IV had insurance with (Farmers )agent Joel B. Ive been with this company since 2006 (on my house )it 2020 Now I had roof damage from a storm this last October and November and needed it fixed. THEY TOOK MY MONEY EVERY YEAR. And then tryed canceling me when I made a claim. Had never had a claim with anything but this roof all these years paying faithfully. I had 6# Professional Roofing companys say I need a new roof. (Farmers. Sent there people to check. They say 14 shingle thats all they would pay ($600 dollars( Its Rotten its not nice)who would get on a roof for $600. And the claims agesture Kristin is nasty and rude. Watching out there crooks its not nice to take peoples hard earn money for years AND NEVER GOT ANYTHING from them. ITS JUST WRONG

Ive had two great insurance brokers in my life, and Joel Brekkens agency is one of them. I am always pleasantly surprised with fast service, and great rates, and an ability to deal with unique business requirements and other things where other insurance companies were just like no, we dont do that. I hope this follows through should there ever be a claim, and yet I also hope I never have to find out.
