Although my husband and I have purchased many new vehicles over the years, this is the first through Krenzen. We usually have purchased full-size trucks and SUVs. This Nissan Murano is our first mid size SUV. We were made to feel welcome from the very first moment we walked in. Usually you want your buying process to be over. There was a recall on my car and they basically fixed it in the same day, which had me very surprised. But I was very happy because I only have one car.

I loved that I got an oil change PLUS a entire look over on my vehicle. I like the paper they give back to you stating what they checked and of it needs to be replaced or if it is still good. It gives peace of mind and was less expensive then the usual place I go.

Found out today my vehicle needs a new transmission, was told to call the Duluth Nissan dealer because it needed to be done by them (under warranty). The warranty is good till 60,000 miles - my local dealership found out warranty was still good from this Nissan dealership!! But when I called to make the appointment the lady was rude and told me that IF my vehicle is under warranty like she didnt believe me!! Seriously?

These guys made my first new car purchase a breeze!I was already approved through my work credit union so I didnt have to deal with them on credit, but I can tell you Joe and Pete and the rest have been so nice, and willing to accommodate. My tax check was delayed, and that was the bulk of my down payment, but they held the car for me for almost a week, no problem. They didnt push, hassle or patronize me, but were consistently attentive and personable.I highly recommend Krenzen Nissan and I love my new Kicks. :)

My appointment was at 1:30, I pulled into the service bay at 120. I was greeted warmly and my service rep made sure we were both in agreement that I was requesting an oil change and tire rotation. The waiting lounge had snacks and cold drinks available.At 200 my service rep came to get me letting me know my car was ready and inspection did not reveal any other issues.I was on the road by 2:05. Pete Riggio was outstanding in teaching me the new technology on my 2018 Nissan Rogue Sport. The prongs on my battery get corroded easily. My appointment was for an oil change, when they noticed the corrosion they took care of that too! I love the inspection that the mechanics do for me whenever I bring my car in for oil changes. Ive had other concerns and while Ive heard of service departments taking advantage of older female customers I do not feel that will ever happen at Krenzen. Service was fast and pleasant but price didnt match verbal quote. Wasnt informed that all fobs needed to be present day of service. Now its another appointment and 50 mile trip. Not very happy about that.

Krenzen was a very professional place that made it a pirority to help me find a car that fit me the best. They offered to add a car starter for only 10 dollars added to my payment. While they put the car starter in they allowed me to use a very nice loaner car that was a 2019 Nissan Rogue all day until my vehicle was ready. The overall experience was great!
