but its the same guy, Jay. Always friendly and great service. Hes got a great sense of humor too. Highly recommend! The sign on the door says they do Sundays but by appointment only!

Ive been coming here for about 6 months now, excellent job on oil changes. One time, I was having an issue with my engine, they diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and installed it in about an hour. Seems like the owner gave me the quote before the repair and it stayed the same when finished. Honest and hard working mechanics!

We brought the car to fix wipers and trunk gate. Fixed the wipers but didn’t fix the trunk, too expensive. Less than 24 hours, all sort of electrical issues have occurred. Took it back, it’s not their problem. Terrible experience will never go back.

Not very honest or very good at the quality of work either. They dont accept their fault and if you question the work, they tell customers not to come. Took vehicle to several other mechanics and they say something totally different than what this business said. They dont treat you with respect as a customer and sigh and yell at you if there are no other customers for something that was their fault in which they dont admit.

I have been to Riverbend Tire and Auto on several occasions. It is under new management and today had work done on my car under the new management. Both sides of my bumper had come loose and the bumper skirt had completely come off. They fixed my car and when i went to pick it up they said I owed them nothing and to just be careful in the future. They fixed my car for FREE. Nothing tops free. I highly recommend them. I found them to be honest, compassionate and kind.

Went to them for over 10 years, but over the last couple years theyve simply tanked. Too bad, really. For whatever reason theyve lost their great mechanics are are now using guys that are completely inept. Replace steering lines... fittings leak. Suggest a brake job, brakes not needed. Almost everything over last couple years had to be redone (wasting my time having to keep bringing cars back in). The last straw was when they replaced my tires on my classic car and put one of the exclusive front wheels on the back and of course an exclusive back wheel on the front (wheels ride at a different distance from the hub, fronts closer in, rears set farther out). Yes, I definitely reminded them the wheels were exclusive front or back. This meant no alignment would ever work on the car until corrected. They couldnt figure out what they did, so replaced my lower control arms (found out later that the wiggle in the wheels are from tapered bearings that expand as friction heats them, so was completely normal - also the front end had already been completely rebuilt before I purchased so they replaced perfectly good parts). The mismatched wheel issue ate my front tires up in a couple short months and also damaged my rear tires while making the car drive completely like crap. When a different mechanic figured out what Riverbend had done, Riverbend refused to take responsibility for a stupid mistake (words of the mechanic who found the problem). Im out well over a thousand dollars in tires, plus the unnecessary control arm replacement, the cost of going to another alignment shop and of course the new mechanic who figured out Riverbends mistake. I offered what I thought was a completely reasonable fix. Dont give me cash, just give me a $600 credit toward future work and a new alignment (now that the wheels are correct). Riverbend refused to do anything, or even have the courtesy to call me back and discuss the topic. Too bad.*****I left attached my earlier review below, so you would know that as I said above they used to be rock solid and that I dont only come online to give bad reviews. Again, too bad:Riverbend was recommended to me by a friend in 1990 and I still go to them today even though I now live in Alpharetta and have drive 25 minutes to get there. I know a pretty good deal about cars (I just have no interest in getting my hands dirty anymore) and to date they have never tried to take advantage or oversell me. This used to be a reasonable and trustworthy auto repair shop before it was bought by its current owners. In my experience the current owners are greedy and untrustworthy. I took my Lexus there for a repair and they quoted me $800 to fix my car. I didnt trust them and I took my car to a dealership and they fixed it for $45. I havent had any car trouble for last 1 year since it was fixed by the dealership for $45, for which Riverband Auto quoted me $800. Stay away from this place or at least have a second opinion about your car before letting Riverband Auto to fix it.

I have serviced both of my BMW Z4 E89 & 13 5 Series here for more than 4 years since Sonamoo. From regular maintenance to problems, they do an excellent job with legitimate price. I especially like their Liqui Moly Sythetic Oil! Engines smooth and QUITE!!

I used it habitually by recommending an acquaintance that the boss is kind, but I am disappointed. I went to change the engine oil, but I rotated the tire without asking, and it costs $20. Where is the rotation and paying place? I was young and did not seem to know about the car ㅋㅋ I paid the money, but I wasnt convinced, so I searched again and went to ask for a refund, and I hurriedly refunded it with 20 dollars in cash. Suddenly, the friendly bosss face looks scary. Be careful here, open money with a smile

An inexpensive mechanic who has completely different diagnosis and prescription of a business that is not good enough to give a rating. I said that the oil is leaking, but the gasket was changed, the warp pump hose burst, and the car noise became so severe.His words are heavenly, but his skills are zero.If you check my information, you will remember who it is.

I got it repaired here, but I was too unkind and said that I used Japanese products, and I checked later, and it was a repair shop that used American products and harassed consumers. So, when I made a claim, the mechanic told me not to come. Its very angry and annoying.
