John Kim is unprofessional and not responsive. Hes always in a meeting so he does not take your phone calls and he never gets back with you. It takes him a whole day to NOT get you a quote and he emails back only 5 minutes before they close so you cant even ask any questions. He is also very sloppy with his work so the quote has multiple errors and he is unwilling to fix it. Its surprising that he is the head person of this office. I DO NOT recommend this agent to anyone.
